The work crews were always on time, professional, and after each step of the process, they thoroughly cleaned up. The end product is beautiful, a bit expensive for 'grass', but well worth the investment. At the end, our Project Manager, Matthew, visited in person and made sure we were happy. During the process the office, Misha, checked with us several times to explain payment, maintenance, etc. Customer Service tends to be missing from many service companies, but STNW has set the standard.

They fired the guy who gave me the quote -- but gave no communication until I reached out. Rescheduled, but did not show up to the new date, nor respond to my email asking for clarification. Just left me hanging. He clearly decided he did not want to do my irrigation project, but instead of communicating, he strung me along and made promises he never intended to keep. To completely ghost me and not even respond after agreeing to do the project is some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. If he doesn't want to do my project, fine. Just be a decent human and tell me. Now I am several weeks behind on my project. Please save yourself weeks of headache and choose a different company!

Ricardo told me he was coming to finish on FIVE different occasions and he never showed up, never called back, never returned text messages, and I finally called the number on Yelp and got a hold of some lady (I think Ricardo's wife), and she sent some OTHER workers who hadn't installed pavers before and this long, drawn-out project became even worse. I had to settle on midicore work. THEN, Ricardo wanted me to pay the full amount event though I said let's forgo the synthetic grass, plus he didn't finish putting the pavers where they were supposed to go, AND had the guts to say that I "pressured" him to return to finish the work and I just wanted to pay a small amount. Somehow he turned it into my issue, plus another worker wasn't going to get paid from Ricardo, so then that guy is calling an texting me - TOTAL MESS. Needless to say I won't use them again, and i wish this didn't happen because I had a good relationship with Ricardo before all this happened, but it turned shady quickly.
