Got a car wash on 1/8/26. Got my car back, still dirty and the rear passenger door was chipped. They were busy and unorganized, so they drove my car into the oil bay to clean and dry it. I went for a detail , which is compounding and wax, they were done in one hour and a half.They first told me it would take 4 hours as per Fernando. All they did was a glorified car wash to cost me $100.00. The owner Peter always has an excuse about everything and blames something else except his own.They did not even know how to drive a 2023 Mercedes, they opened the door while driving and the car jumped to park.You can destroy the transmission like this. probably the worst care wash i ever got. i have been here about 3 times and each time they try to upsell you. the third time i did give in which regret. each time i left with the inside still dirty the cup holders dirty console dirty. the rims are only cleaned where you can see when the cars parked out from being dried once you drive off and move your tires you see they didnt get in the rims to clean them. avoid at all costs save your money read more

Came to this location today to her a car wash and an oil change. Upon arrival they have two lanes to get into the car wash there was someone going around asking cars what they wanted I assume because he walked right past our car and went inside. Now because of his mistake we had to let 5-7 cars go ahead of us because we pulled to the side to go inside and ask what we should do. If I rated my experience solely off his attitude I would not rate them a 4!!! The young lady at the front desk was polite and helped us with two different transactions. The gentleman that did the oil change was honest about advice and provided good service. Clean. My car is clean and they did do a good job. They did not clean the middle console which we understood why overall we were satisfied. read more

5/17/23. I've been using this car wash for years. I've also had my oil changes performed here for years. I visited today and was told that a "Groupon" that I purchased about a year ago was no longer accepted and they refused to honor it. I purchased 6 washes and they provided me with 6 cards to use for each individual wash. I used the same card less than a month ago with no issues. Today I tried using the last one. A manager came out and after explaining my situation, he stated that the car wash is operating under a different name. After 2 minutes of internet research, I came to find that the car wash is still owned by the same company and they just changed names. After arguing with me, he refused to place my mats and other items back where they were and he told me to leave after I said I was not paying any additional money to get the wash I had previously paid for. Now I know it's just a car wash and they're a dime a dozen, and I also hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel that this one was warranted. All that had to be done was to provide me a courtesy and accept the card that I was previously provided after paying for a service. Now, they lost a car wash customer and an oil change customer. I'm sure this will not affect their bottom line in the least, but in todays financial climate, why would you want to alienate a customer, any customer? read more

I purchased a groupon for 3 The works which includes interior vacuuming and something called a blow out external wash and wax and rain x and tire shine. Well this is not the full gambit or hard core cleaning but I did expect to walk I to a clean car no dirt or crumbs have them clean my dash window. So they vacuumed and had me pull my car into the wash for sanitation purposes. When I walked back into my car o saw some sort and crumbs no big deal figured after the wash they do another pas through. I was encouraged to stay in my car and they wiped it down shined the tires and wiped my side windows while I was in it and said done. I had to go inside and ask for them to clean the inside of my car like I pod for the. They had me exit and did a proper cleaning of the interior. I will use my other two groupons but not looking forward to the next clean. A bit disappointed. read more

Came to this location for another oil change and cash wash and hoping services would be improved, but nothing has changed. The car wash line still mixed up with the oil change line without any signage for clarification purposes. The weekend traffic was horrible even though we tried to go in as early as 10:30 am. When we got onto the line, nobody came to greet us. We waited for about 15 minutes before someone came to tell us that there would be a longer wait for oil change. There is no way to do an oil change in 10 minutes at this location on weekend. Once they drove my car in to do the oil change, the staff zoomed out with my car and brought it to the car wash line without telling us. The car wash wasn't great either. Since it was included in the oil change package that we got, we did not expect much. There was still dirt on the windshield and no cleaning for interior at all. Spent about an hour to just do oil change and car wash. Very disappointing and most likely would not come back again. read more

