It is such a pleasures to meet a perfect and very polite family owned Auto Service and Repair facility in today's automotive industry.When I was looking on the website to see who could possibly get me the best answers and the bets solutions of my 1998 Ford Explorer's very hesitant and bad running conditions after all my own attempts of fixing the said and the existing problems of my vehicle. Great mechanics taking care of everything that has an engine. I have got both my cars serviced here and now driving them with confidence. Very affordable workshop for the service you get, which is directly comparable with dealer workshop. The workshop is located at a very safe area and they give the option for dropping your car overnight with a secure key dropping window flap. The lift equipment inside is amazing. I have seen plenty of other gadgets I did not see before, which enables them to service your car quickly and safely. Owner Sinan repairs existing parts when needed, if they can be fixed and does not have to be changed yet. They use quality parts, quality consumables and put in really quality workmanship. I have my 2012 Porsche Cayenne serviced at SS Auto a month ago. This was one of the costly maintenance for Porsche's, including engine and transmission oil change. While the vehicle was at the service, technician saw that the engine mounts are also needs to be replaced. Also the spark plugs, valve cover and the gasket has replaced They are checking your vehicle electronically and giving you an estimate prior to the service so generally no last minute surprises Sinan (the owner) is in charge with majority of the work done at the service and he has very good knowlage and long time experience with the vehicles like Porsche I'd give them 5 stars for the services they have provided and the total amount that I paid was VERY reasonable for the services provided. This place is terrific! When have you ever had a positive car buying experience? I bought (2) cars today, one at a premium car dealer that took 4 hours, delays, hassles, hidden charges, etc. The second car I bought today was of course at SS--what a contrast. In and out in an hour, super competitive pricing (we couldn't find a better deal online) and get this....no....I mean no....hidden or unexplained fees. These folks are terrific and honest. Excellent!!!! I will never go too another mechanic again, these guys were amazing. They had my car done in only two hours where as other places said it would take a couple days. Very fair priced and you can genuinely tell they care about your car and are doing everything they can to help you get your moneys worth. Fast and Great service. My 2006 Toyota Corolla was making weird noises. Another mechanic suggested to change parts and it was gonna cost a lot. Sinan listen to it and said Oil problem. Since these cars tend to burn more oil when they get older, he said this is a common issue. I am so happy with the service and the welcome of the owner. Sinan also buffed the yellow headlights :) Now they look brand new. I strongly suggest this shop. There is no car, motorcycle, boat he cant fix. If you make a mistake taking your car to this awful place , make sure you ask for list of new parts it was order and ask for your old parts back He uses junk yard or parts he took out from others cars to try to fix your car and charges new part and labor he didn't perform It was my personal experience that l witness him doing , never shown me the invoice of a new part he said he had ordered or given me the old parts he said he replaced.
