Staci conducted a very detailed inspection of our home, over 2 hours long, then sat and discussed the findings and priority issues with us for another half hour or more. She was helpful in responding to our questions about the types of expertise that would be needed for some of the repairs. We sought this inspection on our existing home due to the fact that the recent heavy rains showed some roof leaks. We want to be prepared for the El Nino weather conditions that are expected later in the year which will bring more heavy rain for months. The next day I received Staci's 130 page report which has many photos illustrating her findings.