I've been coming to this place since it was called "Squeaky Clean". I got regular car washes, oil changes and detailing done here. I've never had an issue which is why I was open to driving 30 minutes. I recently went there for a detailing ($200). I was left with a 12" scratch on my car. After bringing it the attention of the staff and manager, they did not want to accept their negligence. The manager advised that I call the following day to meet with his boss. I called the following day and I was told that the boss was not there. The manager (Elmir) stated that he has my phone number and would let the boss call me. I have yet to receive a phone call. They also had the audacity to tell me that it was there prior to dropping the car off. I would like to note when I dropped the car off. NO ONE came out to see the car. NO ONE came to identify any scratches on the car. I was told to park the car and leave the key with someone in the detailing shop. All in all, Rainbow/Squeaky Clean (whatever the new name of the car wash is) left me with no answers and no assistance for the scratch caused on my car while it was in their care. Highly disappointed and I will never be returning after being a loyal customer for almost 5+ years. read more

Went here due to cheap prices advertised on Groupon with good reviews there, and same prices advertised on their website, despite the negative reviews here. The place is a circus on a Saturday. Lines all over and no one directing or answering questions. Price quoted over phone for additional services was different when I got there. They are just interested in getting you in and out with no real service pride. They don't even get your name or contact info while you wait for your car- you have to pay in advance for detail services, rather than at end when you can say if you are satisfied with service or not. The exterior auto wash was fine- nice job there. Interior I paid for vacuuming, cleaning dash/center console, and shampoo seats. I specifically confirmed that the price included vacuuming the trunk, which was not done and I had to do myself after. They also left some stains on the dash (that were there before but I expected them to be washed out). I wouldn't return here for any interior cleaning. Maybe the $10 exterior wash is worth it if they're not busy. read more

Two Issues-First when I bring the car to be washed afterward there are always spots on the windshield almost like a sap. We had pouring rain a few days later and thought to myself it will come off now. Nope, still there. Have no idea what the heck it is. I have a small compact SUV and I asked how much to detail just the outside. I was given a price higher than Groupon. I asked why. His answer we do different better work and use better quality material than we do with Groupon. I felt cheated-I wanted to use Groupon to save a few bucks. Glad I did not. Paid for the $45 wash, interior and exterior and could not be more disappointed. While the car was in the machine to be washed, there were scratches on both sides of my Jeep. When I talked to the owner, he answered very rudely and said that the scratches had been there for years! The thing is that this car is brand new, and the scratches were not there. After I told him this, he didn't respond and just walked away! For $45 this was not a good at all. Parts of the car aren't even cleaned properly! The part in which the wheel sits is still completely dirty still! There are parts where the paint has chipped which had not been there. Picked up my car and was very disappointed on the work done to it. I have swirl marks all over the car the paint feels very ruff and sandy as if the compound still on it. No wax was put on the car at all. Water makes on mirrors and widows and the cup holder look like that haven't been touch. I honestly feel like my car was just wash and vacuumed value of $25. Got an oil change here which comes with a free exterior wash. When it came out of the car wash they barely touched it with a towel and it was still dripping wet. So I grabbed my towel out of my car to finish up drying it... since they couldn't be bothered. I want to preface this review by saying that all the staff members I encountered at Squeaky Clean were helpful, kind, and hard working. If trained properly by management, I have no doubts in their ability to perform the tasks required appropriately. I brought my vehicle in for a full detail, which includes the following: Interior includes: vacuum interior and trunk, air guns to remove any dirt, shampoo and hot water extraction for all carpets, trunk, and floor mats, steam clean and sanitize upholstery, carpets, and seats, clean leather trim and apply leather conditioner, clean and dress all vinyl surfaces, clean all vents, gauges, knobs, using soap and air guns, clean door jams, clean tires, rims, and wheel wells. Exterior includes: nano-technology clay auto scrub brush to remove all contaminants, wet sand exterior to remove heavy scratches, compound exterior to remove light to medium scratches and/or dull oxidized paint, three-step polish system to produce a glossy shine and remove swirl and hazing marks in paint, hand-applied paste wax, nano-technology hydrophobic polymer spray to repel water and add superior protectant to vehicles' exterior, clean and polish rims tires and wheel wells, acid treatment to windows and mirrors to remove water spotting and other contaminants, detail logos and trim to remove any excess residue, clean windows and mirrors, dress tires and trim. Starting with the exterior, here are a list of services which were NOT completed: Claying - you can distinguish between a clayed and non-clayed vehicle by simply running your hand over the paint. If clayed, the contaminants embedded in the paint are extracted, leaving the paint with an undeniably smooth surface. If a vehicle isn't clayed, the your fingers will feel like you're running them over paper. Removal of light swirls (these are minor clear coat scratches from automatic car washes, not paint scratches). If you don't clay a vehicle before polishing it, you're not going to be able to remove swirl marks or scratches since the paint isn't free of debris. It's like trying to build a house without a proper foundation. You can build on top of it, but the finished product isn't going to be what you wanted. Application of hydrophobic spray is also easily recognizable. If applied, water beads and rolls off of the paint, instead of pooling and creating water spots. This was not applied to my paint. Wheel wells were not cleaned at ALL. Rims were partially cleaned. Windows were cleaned, but there was no treatment applied to the windows to prevent water spots. Ironically, it rained the evening after the detail, and when I picked up my car, there were already water spots on the rear and front windows. Moving to the interior: The leather was not cleaned and conditioned properly. I advised the detailer that extraction is especially required for perforated leather seats, since debris gets imbedded in the perforations. It appears that the leather was just wiped with some type of greasy type of finishing product. Proper leather cleaning and conditioning leaves the leather soft and shouldn't be greasy or shiny. Leather should be treated like skin. Cleaned properly, extracted when required, then conditioned (like lotion) to prevent cracking. The WeatherTech floor mats were cleaned, but appeared to have the same product applied leaving a greasy finish. This is extremely dangerous to apply to floor mats, as it can cause your foot to slip off of the brake or accelerator. Seems dramatic, but this is a well-known "no-no" in the detailing world. The carpet of the vehicle wasn't vacuumed properly. They were not shampooed and extracted. The trunk was vacuumed okay, but not shampooed and extracted. Overall, the time staff spent on a standard sized vehicle (9:30 AM to 4:30 PM) should equate to the detail being done appropriately. If you have a filthy car, and you need to get it to a decent level of cleanliness, you'll be satisfied. If you have a clean car in good condition and want to elevate it, you won't. I hope this review helps in making your decision whether to purchase this service. read more

