    Usually I always go to Staples and I have good experiences, but when I visit this store, the service at first was fine, looking for what I needed because it is very organized and huge, you can find everything. We asked about a specific type of paper and the women who were there could not give information, then we asked a gentleman and he behaved kindly and said options. I was taking photos and video for this platform because I wanted to show you, that they have anything and to recommended it, we wanted to go to the restroom and a woman told us they were closed, they had an out-of-service sign, but she was there taking out some bags. I told her if she would let us in and she said no, in a very rude way. We left there to pay, and when paid and we grabbed the receipt, I took another picture, the man who had been kind and I was going to recommend his good care, told me not to take photos/video in a very abrupt way, that kind of situation affects the customers with a bad customer service and I definitely do not return to that place. I will visit other Staples where I have had good experience with employees. If you go here, you're going to get scolded for taking pictures of things.

I thought, "OMG, I'm here in Orange County - not exactly known for its tech community. What am I gonna do?" I found iSolution and brought my MacBook in. The guy fixed it right away while I watched. He didn't even charge me. Then on Saturday, Feb. 11, everytime I put my password in to log on, I got the whirligig. After waiting 5 attempts at about 15 minutes each with no progress, I realized this was a bigger problem than restart could fix. I brought my laptop into iSolution and the guy watched the whirligig and said, "This is an OS problem." Luckily I had my WD back up drive and it was current, so I told him if he had to wipe the laptop, so be it. Well, after a few hours he called and said the OS was corrupted and that he'd been able to fix it without wiping my laptop. No need to reinstall everything. I picked it up and he charged me reasonably. It is completely fixed and am on my laptop right now! I am a super happy camper. Both experiences with iSolution were fantastic. Susan

I was in and out very quick and service was reasonably priced. I'm glad I came here instead of Best Buy's geek squad. Will definitely come back!

After he arrived and replaced the his bad screen he want to charge me for another screen and work. He does not warranty his work. be very careful, maybe this is how he makes repeat money giving u defective screen and end up replacing it again so he can charge you again. Remember this is less than 24hrs of his work. This guy is very dishonest. don't trust a word he say. pay a little more and find a store that will honor their work. Not this guy. 3/17/26 Not even 24 hrs after Andy replaced his bad screen and i end up paying $30 extra yesterday. The phone now is overheating and battery drained like crazy. Phone shutoffs because of the overheating. A simple search in google stated either the screen is bad or the repair was done incorrectly. This guy is giving all kind of excuses. Reported and texted Andy again with no response this time. The job he did was so BAD and he does not honor his work that he said his work is warranty. He drive back and trying to charge me for another screen and repair fees for the first time and this time he ghosted his customer. Most good repair shop would honor their work. Don't trust Andy or Smart Fix. Andy will tell you he have 7 kids to feed and the sad story. don't buy it. bunch of bullsh1t. 3/19/2026 Two days later, Andy the scammer finally responded. of course another excuses busy and forgot about me. I lost $200 with this guy. I went to another provider locally who does guarantee their work , no longer trust these mobile support. They replaced his sucka$$ screen with their true guarantee screen and also guarantee their work. Any issues no extra charge! where as Andy try to scam you for another screen and labor. Stay away from Andy and these SmartFix mobile support.

I really appreciate it. I had a bad experience with a big repair shop that had many good reviews and seem reliable. Popular shops charge more and take longer to fix your stuff or even to reply to your questions. This is why I chose a smaller repair shop. But he has good reviews and just from our conversation on Yelp and on the phone, I could tell he is friendly, has experience with pixel phones, and I can trust him. Matt was so chill, friendly, and funny. But still very professional and focused. He knew my phone situation was urgent so he helped me and delayed other stuff he was working on. He has 15 years of experience! I was able to stay the whole time and watch him work on my phone. Despite how he had to talk to a few customers while I was there, he still finished on time, in 1 hour. He even gave me a discount. I think he also gave his other customers discounts? I'm not sure. But I will definitely recommend him if anyone I know has phone or laptop problems, from now on. Thanks again, Matt!! (FYI, Please look up HOW TO KEEP PHONE WITH BULGING BATTERY SAFE, if this is why you need to go to the phone repair shop.
