The headboard's material was peeling and there were tears in the bench. I delivered both to the company's shop in Santa Ana. Both pieces were reupholstered as I waited. They have a variety of materials. I used an industrial vinyl for the headboard and leather (they had a scrap piece which fit perfectly!) for the bench. Each choice and reason for using one material vs another type was thoroughly explained so I felt comfortable with my choice. I also saw and understood why the original material on the headboard peeled, thus guiding my choice to the industrial vinyl (which is beautiful). I had the bench reupholstered a few years back. Upon removal of the original materials, it was found that two different colors of vinyl were used. There were also two different pieces of foam which were not glued properly and caused a dip to be created over time in the middle of the bench. Craftsmanship and materials were important for me on this project because I plan on keeping these pieces. I'm very happy with my experience, the value and price paid.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was awful. My family and I have used Larry for…read moreover 20 years. In August 2020 I dropped off a outdoor bamboo sofa that needed to be sanded, painted and have the legs repaired. I was in no hurry. I left the sofa there for over a month before I started to check in to see how to progress was going. Each time I stopped in Larry had forgotten what is was I had asked for. This went on until December when I finally said I needed to get the sofa redone. He then said he'd do it that week. He did get it done in a week. I picked it up in January and I could tell that the paint had not been sanded down but just painted over and that the legs had been repaired in some places, but in other places the bamboo wrapping was still broken. I talked to Larry about it and he assured me it was all done with new wrapping and the paint job would hold up. He charged me $930. I am not good at arguing or confronting people, I knew that the sofa had not been sanded, ( I could see the layers of old paint under the new paint), and had I not already paid to have the cushions recovered, I would have left the sofa there and not paid for it. I brought the sofa home and placed it on my deck and 4 of the 8 legs weren't touching the ground. It wasn't even close to level. I thought about taking it. back, but it had taken Larry 6 months and I just decided to live with it. That was until the paint started peeling a week after I had it. I've had the sofa back for a month, and in that time the paint has started to peel all over AND the back support has broken from pressure. Whenever the legs were done, it must have put pressure on the back of the sofa that has caused it to cave in. I want to add that I haven't sat in it once since it's been back. The broken back, the peeling, all of this is not because of use but because it was re-paired incorrectly and not painted properly. I've asked for my money back, and if that doesn't work, I'm going to have to go to small claims court. Something I've never done and don't want to do. I was ok with the sofa not being perfect and decided to live with it. But it's now breaking in front of my eyes and is worse than when I brought it to him. I'm an easy going person and don't yell and sometimes I get taken advantage for that. But I can't live with paying almost $1,000 to get something back in worse condition that when I left it. - I'll update this review if I get my money back.

Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

John is amazing! We had a slow fish tank leak upstairs that soaked our carpet, went down the walls, to the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. I was expecting carpet replacement, drywall repair downstairs, etc. I called John and he was at our house in 20 minutes (!), measured moisture in our walls/floor/ceiling, extracted water from the carpet, cleaned up, sprayed anti-microbial, then used our own fan (he didn't try to oversell us on using his fan) to dry it out. He even fixed an ongoing frayed carpet issue (unrelated to my call) while he was out. Downstairs, we're using a de-humidifier and blower for 2 days in the bathroom...no drywall removal, patching, painting, etc. Couldn't be happier with John: great price, great work, showed up when he said he would, cleaned everything up, and he's just an all-round super chill guy. Would DEFINITELY recommend him. We'll certainly use him again in the future! read more

I've been raising a puppy in my apartment so the carpet in my hallways and living room were an absolute mess to say the least. However, John came through and made all of that disappear! I would highly recommend John. Our whole house had smoke in it from a small kitchen fire. Of course it settled on the carpets and the high traffic areas looked extremely bad, pretty black in fact. My call was returned within the half hour. Got estimates and an appointment booked, circumstances made it so he was here the very next morning, actually earlier than the appointment time. About a week after he cleaned my carpets my dog had a couple accidents. Super gnarly. John came right over and re-cleaned those areas. So happy with his service.
