When I saw luxury cars like Porsche Taycan and BMW i7 in his shop, I thought, "No way he'd bother with my $3,000 car." But I was completely wrong. While other shops quoted me $150 just to check for an AC leak -- and still refused to help -- Sinan spotted it with his eyes thanks to his experience, saving me that cost. I needed an AC compressor and AC line replacement, but when he realized I couldn't afford a brand-new part and was in a tough spot financially, he spent his Saturday going to a junkyard and personally pulled a used part for me. And even though his shop was closed on Sunday, he opened it just for me and spent a full 3 hours on my car -- 1.5 hours of repair and another 1.5 hours giving honest advice about cars and life. Yes, it was my decision to drop off my car at 11am and it was You who told me that you'll install tires around 1pm which I agreed. I have waited until 2:52pm and have not heard from you guys so I contacted you asking when it will be done at 2:52pm. Clearly it didn't take 15 minutes to install the tires because if I'm doing math correctly from 1pm to 2:52pm is 1 hour and 52 minutes. After I messaged you guys through yelp asking when it will be done at 2:52pm, yes you guys were super quick on calling me back at 2:53pm. From that phone call, a guy told me it will be done after 30-40 minutes. (I understand okay, maybe you guys were working on other customers car) I went back to pick up the car after 40minutes and asked if it was done and the guy told me information about the front tires. I asked if the back 2 tires were done and he told me it was almost done. I waited some more which I couldn't take anymore so I told them if it's going to take longer just put my tires back how it was so I can be done with it. It was then when the guy told me it's almost done. The guy was taking off the machine that lifts car up at exactly 4:06pm. From the previous picture 1, you guys might have already finished installing tires but the full service wasn't done until 4:06pm when you put down my car ready to go. The pictures I posted was just to show that I was there. Now I understand the lady was a customer which I misunderstood which I apologize and the fake account you were talking about, I told my friends about the experience and they left a review. I will tell them to take it down. The point is: You told me you'll get started with my car around 1pm and it wasn't done until 2:52pm saying will take 30-40 minutes. I got there about 3:30pm and paid around 4pm. Clearly that's not 15 minutes. Just admit your fault, apologize, and get this over with. read more

I did some of his cars at work with this person called Sinan for about eight months. I am a body shop. And during this time, a mouse ate the plumbing of a brother I know's car and upon my advice, we brought this person called Sinan to his workplace. He said that he would change the plumbing and demanded $ 1300. Although he did not install a new plumbing, he only cut a socket and installed another socket in the damaged area. He does this job in this way. I can prove what I said and that brother and this person called Sinan argued because he tried to deceive the man and he always does this to people. Let me tell you what I have seen during these eight months. I know that this car, a M5 2022 or 23 model, was rented and someone brought the car. He removed the exhaust of this car and installed a normal 5:20 exhaust. He has many tricks like this in front of my eyes. In addition, he definitely did not even pay the workers' money, including me. I have more than $ 3000 left to receive. All kinds of tricks are junk in this because he likes to live a life like this, he drinks at work until the evening and does your work. I am calling out to the friends who will take business to this person from now on, if you have Karez, have this man do business and see what will happen, he does not change most of the parts he says he changed and he always has problems with people anyway when I say his name, everyone shrugs because this guy has become quite famous. If you are using their web appointments make sure you call to confirm their location. They had recently moved and for some reason, their online email appt confirmation had the old location so I ended up awkwardly at their old location where the owner's of the new business didn't want to help me locate The Mekanik. I went back to Yelp and found the address on yelp to be current and ended up at their new "large garage space" They didn't seem to be expecting me. Their space was large, very clean and had new equipment. They asked me to wait in their office and within an hour I was given an estimate. After much research, they estimate for the work was very good and low in prices and had it not been for my dealer being able to do the work under warranty I would have hired them on their estimate. The transmission went out on my All Wheel Drive Volvo XC90. I submitted request to several vendors here on YELP. This company provided the BEST ESTIMATE for repair by FAR. I will just say this. I am SO happy that I found them. The mechanic is EXCELLENT. I have been driving with my new transmission for the last few days and LOVE that it is running smoothly. The awesome thing is that he didn't just fix the transmission. He found a couple other things that needed fixing. This is where "pride of service" comes in. He couldn't return the car in less than perfect condition. Because it is an all-wheel-drive, the rear axle needed replacing. He showed us the parts and there was a hole in the rubber surrounding the axle. And there was another small part that wasn't functioning at 100% - he replaced that part as well. End of the story is that my car and transmission is running BETTER than it did before the old transmission went out. What I appreciate most about this company is the honesty and integrity with which they operate. Or, maybe it is the standard of excellent service that I received. Either way, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will continue to drive the extra distance to get all my car repairs done with them. read more
