The pizza was unremarkable. Not sure I'd have gone back anyway, but after listening to the owner make some very offensive and racial remarks, and clearly think he was amusing, I can safely say I will never return. It was a very unpleasant dining experience, and the food didn't stand out enough to warrant supporting such an awful owner. There are much nicer places to visit, and at least if they are as horrible as this guy was, they can figure out that it's not funny, and they can keep it to themselves. read more

This pizza ranks at the bottom given it's greasy as hell. I know pizza isn't known to be a health food but this pie sucks.

Pizza is getting better but the dine in vibe was really weird. Not sure what to make of this place but certainly can't call it great.

Stopped here on my way through town . The place had a sewer smell to it initially when walking in. I'm not sure what the issue was but I still ordered my pizza . As i waited I realized how dirty and run down it all was. Once we got our pizza which looked ok at first glance. Then as I went to bite it something was crawling in it and i jumped. It looked maybe like a cockroach or something which wouldn't surprise me because of the dirty place and smell. Watch out for this one it will make you lose your appetite. Plenty other pizza places to check out ! Not this one and I've heard some things about the owner too you should look at his rap sheet and maybe keep your kids in sight just saying you can't be too safe with those kind of people around children. I ordered a medium sausage mushroom pizza online along with a small Bobby Bread. It was a tough decision to not get the pizza with white sauce because I heard it is really good. Pizza was very good. I was hoping the bread was going to be more like a garlic cheese bread, but I couldn't taste any garlic. Definitely recommend this place. I'll be back. Tried St. Giuseppe's Pizza for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Expected it to be like Harris, Fields of Pizza and so many others, but found that it is similar, but better. The crust is a different texture and that was my favorite part. We tried the Mashuga Nut and Hawaiian. Both were VERY good! The staff was also friendly and courteous. I've been eating at Saint G's since I was a little kid. I grew up next to their original location back in the day. I moved away for awhile and recently decided to see what Joe is up to. This is the kind of pizza shop that you walk in and the owner knows you by name. Genuine Quad City pizza with all the fixin's. Bobby bread is BEYOND fantastic and the calzones are huge! Check facebook for good deals too. These are the nicest people around. Don't be put off by the religious symbols on the wall. This establishment is run by a strong Catholic family (Bobby Schilling!). Not even close to those people who shove religion down your throat though. Extremely nice and always ready for a good conversation. I always come to St. Giuseppi's for my pizza cravings! read more

We were sad when St Giuseppe's left our neighborhood but their new space is so neat, we are happy for them! This is the BEST pizza spot in the quad cities. I live in central Davenport and make the 20 minute drive weekly driving right past places like Harris and Fields of Pizza just to get me some Giussepe's. I highly recommend ordering an extra cup of their HEAVENLY sauce (and get some to take home with your pizza) because it transforms the quality of your leftover pizza. ok, is ok more like digiorno's. Sorry, I love pizza. No way does this touch Franks, Harris, Crust, Bad Boys. yes, its owned by a politician who may or may not be a nice person, never met the man. Staff were nice but servers who are not nice generally don't survive being in the front of the house for long. a two star was a stretch, the toilet was dirty, scared to think of the kitchen after going in there. Pizza is inexpensive to make, so shoot for the moon, not a grocery store pizza in a restaurant. read more

My family loves this place. The staff is friendly, and they always remember our order. We really like the Chicago style pizza, but we've also enjoyed the regular crust or bobby bread as well. The pizza sauce can be a bit spicy for my 4-year-old, but I like it. We usually get the garden pizza, and I've liked some of the less traditional pizzas like mac & cheese or barbecue chicken on the buffet. read more

PStopped in a 1:05pm and was told the buffet was closed, so I ordered a pizza to go and waited. Five minutes later a man came in and ordered the buffet. The best thing was the ground sausage. The calzone dough was under cooked in general and raw in the center. The marinara sauce was cold and flavorless. Overall I was very disappointed since I had read that the calzones here were "great". read more

Had this pizza for the first time last Sunday at a friends house, she way anxious to have me try it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised considering I am a Happy Joe's fan...I also love Harris Pizza and Franks's which are basically cousins to each other. The St Giuseppe's sausage is similar to theirs but seemed to have less meat more cheese. The cheese on Giuseppe's is diving!...I though I'd like the pepperoni better than the sausage but I was wrong. We got it for pick up and it took about 35 minutes but it was worth the wait. Just a tad more meat and they would be worthy of a 5 star read more

I've been a fairly regular customer for a few months and I've tried several things from the menu. The dough used for pizza and calzones is very tasty--QC style with lots of malty yeast. The sauce is slightly spicy and fresh tasting. Pizza toppings are fresh and generous--I especially like the sausage. Before pizza, try the Bobby Bread. It's just crust and cheese baked to perfection with their sauce for dipping. Even better than the pizza, St Giuseppe's makes incredible calzones! They are big enough to share and are served with fresh breadsticks. Take a look at their specialty menu and be sure to try the Mashuganut! read more

Had a medium pizza, sauce was good, crust was excellent, lots of cheese, BUT there was nearly no toppings at all ! At first I thought I was given a cheese pizza by mistake, the first two pieces had zero sausage. The rest had some topping, but very little. I doubt I will order from there again. read more
