Food was good, but not great compared to what can be had 10 minutes further into town. Fried spring rolls were moderately priced but was a little thicker then my finger. Broth of the pho was good but a bit sweeter then what I prefer. Service on a scale of 1-10 was a 8. Food came out promptly and water cups were always full. Now... The reason they received such a low score is due to multiple reasons. 1. Besides the fact that the waiter had a note pad and repeated my order back to me, still managed to botch my order up. 2. A big YES for their beef stew with egg noodles (they are thin like ramen) and a side of their french bread. Wow!! The basil and sprouts were beautifully fresh with three kinds of sauces to add (tho it needs no extra flavoring because their broth is so delicious). There's about 5 pieces of tender beef in there, and 5-6 chunks of carrots, so if you plan on sharing because the portion is generous (which I did with my bf) - perhaps we can ask them to have a side order of beef- please??. I was wrong, but now I'm right. My family recently tried their regular pho, tofu veggie pho, veggie spring rolls, tofu banh mi and a salted lemonade, and the flavors blew my slippahs off! The joy within me lit up knowing that this restaurant is a hop, skip and a jump down the road from my home--likely closer to me than you and that kinda makes me even happier. I took a taste of my tofu veggie pho broth anticipating the worse built up from my last visit years ago, but tasting the best! Took a little sip of my husbands pho broth and his was great, too! Their deep fried veggie spring rolls are good, but on the day we visited, we were missing the sauce other pho restaurants serve--that clear, lightly sweet fish sauce flavored dipping sauce. Mmm, my mouth is watering just describing it! Their tofu banh mi is sooo good, I didn't want to share, but my daughter was hungry and practically drooling from my oohs and aahs, so I passed her her half :) Ooh, if paired with that same dipping sauce mentioned above and maybe some mayo, or make it an aioli (fancy mayo), that would be even better! But I immediately checked their hours to see how often I could drop in to pick one up! They're setting the simple tofu banh mi flavor bar high. Note: Ba-le downtown Fort St. does a pretty good one for a quick lunch. Now for the salted lemonade. I always order it when I see it on a menu. Living in California, we frequented a lovely little pho restaurant weekly and she practically watched our kids grow up. One day, I shared that I was feeling under the weather and she served me her version of this drink. It's an acquired taste, but if you like salty sweet li hing mui or salted plums and lemonade flavors, you'll LOVE this drink! It's like an ice cold, refreshing cure all for me. All these years my mind was made up that this restaurant was fine for an occasional boba, avocado smoothie or salted lemonade, but not for their food. We ate at Stadium Pho for the first time on Sunday, Feb 20 for dinner. I cannot rave enough about how ono the food was and I will definitely eat here again and again and again and again. My husband and I both had the crispy fried noodle with seafood, fresh summer rolls, and freshly made taro tapioca. I was going to get the banana tapioca but the young woman who took our order said the taro was just freshly made so we switched our dessert. I just cannot explain how much flavor and taste the food has and was not salty at all. I have eaten at restaurants that use salt as the flavor enhancer. OMG, the mint, cilantro, and taro flavor of each dish were off the charts fantastic. I highly recommend giving them a try. I have found my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. read more

I like their egg rolls. Their pho dac biet is good too. But what I like most is their com tam dish. Most other pho restaurant I ate in the entire Oahu island seems missing things for their com tam dish. A good com tam dish should contain -egg patty (Cha Chung) -grilled meats -shredded pork (bi tinh) -vegetables All serve on a bed of Jasmine rice. So far this restaurant fulfill correctly for that com tam dish. Overall, great food, fair service timing, and reasonable price. 5/5 from me. Great job! read more

