Best BBQ in Cleveland. Been here several times and have never been let down. Meat is always tender and well seasoned. Last time out, I got the brisket basket. Tender pieces of brisket with coleslaw and a big old honkin' corn on the cob. They have different flavors of BBQ sauce to choose from and I encourage you to try a little of each. Based on the many underrated ratings (3s raving about the place...) I'm giving this a 5. I got the brisket plate with hot slaw and baked beans. The hot slaw was way too spicy for me but I cut it with the sweet BBQ sauce. (By the way, their house BBQ sauce is really tasty. ) Their baked beans were just right. I've acquired a taste for baked beans over the years and these were real good. As for the brisket- the portion seemed a little light, but after the beans and slaw, and a few hidden slices, it too, was just right. Not too fatty, not too lean. Taste was there, and combined with their sauces, this meal is solid. I'm here for one more night so I may not be able to come back but I recommend this place if you're in Cleveland, Tennessee. read more

The only bad meal I've ever had through Yelp. We were travelling through Cleveland and tried it due to the reviews. The brisket was bone dry and had no flavor. The baked beans tasted like they were straight out of a can. The hot slaw was essentially bagged cabbage with some vinegar. The fried okra was OK, as were the ribs, but sauce can fix flaws. I am here in Cleveland visiting family and decided to stop here on a whim. I'm so glad I did. I am from Austin, TX and was not expecting to be impressed but I was wrong. The hickory smoked pulled pork sandwich was terrific! I took my sister with me who is so picky and she also loved it. I'm only here a few more days and I will definitely be going back! Voted best BBQ in Cleveland. Goes to show the lack of BBQ we have in Cleveland. The BBQ pulled pork was good. Not great but tender with a good flavor. The sides.. baked beans, not a fan of. I've had better out of a can. Collard greens, tasted more like turnip greens. Hot slaw , not even close. I was excited to see they had collards and hot slaw but was very disappointed in them. I thoroughly enjoyed stopping by here for a weekday lunch while in Cleveland. It's a cross between a sports bar and BBQ shack and doesn't disappoint. I had the Pork Stack. This is basically a redneck taco if you're familiar with Martin's in Nashville. It's a cornbread pancake piled with smoked pork and cole slaw with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. This makes for a pretty hefty lunch if I'm honest. I tried to justify it by saying I didn't get a side but if you're willing to be full for a bit after lunch it's worth it. Pros: Big TV's, Pork Stack is really tasty on a fluffy cornmeal pancake. The closer sauce is super good! Cons: It is pretty messy and I thought the ordering/service system was a bit wonky but that's being particular. Overall: Great BBQ choice. Get the closer sauce on top of what you're eating if you like a little spice. The Pork Stack is my go-to if I'm alone in Cleveland for lunchtime. read more