Found this place as a last minute search on Yelp. I needed an interior detail on my car ASAP. It was a rainy day and many places were closed. I called prior to arriving and said they could accommodate my car. Pulled in and they were ready to work on my car right away. Total cleaning time was 4 hours. You have the option of sitting in the shop but I called an Uber and went to Green Acres Mall, not much to do in the area. Four hours later I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Mind you, my interior was dirty and so were the front seats. Came back and my car was shining like new! They worked diligently on my car and it showed. Lost my debit card and it was placed nicely in the cup holder, honesty wins me over any day! Long story short, a great establishment, friendly and efficient. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.. they chipped the drivers side door paint in numerous places and skirted responsibility saying it was there before I dropped it off.. I get in and out of that door every morning and every night and I know for a fact it was their doing. unfortunately my girlfriend dropped it off and picked it up and didn't inspect their work. If one person reads this review and decides to take their business elsewhere, I'll feel just a tiny bit better. I'd call this place hot trash but that wouldn't be fair to hot trash. Hot trash would never take $100 and sabotage the car it was paid to clean. Hot trash wouldn't do that. Squeaky clean of valley stream would. Best car wash I have ever been to! There is a new owner named Peter who is honest and very professional. He takes very good care of his customers and the staff are courteous. I have been there plenty of times, purchased many details and oil changes and they never disappoint. The oil changes usually take around 15-20 minutes. The platinum wash takes around 25-30 minutes. You get your money's worth at this car wash. Highly recommend coming here. read more