Went to this place last night. The place was busy and had a good vibe going for it. Lemongrass chicken, 2 chicken pho and seafood pho, plus vegetable spring rolls were ordered. The lemongrass chicken was a hit. The chicken pho was good - but if I had to nitpick, the broth was not hot enough. I like the basil to go into a piping hot broth - same with the sprouts and the soup I had was not very hot. Don't know if that means it was sitting for a while. I thought that overall, the sides were small compared to some other places - (jalapeño, basil, sprouts). I asked for extra jalapeño and I got exactly what every picture looks like. I found the pho to very pleasant tasting. I liked it. Now about that post where they talked about a fly. Ironically enough - a few flies like that one in the video were flying about. These are not regular flies - but perhaps a tiny small type of fruit fly. Maybe they are just in the area? I thought it was funny that they decided to show up while I was eating my pho. Overall, A-OK, will go again an try some other things. If the broth was hotter, it would be an improvement. Glad this place is in the area! read more

The beef stew with French bread was the best. Don't expect island style beef stew. The broth was thin in texture but not in flavor. It had a very mild hint of curry. Loved the bits of cilantro and beef tendon. The bread was the bomb. The exterior had a like toast to it and the inside was light warm and fluffy. Next time I'll try the beef stew with egg noodle. My family and I love pho!! And, I have to say, this place wasn't all that great. The pho chicken I ordered and the steak pho my husband ordered, was SUPER bland. We decided to give this place a try, since, we literally live less than 10mins away. Staff wise...ehhh was okay!! We placed all our orders at the same time, but they somehow forgot my daughters order, after, the waiter repeated our orders back to us. Decent little place in the strip mall next to ice palace. It's a good sized place enough where you probably don't have to wait long at a crowded time. The menu is pretty standard for pho. I got the combination pho and like that it comes in 3 different sizes. It was tasty, lots of meat and had good broth flavor! The service was fast and attentive. Went here for the Pho during covid, was not let down. By far some of the best Pho ive had. They provided us with all the condiments, I asked for more spicy ones, and the broth was excellent, the noodles were hand pulled and the meat was great. I'm sitting here after checking in wondering if I ever did a review or not. For some reason I've thought I've done one since forever lol. But I guess not because there's no review submitted, so here goes! I've been coming here for a long time now. Salt lake does not have much variety when it comes to eateries. I've been waiting for a pho restaurant to open up for some time now. There was only Pad Thai which served a selection of Pho, but not the variety that one looks for when selecting the right Pho restaurant. So I was so ecstatic to know that Stadium Mall had finally snagged a Pho restaurant. I enjoy coming here because there are tons of seats and tables to choose from. It's nicely spaced out and clean. Condiments and utensils are tucked away on one side of every table. The service is pretty legit. The servers are young, but they're very attentive and try to help as much as possible. I can always expect my water cup to stay full and that's a plus. I've had their Pho many times and for myself, I get the brisket and meatballs. I'm not brave enough to try the combination (tendons, etc). The soup is flavorful and not too overpowering. It's subtle and packs a mouthful of taste. The veggies that come with your soup are usually pretty fresh but there are stragglers at times. The bean sprouts are always crunchy. The spring rolls come with lettuce, mint, cucumbers, pickled veggies, and rice noodle. All this can be rolled and dipped into the dipping sauce. I like how the spring roll is full of great flavor and is satisfying. It's sometimes really thin compared to other places, but in the end it's just enough. I like that it doesn't make you feel like you ate an elephant. The prices here are comparable to many other restaurants and the quality is pretty good. I do a lot of take out here because they are efficient and serve quality dishes. Depends on what you get but it's usually ready pretty quick. Make sure you specify sauces, sometimes they don't add it in. I always need plum sauce and chili sauce with my soup. If you haven't had their lemonade, that's pretty legit, so if I were you give it a sip! Never had any dessert, but that can wait until my updated review! read more

This is my neighborhood phō and I look forward to it when I'm craving soup (which is oddly quite often). I usually take it to go but every now and then I eat in. When I get it ordered to go I like that they place the meat on the side so that it comes home to me raw. I personally love very rare meat so when I get home I make up my big bowl the way I like it with all the fixings and pop it into the microwave to really make it piping hot. Then I add slices of my meat to the broth one by one so the meat still doesn't over cook. They give plenty of lemon, bean sprouts, basil and sauces and they're kind enough to provide extra if asked (I like a lot of lemon). I also order extra meat on the side and they charge about $3 extra which is fare. I do love their spring rolls but they're pretty pricey here. So much so that I no longer order them. I think they're now $10 for 4 skinny little guys. That makes my head turn with sadness. read more

