My wife got the Salmon, which was pretty good, but her asparagus side was a bit woody. One other diner in our group got the Tortellini al Timballo, a hearty Italian dish, which was more than she could manage so she ended up taking about half of it home We got various glasses of wine from there pretty good wine list. We were there for a relaxing evening, so the somewhat slow service didn't bother us at all, but it did appear they might be a little understaffed with servers for a Friday night. Prices are exceptionally reasonable. I have been in Chicago earlier in the week and had a veal dish that was more than twice the cost of this one. The tables are either original or food replicas, as are the chairs. They still have the old style cloth rotating hand towels in the bathroom, with paper towels for the less adventurous. Bar drinks are good, and they carry a wide variety of beer by the bottle and can and soda by the can so you won't have to take a Pepsi product over Coca-Cola or visa-versa. You may get to enjoy sitting at a table with others if they're busy, but don't shy away from making new friends It's a unique style of pizza (QC style), but there are a lot of us that like it and I've converted a number of newbies into fans!
