Squeaky Clean quoted me $99 to do the gutters on their "special". After the guy was working for 30 minutes rings my doorbell and says it's going to to be $250! That's crazy. Why wouldn't they tell me that before they started? I told them to stop because I felt ripped off and didn't want to contribute to that type of business practice. I paid the $99 special and started this review. Pretty poor way to do business in my opinion, I'd steer clear of this company for sure. read more

I had done some research on the different companies that do window washing. After reading reviews and talking with the company, I decided to hire them. They cleaned 27 windows sections and six skylights. They did an excellent job and were prompt and very polite. I called him to come out to check a few of the windows, but understood that actually was hard water stains that were fairly permanent. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. The guys came out yesterday to powerwash cement walkways around our house that were extremely stained and moldy. We live in Roseville so it's the north area team. They arrived on time, actually early. They called ahead to make sure it was okay to come out early. They were extremely polite and really nice guys. They did an excellent job. We were so pleased with the results. The price was fair. I received a few estimates first. I would recommend this company and hire them again as soon as I have another need. Thank you for your work! We have used Squeaky Clean numerous times in the past and we have always been more than happy with their window cleaning services. This year however, their business model changed. We were notified 2 days before our scheduled appointment that we were now out of their service area (we are in Meadow Vista) and would be charged a $59 travel fee. This negates any coupon offers in place. We will be forced to change window companies due to their unfortunate change in business practices. I got a couch delivered for less. read more

Squeaky Clean is an honest business. I hired them to clean my upper gutters. I believe my service guy name is Charlie. He was super nice and let me know they actually didn't need to be cleaned and only charged me the show up fee of $65 versus the $150 it would have cost. I recommend this business because so many other businesses would just pretend to do the job and take the money. They also do window cleaning, power washing roofs (clean off algae), and gutter cleaning. read more

Great responsive service and done fast on our two story home. Windows were very clean and looked great. They charge by the pane and a window that opens is two panes so when you count windows keep that in mind as far as pricing. Also we didn't request the tracks to be cleaned - ( and they were not which surprised us) so I believe that is extra. Overall good and would recommend. read more

The two gentlemen, Damien and Anthony, who came out to clean my house windows were very nice, professional, and able to work around my schedule. They quickly approached the job and offered other services that I wasn't aware of. I actually feel like it was a great find to have discovered Squeaky Clean through a third party (Angi). I haven't made getting my dryer vent cleaned a priority, but these guys made it so convenient to get it done at a fair price that I had that taken care of during the same visit which took very little time. We've used "Squeaky Clean" for at least 5 times, doing all the high ceilings, very high fans, chandeliar, HVAC vents, very high shutters, etc. Some areas 20ft ceilings, replace electrical bulbs, etc. Highly recommend this company, very professional, and they like their work.
