The guy showed up 1 hour too late. Then he started to charge me more because of the wool carpet and stairs. After he left, I saw that al my baseboard got marks from the machine, so I have to repaint them. My wooden floor down by the stairs has several spot from the liquid he used. He was not using any protection for the baseboard and my wooden floor down by the stairs. Outside he left a big stain on the patio due to the liquid leaking. Our experience with Stanley Steemer was OK. The cleaning crew did a good job. Our wood floors look amazing. They haven't been shiny since I have lived there, and we were thrilled with the results. Our tile grout looked clean, but not much different than before.. We were frustrated with the person who initially came to our house to give us a quote. We had several areas of missing tile grout, and he spoke extensively about how they would "fill it in", even discussing with me the color of the grout, and stating that the company definitely has that same color. However, after the job was done, I noticed that the grout had not been repaired. At this point, I was informed that Stanley Steemer does not even do grout repair in my area, and was told the communication must have been a misunderstanding! It felt extremely misleading, and no longer worth the $800+ paid. We won't be using Stanley Steemer again in the future, mostly due to lack of trust. I loved getting our wood floors cleaned, but we will go elsewhere next time we need them cleaned. read more

I was happy to see that they arrived sooner than the appointment time window they gave me and to see them take their time going over their tracks so the carpet looked it's absolute best. This is the second time that Miguel and his assistant came out to clean our carpet and area rugs. They worked quickly, were happy to answer any questions and always professional. We hadn't cleaned the carpet in over a year and our toddler had tracked in mud, sand and other stains from the pool and backyard. It was sticky and disgusting. To my surprise, the carpet looked brand-new after cleaning, and was so much softer and nicer to sit on. For the first time, we also had them clean our wood floors and they left them sparkling clean and beautiful. We are thrilled that our allergies have vastly improved. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They were just now kicked out of our home because their price went from just over $500.00 to $1,000.00! Good thing I pointed out what was agreed on because that's NOT what they were planning. I have COPD and Emphysema and spent the morning re-arraigning the furniture for them to repair water damage carpet and clean our bedroom and the hall way carpet between the 2 bedrooms. They were then supposed to return to do the rest but the guy here doubles the estimated prices which was for quit a few items their " Commercial Account Manager" missed when he created his estimates such as some stairs they charged us for the last time they were here but didn't. I can hear Jose Medina, Commercial Account Manager in the background telling these guys to charge us? REALLY? I speak up loud enough for him to hear me and Jose has "OH GEE WIZ" moment and tells them no he remembers and to not charge for the stairs but they also missed the hall way between the bedrooms and Medina tells this guy to charge us. After this guy hangs up I tell him "I'm guessing the total bills about to go from $500.00 to $1,000.00 and so it does. In fact, not only did it double but I was told they could clean our guest bathroom tub and tile for a great price but we never even got to that! REALLY? I'm not gonna give them the chance to drive the price even higher. Called girlfriend at work and now her days ruined. WHO IN THE HELL IS GONNA PUT ALL THIS FURNITURE BACK? read more

This was our first time using Stanley Steemer and it won't be the last. Christopher did an excellent job with our carpets-they look SO good! We have a 2 dogs-1 being very active and is constantly bringing in dirt and other fun stuff. Not to mention she sheds like crazy so to see our carpets looking like new is amazing. We've cleaned our carpets ourselves using smaller carpet cleaners and even the Rug Doctor but the carpets has never looked as good as they do now. Highly recommend them read more

Just want to say that I'm thoroughly pleased and satisfied with service and professionalism I received yesterday from Andrew and Jake who did an amazing job cleaning and conditioning my carpets and rugs!! From the moment they walked in I could tell this was going to be a top notch crew. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about so many aspects of what the company offered- we were even able to get a referral for someone to come out and re-stretch our rug in the bathroom and den. Also Andrew told us about a one-year maintenance plan that will save us great money for three cleaning visits a year. I had them come and do my rugs and steam clean my shower tiles. Super nice and professional. Nick and Nadine did a great job! Nick mentioned they also do grout sealing which would help cover up the stains the steam could not remove. Booked them to come back in two weeks to have that done, as well. Andrew and Ryan came this time and once again, super nice and professional. Grout sealing came out as good as can be expected. My shower tiles are 18 years old, so I wasn't expecting a miracle. Had my stairs, hall and bedroom cleaned recently. They arrived promptly and were very professional. They were dressed in uniforms which other companies are not. They did a very thorough job and my carpet looks so much better. Stains came out and everything. I liked that they moved my heavy bedroom furniture and put pads underneath so the carpet wouldn't get stained. Last time they just moved the nightstands. I like their work and I will call them again. Requested carpet cleaning and Scotch Guard for both my personal carpets and my Condo Association. For my carpet with Guard was around $300.00 ($105.00 for Guard. The Association cost was about ,$500.00, ($200.00 for Guard). Cleaning was fine however due to an oversight, the Guard was NOT applied. Looking at receipts, the next day I wasn't sure about how the Guard was applied, so I called and was told it was applied AFTER cleaning while wet. That did not happen. Spoke to manager and was told I wasn't believed. Was offered to come out and apply (the carpets were dry by the time manager returned my call) to carpets while dry. We didn't feel that was right because its supposed to be applied when wet. Requested a refund for the Guard portion we PAID for, was told they didn't give refunds!! Sent letter to owners however they did not respond. Bad business, will not use their services ever again!! read more
