It's next level awesome. On my first try I made the greatest ribs I've ever had. Temp control is key. Sugar rubbed the ribs, put them on the grill for 4.5 hours... the no flare ups and temp control resulted in crispy tender juicy ribs. I've never had such a wonderful bark. And it was set it and forget it easy. Steak chicken came or great too. I'll do brownies at some point.

My parents had done business with her before and I was pleased to meet her. One of the big things that pleased me was that the disposable fee for my old oven is going to be less than $100 and the install is less than $300. I had gone to Doyon's in Gloucester earlier in the day and the quoted me $800 for the same service!! I will have my new ovens in less than two weeks. It will be great to have it done since I replaced my cooktop last year (took the gas out and put an induction top in).

The guy said they only had records going back 3 years which seemed really odd. I provided him with my name and phone number. Eventually he did find the order and told me that I bought the refrigerator in December 2020 and purchased a 5-year warranty at the time. Essentially that was the end of the call. You would at least think he could offer up a repair service or something. Ok, the warranty expired, but his attitude really sucked. I had another purchase from them. It doesn't take much effort to make someone feel appreciated as a customer. I may end up buying another refrigerator, why would I even consider darkening their doorway again.

"But," he offered, "you can use the $180 toward the purchase of a new model." Instead of doing that, I watched a single youtube video about fridge repair, then bent down to look for the part of the fridge that was making the obviously broken-sounding high pitched whine, then googled its part number and bought a new one for $45. That fixed it, instantly. I didn't even need a screw driver. So their business model, it seems, is to half-ass the repair in order to lock you in, and then they sell you a new one for much more money than you'd pay elsewhere. Wouldn't be surprised if they then refurbish your old one and sell it on the side.

So we were pleased with the buying experience to start. Next came the installation, which was on time and professionally done. They subcontracted a plumber to do the work and they noticed a small leak under our kitchen sink while they were here. They fixed that for us at no charge. Next came a problem, and the real reason I felt inclined to write a review. Something was wrong with the control panel in the new dishwasher and the valve to let in the water would not open. They sent out a technician later in the day to confirm the issue. So we were left with a non functioning machine and we're naturally nervous about when this could be resolved. When we called Dracut, they said they would see what they could do. They called us back ten minutes later and told us that the model we ordered would not come in again for a while but they would get us the better, more expensive model installed in two days at no extra cost to us. Now we have a fully functioning and quiet machine and are extremely happy with the service Dracut provided. We understand that issues like this happen that are out of their control, but they recognized the urgency and fixed the problem without any real pushing from us. I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.
