Went to this location for a quick dinner before our movie and it was delish! I love the new bowls and plates Panera has (I may be late on that!) and it had a great atmosphere. We needed to pack our food in to-go boxes and they have them to us without any question! A nice casual healthy-ish dinner date!!!!

    What I received

I am disappointed in the quality from this location. I ordered a BLT and was expecting a sandwich with slices of bacon like the photo advertised. I received a sandwich with bacon bits, lettuce and a little mayo. I threw it away.

Grilled cheese (substitutes ciabatta because they were out of the normal bread). Terrible... can't even make a grilled cheese

Rude service, uncooked food. Don't you dare return food, like ask for a toasted, versus slightly warm, bagel, or you'll get an attitude.

My ONLY complaint is that I wish they had a specific parking spot for the rapid pick up orders.

If you want the steak soup they serve in Annie Gunns....and I highly recommend it...get it there. And FRESH FISH. Amazing fresh fish. Also highly recommend the smoked shrimp, trout and the crab cakes. I could go on and on...so much goodness in there. The ambiance is a bit snug in there and it might be a bit overwhelming with all the amazing products, but so worth it. Take your time and stroll through. Service can be a bit tricky. Sometimes you need to wait in line at the beginning of the deli area but if want meat of fish you need to wait in that area.. But they are always running at full speed

Ordered the pork BBQ and quickly learned they were sold out as it's a high demand item This place is an order-to-go only place. There are no tables. Since we there only about 10 minutes, we didn't get to fully look over the massive meat counter and other food items they had. We quickly ordered a sandwich each and wanted to get out of their way. My wife ordered the Cubano and I ordered the Madden both of which says had bacon. We love bacon... however.. this sandwich had tons of bacon. If you love bacon on a sandwich, get one of these. Sandwiches were really good. Got the homemade chips to go with them. So this place really is a market. We will be back to try the BBQ for sure.

My fiancé and I have been on a Route 66 "kick" lately. Somehow, this place flew under my radar, but…read moreI am glad that I found it! I love an authentic Route 66 stop, and this is certainly one of those. From the road, it's difficult to tell how big the place actually is. Once inside, it opens up and really shares its character. We went on a Thursday evening, and it was packed, but not uncomfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our server was friendly and efficient, and she seemed genuinely invested in customer experiences. Our food was outstanding, and there was plenty of it! We even had room for dessert: a chocolate chip cookie and ice cream. It was the size of a dinner plate! This was an outstanding indulgence, and I can't wait to have another one, as soon as my glycemic index allows. LOL The restrooms were pretty darn rough. Urine all over the floor, overflowing trash can, filthy toilet, etc., gave the impression that it hadn't been cleaned since the Route 66 days. Here, I am not focusing on that, since it's not what we came here for. Our overall experience was fantastic and memorable. We look forward to returning to this special historic establishment.

I'd heard of this place a number of times over the years and thought it was time to check it out…read more Big mistake. First off, the place is old and dingy and needs an update badly. It's just kind of dirty everywhere. Our table had that tacky feel to it. There were dirty dishes piled up in a lot of places and about 30 or so dirty glasses piled up by the bar. Our server wasn't great. We waited a few minutes before she came over and took our drink order. She never delivered our drinks to us. After a while, we realized they were just sitting on the bar. The bartender saw us looking at them and delivered them to our table. After all that, the drinks were not good. We questioned whether there was actually any alcohol in them. We were finally able to order our entrees. I wanted a pizza. I was told they weren't doing pizza, brisket, and something else that night. She said I could have flatbread instead, so I got that. I ordered it with pepperoni, pineapple (yeah, I know - but I like it), and red onion. It was not good. The sauce was bad. It has to be plain label crap from a store somewhere. The toppings were few and far between. I didn't even eat half of it and just gave up. When our server asked if I wanted a box, I said no because it wasn't good. She said, sorry - didn't ask what was wrong with it, etc. My husband ordered the Bros. Champion Burger with tots. It's a burger with pulled pork on it. His burger was way overcooked. The pulled pork seemed to be okay. He loves tots and didn't eat them. He said they tasted like they'd been cooked in oil that had been used to cook a lot of other items as well. You may think that maybe they were understaffed. I don't believe so as I saw a number of staff members standing around chatting frequently. Our server was sitting down drying silverware. We were ready to pay and get the heck out of there. We had to get another server, to go get ours because she wasn't looking around, not checking on her tables, nothing - just chilling and drying flatware. There was absolutely nothing that made us want to go back.
