Gabby is so sweet, and although I don't mind a heavy-handed Stylist, she is very gentle. The whole experience was very relaxing and satisfied with my end result. My only complaint and the reason I gave only four stars is, I didn't love the shampoo bowls. They don't have the rubber neck support in the bowls, and I just felt like I kept sliding down in the chair and it made me think too hard and not be able to enjoy the shampooing experience. I will definitely come back to see her on these days that I am feeling lazy. I just want to be pampered a little bit. I ended up having her flat iron as well. Blowout alone was $65 and with flat iron was $80 total.

I asked for a French bob and showed the stylist a picture. I left with what looked like a mushroom haircut. For what I was charged, I expected a lot better. Then there was the pricing. The website advertised "Cut and Style $90." I was charged $150 because I was later told styling was a separate charge. When I questioned it, I was told there was a notice at the bottom of the mirrors saying styling was extra. I never saw that notice before or during my appointment, and I was not given an itemized receipt explaining the additional $60 charge. If styling costs an additional $60, that should be made very clear before the customer agrees to the service, not explained afterward. So, in my experience: disappointing haircut, surprising pricing, and definitely not the $150 experience I expected. A barber could have done a better job for $25. I won't be returning.

I work with my hands for a living, and my nails genuinely needed proper cleaning and prep before tips were applied. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly ask for basic prep work while being made to feel uncomfortable for speaking up. The tips were then applied with excessive glue/product underneath the nails, leaving thick chunks underneath that make the nails difficult to properly clean. When I expressed concern, I was told the glue "had to be there" to make the nails strong. I have been getting my nails done for decades and have never had a technician argue with me for not wanting large globs of hardened glue underneath my nails. When I said I wanted to stop the service, I was told "let me fix it," but the issues were never actually corrected. The nail lengths and shapes were inconsistent, the filing/shaping was uneven, and there were visible imperfections, debris, and rough edges throughout the work. I also had concerns about sanitation. The UV lamp being used appeared dirty and damaged, and the drill/e-file bits looked visibly unclean between clients, which made me increasingly uncomfortable during the appointment. I've attached photos so people can judge the quality for themselves.

I moved to Burbank a couple years ago and have struggled to find the perfect hairstylist for me. A good friend of mine gave her stylist lots of praise and brought me to her appointment with her because she was wanting to go from dark brown back to blonde. Stacy not only made her hair look amazing but she really took the time to make sure it was done perfectly and without ruining her hair. Shortly after her great experience with Stacy I had a bad one with my own hair (it wasn't from Stacy) my friend said call Stacy and tell her what happened she can help you! Not only did she take the time to talk to me and have me send pictures of what my hair looked like she made time to see me the next day and really saved my hair and I felt beautiful leaving that salon. I have been going to her ever since. She is a hair color GENIUS! No Lie! She really listens to her clients, makes you feel comfortable, and she's a total sweetheart. I've been going to Stacy for years now. My sister told me about her and I couldn't be happier I took my sister's advice and went to this hair-guru! Now all of my friends and even work associates use her! She is utterly the best hair stylist I've ever gone to. EVERY hair cut and/or color I've ever gotten has been superb. I'm not exaggerating when I say, people have stopped me on the street to fine out who does my hair. I'm telling you...If you aren't going to Stacy you are missing out BIG TIME. She knows what will make you look your very best. I trust her so much, I used her to do the hair for my wedding (me, my mom and my sister) AND I only trust her to cut my husbands hair too. My sister is a travelling nurse and would wait until she was in town to get her hair done, OR make the drive from SAN FRANCISCO to have Stacy do her hair. I went to Stacy last week at the recommendation of a good friend. I am relatively new to LA and I tried several expensive west-side salons with not such great results. I am SO excited that I finally found Stacy. This is where I will be getting my hair done from now on. I had over-processed bleach blond highlights that had gone brassy, dry and brittle over the years. Stacy managed to return me to my natural, mousy blond color with a combination of warm toned low lights. This lady knows what she is doing and she is super sweet and fun too. I've been looking and looking for someone who knows 'BLONDE' hair. Everyone can color someone blonde, but it's the quality, the blend of blonde highlights, and how they apply it, that really makes or breaks a beautiful blonde head of hair! Midway through our appointment while we were making small talk she abruptly informed me that she would be charging me more than what she herself had confirmed during the consultation. It came out of nowhere and was very disorienting. When I reminded her of the discount, she made something up on the spot about how the new higher price still reflected the discount. It was super shady and vague and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I could not leave because my head was wrapped in foil and bleach when she chose to announce this change. The color also did not come out the way we had discussed and she pretty much rushed me out of the chair while we were still within our appointment window and kept making passive aggressive jabs about how she had other clients coming in and how she should charge me even more. It's clear that she was disorganized and had not planned her schedule well and was taking that urgency out on her clients. I found the experience to be unprofessional and baffling and will not be returning.

She made it so smooth to achieve what I wanted, with zero damage to my hair - and get this... no toner was added to achieve my hair color! She's that good! Of course my hair quality plays a role for this achievement too, but she is a true artist. I have had at least 20 people ask me about who does my hair. I'm not surprised, she is Michelangelo and I am her Sistine Chapel. And yes, there was root shadow done for this look, my actual hair color is salt and pepper.