Came here for a quick bite during lunch on a Friday. It's quite busy and with a party of 5 we only had to wait 16.5 minutes. Parking is now expanded unlike before. This is not my first time here,but my first review. The food come out fairly quick if you are pressed for time. I ordered the large combination pho. It came with the right amount of noodle to broth ratio for the size. The broth is pretty flavorful: not fatty and not too sweet or salty. It's still missing that "ahhhh, now that's a nice broth immediate reaction when it touches the lips" moment. So I'm not ready to crown this spot the PHO- king go to spot. The side vegetables came with the usual bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeños and LEMON?! I highlight lemon because most if not all pho should have lime not lemon. I feel that lemons are the cheaper route and is less acidic versus limes; thus brings a slight sweet taste to the broth. I'm not a just not a fan. Overall, I will still come back and encourage those who wants a pho fix to come on through if you're around the area. Restaurants rarely mess up pho dishes and this one certainly did not. read more

While waiting for our oil to be changed for our car, we had some time to kill - and because we went as soon as I finished work, I didn't eat lunch yet, so my husband & I decided to go grab something to eat while we waited. We decided to go eat at Stadium Pho, and I realized that one of the workers looked familiar...turns out that he used to work at this pho place that we used to frequent at. We found out that the pho place we used to frequent at, had new owners, and you could tell by the taste of their broth, that it wasn't the same owners. Anyways, we were greeted upon entering & was told that we could sit anywhere. We ordered our food, and apparently we were SUPER hungry cause we ordered more food than we usually do, and it was just the both of us...no kids, FINALLY! LOL. We got our food, and tasting the broth CONFIRMED that these were the same owners as our former favorite pho place. 6/24 @ 5:30PM: This place is HANDS DOWN my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Pho for me isn't something that I ALWAYS crave but when I do, I drop everything to go and get some. This place is just that good! Personally, I get the veggie & tofu pho while my boyfriend sticks to his usual, the bbq pork chops. He raves about his entree all the time lol. We always get spring rolls too! Parking, like most people have mentioned, can be a bit of a challenge if you're looking for a stall that's right in front of the restaurant but there's a lower lot (closer to the highway, opposite side of Ice Palace) that has a bunch of parking if you're willing to take a (less than) 2 min walk. The service is always spot on and super friendly too- which is a huge plus in my book! If you're looking for a new spot for pho I highly recommend this one! Tried to find a good Pho place and decided to try out Stadium Pho! Stadium Pho was one of the only Vietnamese restaurants that had over three stars in that area so I was hoping it would live to the expectations. Luckily we were seated right before the dinner rush so we didn't have to wait. We ordered two medium #14 (Beef Meat Ball Pho) and was satisfied with the the amount they gave! The bowl initially didn't look like it was going to be a lot but there was a lot more noodles than I thought! The only thing I didn't like was the service. There were only two people seating, taking orders, delivering food, and giving checks to tables. They took a while to take our order and even after when we asked for the check, they took a while to bring it. If they improve their service, I will definitely come back one day. read more

I ordered my Rare Steak Pho with extra cilantro and veggies. I took my first sip and felt like the star anise and coriander were not as prevalent as I would have liked. The broth was spicy with a nice kick of lemongrass!! The marriage of seasonings and pig's blood (yes I'm quite grossed out by writing it) was deep, rich, and ADDICTING!! For the first time, I ran out of the broth before I finished all the ingredients!! LOL... Ever get that image in your head where you're surrounded by angels and you hear them singing, "Hallelujah!!" Those moments are very rare for me so I definitely treasure these foodgasm moments!! The homemade sate sauce is on-point!! Delicious!! Stadium Pho is, hands down, the best pho you can get on this part of the island. The broth has been consistently good, which is a must for any pho restaurant. The spring rolls are very generous in portion and are a great app to share with the table! Service has been consistent and even though they're raising their prices to keep up with inflation, this will have no bearing on us as patrons.
