I have never pushed a stroller before 2. The price of a stroller range from a minor purchase to exceeding one thousand of dollars... what do you get for your money?? You'll never figure this out by looking at them online or reading. You have to push it around a bit. ChatGPT will tell me? Nope. You have to try it out. 3. How do you collapse these things? Or extract out the detachable bassinet? Or put the second bassinet in there? They do not let you do this at Target or any other store we've been to. There was staff giving impromptu lectures on how they work, can they be carried onto a plane, do you have to gate check them, anything you'd want to know. Frankly, I have no idea how you'd make this purchase otherwise. Sure, maybe you're a baby-strolling veteran, and know all the latest, but I didn't. Same thing with car seats. Some swivel out and make it easy to extract your child. Others let you pop the bassinet out of the car seat and put it right on the stroller... but not all of them... and not all brands mix and match. I'm telling you... as a soon-to-be first-time dad, I left there so much more knowledgeable about how to approach this problem. I learned pitfalls, preferences, and, most importantly, what it feels like behind the wheel of a baby-moving contraption that seems on par with the Mars rover.

I calmly explained this, but was still made to repeat that I "understand" -- over and over -- in a way that felt accusatory and frankly demeaning. I understand that small businesses have return policies, and I respected that -- I came with a valid gift receipt and handled the interaction politely. The issue wasn't the policy, it was the way I was treated. I accepted the store credit, but I left the store with a strong impression of how unpleasant the owner's behavior was. This feedback is not about the outcome -- it's about how a customer, especially a new mother, should never be spoken to that way. I hope future interactions are handled with more empathy and professionalism.

I looked around the store and viewed at least 100 different characters to choose from. There are countless outfits to dress your bear in. It is a bit pricey. You are looking at a price for the bear and additionally, if you change the outfit. The process was a little lackluster for me. You choose the bear and outfit, then go to this huge machine, which stuffs the bear. Tada, you are done. I was hoping for more of a step by step build up and excitement for the child. When I was finally ready to pick a keychain, I had a whole ton of options... it was a bit overwhelming! The place is pretty busy now, but the employees are doing what they can to keep things organized and assist guests to the store. The employees may not smile, but they should be approachable. I don't see much of Kuromi in this store this time. The Hello Kitty merchandise does spring up from time to time. I have started taking a liking to the Kuromi collection, but haven't bought anything yet. It's just a matter of time. There is one big thing you should know. I have a friend who loves jigsaw puzzles and she would thoroughly enjoy the store. I also really liked their sword collection. They had a beautiful collection of swords hanging near the main desk. There were a few cute animated toys, such as a small race course near the front entrance of the store. I did feel it was really small, even for my young grandson. I was fascinated by this toy bird that continued to fly circles around the ceiling near the entrance. Service was great. I was offered help as soon as I entered the store. They were very nice. I didn't ask any prices, so I can't really speak to the cost value. I would call this a niche store. It is for people who have an interest or niche that they are in search of. Hallmark, by far, has the best selection of greeting cards. I have a huge thank you to Shanti. She patiently helped me find just the right card. It was perfect. Shanti was so nice and patient. We looked at a Lot of cards. But, we finally found a Quill card. That is artwork made with string. I feel a little dumb, because I didn't take a picture of the card, before I sent it. But, it was beautiful with butterflies and flowers on the cover. Thank you, Shanti. If you need a special card or gift, I highly recommend this Hallmark store. The prices are a little higher, but you get well made and unique items.