I had the 1/2 ckn plate with the potato salad and the hush puppies...the chicken 2as so moist perfectly smoked with os gorgeous season skin and aweet smell...so the chicken was a 10 BEST IN TOWN! The potato salad is a sourcream based with dill salad quite delicate and elegant for bbq itself but it complimented the smoke flavor and the tanginess of the sauces so surprisingly it fit perfectly...NOW THE HUSH PUPPIES....WOW! I was skeptical of the ORANGE building. Inside, including the restrooms were very clean. My guys are BBQ snobs, especially my Texan husband. The pulled pork was moist and flavorful; also got ribs and brisket, all three of which were amazing. Came here before a day of visiting Lee University. Met an employee here who is a Lee student and he couldn't have been nicer. We were recommended this place by the concierge of the hotel we stayed at. I ordered the cornbread pancakes with pork ribs. Holy cow that was some amazing food!! And the dessert was fried apple pie with vanilla ice cream covered in powdered sugar and caramel. I ate all of it! I'm a chocolate guy. It if was illegal I'd rob stores for it. Driving from Pigeon Forge home to Florida. I saw the Stadium BBQ sign. I love BBQ so I stopped and boy was it good. I got the Beef Brisket Sandwich with Sweet BBQ sauce. The brisket was cut up into delicious squares. I was going to add coke slaw but I needed to get back in the car. So my advice? Skip the fast food and get some real food. PS. Review by an out-of-state traveller: We were driving home after a long weekend of camping and relaxing and got to the restaurant just minutes before they were scheduled to close. We asked if they could still serve us, and the lady was super friendly. She took our orders with the most pleasant attitude and told us she was happy we chose to eat there. The food was delicious! We all had the burgers, but I'm sure the rest of the menu is just as good. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who was working the front that night. She was amazing. I know this won't get us anywhere but wanted to warn others of our experience. We ordered food to be delivered. When it arrived we noticed we were missing an item from our order and we questioned some of the other items we received. We called and told them about the pie to which she responded that the delivery company was supposed to tell us they were out. Then we asked about the amount of brisket in a meal and the burnt hush puppies we received. The manager was very dismissive to our concerns offering for us to call another time and she would give us replacement hush puppies. We understand that things happen but to be that dismissive was a put off. The brisket flavor was ok but $13 for 3 pieces of meat that were literally the size of thick cut bacon is ridiculous and half of that was fat! 2 of the hush puppies were clearly over cooked. How do you clearly not see the difference in that product when you place it in the order? And the cole slaw was disgusting! I'm not sure how that small container of cole slaw can even be considered a side!?! I'm guessing they messed up and gave us the hot slaw instead of regular slaw like we ordered as that is what it reminded us of. I have attached pictures below. The slaw is the container next to the bacon...I mean brisket. The pork and catfish were ok but over all very disappointed with our meal we will be taking this off of our list. read more

Stopped in on a road trip. The outside looks are deceptive- don't be fooled by the garish paint. Inside its stadium decor as the name implies. We had a half rack of ribs which were tender and bathed in sweet TN style sauce. Very tasty and good value for the price. Homage chips very good also. read more

Best BBQ in Cleveland. The staff is friendly and the food is great. On Fridays and Saturdays, they have ribs. Fantastic. Also their collard greens are really good. Ask fir some pepper vinegar to go in them. They make their own, so it's great. They also make fried pies in a variety of flavors. They are pretty darn good. read more

The best BBQ of my life! The food here is fresh and flavorful, it has a baseball field ambiance and the best place to grab Bbq in Cleveland. My favorite is the brisket sandwich with xxx sauce and also love their smoked chicken. These guys know real southern Bbq and everything you order is nicely seasoned. They have a great variety of sauces which I love, service is always friendly and fast. Above all you have to try their homemade pies with ice cream, yes they make it fresh and you get to watch it sometimes too. My husband and I had our families over for lunch and decided to order BBQ for the main course. I ordered the food on Tuesday and picked it up that Saturday, since the restaurant isn't open on Sundays. When I got there, the BBQ was ready for me. They put it in a nice aluminum container so I could reheat it the next day. The order came with bbq sauce as well. The BBQ reheated very well the next day. The guy who waited on me said to put it in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes. It turned out to be very tasty. Our families had many compliments on the BBQ. So happy to have stumbled upon this amazing BBQ joint! Every year on my annual trek to Bonnaroo, I like to seek out a BBQ lunch spot in a small town along the way. Stadium BBQ is easily one of my favorites! Their smoked 1/2 chicken was tender and flavorful - and the spicy BBQ sauce was perfect! Not too sweet with just the right amount of heat. Comfortable and clean, the owners did a really nice job of bringing out a sports theme to make the inside interesting and not BBQ generic. The food is "ok", but it could be MUCH better the price is far too high, being the main reason why I have a complaint. We have to remember this is Cleveland TN no Paris, But there's always multiple places with no food in them . And the Owner (home-cooks) especially need professional advice . The way this looks, your restaurant will probably be closed before thanksgiving , in a restaurant you need to hire professionals . the sauces are the result of an amateur cook experimenting with different ingredients .
