One issue I see is that was waiting in the lobby area for my food but since I ordered the food online, the packager of the food would not announce the order but put it on the rack for online, so I would constantly ask if that was the order and no one would check. After 30 minutes getting my online order which was sitting on the rack, I wanted to get a soda, no ice from machine and there was a bucket of ice on the counter.
