The people working there are SO rude. The older woman was nasty to the customer before and after me this morning. Then she proceeded to start with the young male clerk that helped me to which he started ranting and raving and dropping F bombs. I had ordered a BEC and a BECSP. Both came out with SP. The sandwiches were horrible cold cheese and cold bacon. When they were brought out both the older woman and the young male ignored that they were brought out. It's not what it used to be. I used to wait on line that was usually to the front door. The bagels were awesome, I even sent two dozen to Tennessee and they were so happy. I went there this morning while I do laundry nearby. I ordered an egg sandwich and a drink. By the time I came back to eat it the meat was cold. I'm pregnant and don't want to eat something that may not be cooked, so I walk back and they give me an attitude and throw my sandwich in the microwave than proceed to tell me the ketchup is cold not the sandwich. I explained if They're just going to throw my sandwich in a microwave for 30 second I'd prefer my money back. don't waste your time here just go to strathmore. I called ahead because stacie's is closer to my house than Strath. I get there and they didn't make my order because they didn't have whole wheat bagels. Like okay maybe call me back (since they asked for my number over the phone). Basically I called for no reason. Do I look like someone who has 10 minutes to spare? Never trust a business that changes their owner as much as I change my bed sheets. Bagels. Stacie's is a great little find tucked away in the corner of a semi-desolate shopping center. Larger than it looks from the outside, there is a full service bagel shop on the left and a decent sized dining area on the right. The bagel selection is very good and they are a good size. Not too doughy and very flavorful - what more could you ask in a bagel? Schmears! Stacie's has the usual selection of goodies you can have spread on your bagel and they seem to always have just the right amount on there when you go to eat it. Some places load the bagel with tons of cream cheese, but this is something you will want to eat and not have to shower after. Coffee is very good and they also have cooked breakfast items available as well. The girls that work there are all pleasant and Stacie is always present. Great place for breakfast, but definitely prepare to wait in line for a bit as its quite popular. I arrived around 10:30 Saturday morning and was in line with about 5-6 people in front of me. However the staff work quite fast and efficient so despite line we didn't have to wait that long. I tried one of their breakfast omelets as it was a late morning and wanted more than bagels to fill up my tummy. Bagel was quite soft and chewy certainly made very fresh, but honestly not being a bagel connoisseur I couldn't really tell the quality other than the freshness. But it was quite a good visit. Price was quite cheap, $5.50 for good filling meal. They actually do take credit cards now too as I see they added a card swiper to their store iPad and didn't seem to have a minimum charge requirement. The coffee I had was a bit overly sugared on the bottom but its not a bit deal since I didn't finish it. Very friendly and helpful staff that despite being a busy store they never rushed nor seemed impatient with the customers, quite a pleasant environment indeed. Next time I come here would like to take my time and try out more of their plentiful bagel selections. read more

one of the busier bagel stores in ronkonkoma. stacey the owner is very nice and helpful along with the others that work there. its a real bargain especially on Wednesdays when a dozen bagels is 6.00 i was there last week and had 2 eggs scrambled with bacon and potatoes on a roll and a ice coffee and there everyday price is 4.00. how can you beet that price. food is good and service is great. read more

Extremely rude. They don't care if they get your food wrong they'll find a way to blame it on you. They don't change gloves in between orders and taking money. I can literally squeeze oil out of my BEC. Prices are high which I could care less but if you can't make a breakfast sandwich correctly and not be rude about how you the worker messed it up then you shouldn't even be in business. Was in Ronkonkoma today and decided to go to my old favorite spot for a good egg sandwich boy was i disappointed waited on line for ten minutes whuch i thought was slow compared to the way the use to be. After 20 minutes of waiting I walked up to the register to find out its been ready this whole time. She handed it to me without wrapping it up and didn't bother to apologize. Was heading home to Maryland after a weekend in the area for a wedding. We just HAD to get bagels for breakfast on our way out and ended up here... Google searches actually didn't even show this place, so we got lucky because we saw it when driving pastI am so glad we stopped, it was just what we wanted! The line was long when we walked in but it went by super duper fast. The next available employee takes the next person in line, asks for your order, makes it, and then rings you up, so it was a really good system, went fast and leaves little room for error. We just got bagels with cream cheese and oh man, that is all you need to get! Our bagels were AMAZING! And huge! I ate half then and there and ate the other half later on in the drive. Normally I don't like to write negative reviews because mistakes can happen. However after time and time again, getting a wrong order, it's aggravating. Today we ordered two items, one being a hungry man. We received an egg on a hero. They raised their prices so when we order something and pay $20 for only two items, it should be correct. Other times, we've ordered omelettes with no cheese due to a dairy allergy, to get home and see cheese inside. We've ordered regular BEC's missing bacon, one missing egg completely. Made an order online, called to verify that 2 of the bagels were toasted out of the 4 and that one coffee I ordered was iced, since they do not give an option to write anything like most establishments do, I wrote it in the delivery instructions instead. When I called someone picked up the phone and did not even say hello or hold, which I would of understood because it could be busy. Instead they just put the phone on the counter for over 5 mins. When I finally called back and was honored with someone finally answering, I spoke to one woman that said she already made it and I never wrote the instructions, I did. ..after that she handed the phone to another person who seemed to have a better understanding of the job. Clearly not. They gave me half my order and charged me for my full. Kind of insulting they start their tipping for delivery drivers 25 percent when they cannot fulfill a order. The bagels are ordinary, but the sanitary conditions awful. All the food handlers wore gloves, but they never took them off! They took money, used the cash register, and touched whatever they wanted and then without changing their gloves or washing their hand prepared food! Egg everything with chocolate chip cream cheese. The most perfect meeting of savory and sweet I can think of and Stacie's did it perfectly. Top it off with a small cup of coffee with cream and sugar and it makes for the perfect Saturday breakfast. I also had a strawberry bagel with butter. Yummy!