This car wash had a great system in place and the equipment is superb. All employees took care of my car and I will always be back for another wash even though it is far from where I live. I had read different experiences and was not sure what to expect. The only thing that I would say is allow everyone to stay in the car. Three stars for the people who actually wash the car. I've never had any issues with the car being clean. The socially awkward man taking the money is passive aggressive and creepy. I also do not like that they insert your card for you--a plus of the chip is that card holders do not have to hand over their card. If I return, I'll defiantly take cash. The services for your car are also a hit or miss customer service wise. The owners are very nasty and seemingly always irritated. The first time I went for an oil change, I didn't know I needed synthetic oil. They already tossed my oil by the time they came to inform me of a price deviating from the advertised price, so I was forced to pay 80 bucks that I had not planned on spending. The manager offered no solution and arrogantly said "do you want to blow the engine or what?" Transparency and courtesy are the building blocks to business, though so many forget this. read more

I purchased a Groupon for interior and exterior detail, and I must say my car was dirty. Since it was my first Groupon I was hesitant at first. First, I made an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment I was greeted ( I don't remember his name but very friendly), and was asked what I wanted more focus on. I mentioned the water stains all over the car, some minor scratches on the side of the car, and a major scratch on top of the trunk ( which I didn't expect to look better). Four/five hours later I got a call that my car was ready. I was nervous about seeing my car, but when I got there my car looked so clean, no water stains, the minor scratches were gone, AND most of the major scratch on the back was gone. The major scratch was as if it was keyed from one end to the other, but it was gone! The interior was clean. Just one part of it had gunk as if they never checked and cleaned there, but other than that everything was clean. I have a 4 year old and she had made some messes back there so I was glad to see all of that was gone. The only thing I was upset about was the gunk. Oh and also one of the workers connected their phones to my car's Bluetooth, but I don't mind it at all just thought it was weird and funny. Overall I will be coming back, and my father, who is picky about who gets to touch his car, was also impressed and will be taking his! I just had the worst experience of my life (and I'm 61 years old) with a car wash. I came in for a #1 (Executive wash with all the interior and windows, etc). I paid $39.99. So, they obviously didn't have sufficient staff on board today -- the owner said he "didn't anticipate being so busy today." So my car came out of the wash, wet, and sat in the sun for approximately 15 minutes before 1 guy quickly wiped it down. Needless to say, it was full of water spots and dirt that didn't come off. I saw the owner who then hand wiped it down, but when I got the car back after almost an hour, and got it home, it still had water spots on the hood, bird crap and water spots on the roof. Oh, and I had to tell the lady who last had the car that she forgot to clean the rear window and the mirrors. I really didn't think I'd be so aggravated by a car wash. Was actually very excited to drop my car off for a full interior exterior wash/detailing since my car had some stains that I figured will definitely get easily taken care of. Had my appt made for January 2nd, 2020 for 1pm. Checked in to reception and the receptionist told me it would take anywhere from 4 to 5 hours. I asked the receptionist if I could call in a few hours to find out the update. The receptionist told me that she will call me once they are done. So I decided to wait at the Wendy's nearby for awhile till my wife came to pick me up. Cut to 330pm, my wife picks me up and we go for shopping. I pass by the car wash and see my car LITERALLY NOT TOUCHED AT ALL. I figured they will do it soon. Mind you they close at 6pm. I waited till 530 for their call but nothing. I called right after around 545pm to see what's going on and the receptionist said "oh your car has been ready to take home for sometime now. It's still wet but you can come pick it up". I said I never received a call from you earlier. She said "didnt I give you a call earlier?" I was quite shocked with this but anyways, i needed the car back and it was already dark by that time. The receptionist waited till I got there so at least that was helpful. The car seemed clean both inside and outside in the dark and I felt quite happy that night. To my shock, the next day, I looked at the car inside in broad daylight and as you can see from the pictures, A LOT of the stains were still there!! I really didnt know what to think at that point and was thoroughly disappointed. So the lesson is, try not to receive your car back in the dark. Make sure you check everything in the day time and let them know that there work wasnt good. I paid less than there original price by going through Groupon but regardless, your car shouldn't still look dirty after someone charges you $150+.
