    Called up searching for multi pack of Epson ink cartridges when my Epson and Amazon deliveries were both delayed. Patty took the time to find the set I needed, confirmed it over the phone and offered to set it aside for me. She even nailed the spelling of my name: "CC", yes, you'd be surprised how many people spell it CeCe or S-t-a-c-e-y. Like the TingTings say, 'That's not my name!' Price was pennies higher than Epson charged so it was worth it for me to run "down the street" to this Staples because, 'Yeah, they got that!' and I needed what they got, like, NOW! I'll be back!     I have used the Staples On-line order system and this is my second time ordering business cards. My order was complete within 24 hrs. And the process is so easy I was able to complete my order on my phone. Pick up is done at the location you select at time of your order. It was the copy center at my location. It was a little busy when I arrived but I was helped and the checkout process was easy since I paid online. I only had to sign a receipt to show I picked up my order. I was able to get over 1,000 cards double sided for $30. Great quality and value for the price. Highly recommend.

    I didn't like the fact that they don't have a single person assigned to do the pick up orders at their counter, much less no signage indicating to pick it up at the cash register instead and that made me waste time, figure it out on my own, and then be on my way. That should be improved or communicated ahead as customers make their way over to the sad and empty counter where it literally says "online order pickup"

    I used to leave around the area and I always come here for printing needs. I like their printing papers - it is thick and crisp. Today, I was looking for a specific gift card. I checked what they have and they don't carry it. I left and went to look somewhere else.

    Im gonna start by saying this was my first time at a "Staples" ever!! The Granada Hills location is AWESOME! Located in the same parking lot as Walgreens & a 99 cents Store...there is plenty of parking spots available. I was looking for a new chair for my desk, so after looking around on Amazon, IKEA & Office Depot. I couldn't really find one that I felt comfy with...& in a world full of Zoom meetings, zoom classes, etc. You kinda need the best chair. I called ahead to ask if they had any in stock & the girl that answered the phone was so nice & friendly & told me they had plenty of them. Everyone was friendly at the store & they had a lot of cool & comfy chairs. BJ was amazing he helped me out with getting the chair I liked from the storage, then processing the payment & taking the chair to my car! Thank you BJ you & Staples are cool!

    I visited the store today to purchase some storage containers. I felt that the manager on duty Patty lacked professionalism, empathy, and customer service. Why do I say empathy for a store like Staples because I had asked the gentleman at the front for the restroom and he hesitated since it's not something that's offered to the public, but then he proceeded to say I'll have someone open the door, the manager Patty went to the back. I greeted her and said good morning. She looked so disturbed so upset like she cannot be bothered to say good morning back to me. I said a second time and under her breath she said something good morning but she was pissed off. I had called my friend to see if they're coming because I really needed to use the restroom and she told my friend I'm on my way but this isnt a public restroom angrily. As a customer to this store for over 15 years, I have contributed a lot to purchases that allow that still stay relevant and open as well as the other customers that go there. Regardless, had the gentleman told me at the beginning that it's not available for the public no problem I would've proceeded to go somewhere else nearby but he was kind enough to let me use it. There is no exception to the way she treated me and my friend. Totally uncalled for.

    Well organized, spaced out, everyone wearing masks. Three registers open and they were taking care of the line. Came here to purchase some notebooks and they price matched. Lots of deals going on. So that is good.

    UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: ​The owner's response is…read morefactually inconsistent with the service I was provided. Before I agreed to the $450 repair, the technician explicitly stated they needed to open the device first to verify the main boards were functional. They specifically told me they didn't want to charge me for a screen if the phone wouldn't work. Only after they confirmed "everything works fine" did I pay and proceed with the repair. ​To now claim the SIM issue is an "unrelated board problem" is a direct contradiction of their own initial diagnostic. The phone worked for a very short period before the SIM card failed--a common result of a loose connection or a damaged ribbon cable during a screen swap on an S24 Ultra. ​By their own admission, the board was healthy when they took my money. If it is non-functional now, it is a result of their workmanship. I also stand by my original statement regarding the $200 offer and the attempt to bribe me for a positive review, both of which remain unaddressed. I am seeking a full resolution for the damage caused to my device. UPDATE [Date]: THE PLOT THICKENS ​After further investigation, I discovered the "no service" issue was actually due to a T-Mobile billing/blacklist status--not a hardware failure. While the owner was correct that the phone was blocked, their "professional diagnostic" was a blatant attempt to scam me. They told me to my face that the motherboard was fried and that the phone was "no longer fixable," yet they offered to buy it for $250 for parts. ​Think about that: they were prepared to take a $1,300 Galaxy S24 Ultra with a brand-new screen and perfectly healthy internal hardware by lying about the "main board" being broken. They were clearly hoping I'd hand over the device so they could flip it or use the pristine parts, knowing full well the board was fine. ​Between the bribe for a good review and this "fake" hardware diagnostic, this business has proven they prioritize predatory profit over honesty. Do not let them "diagnose" your devices--they will tell you it's junk just to buy it from you for cheap.
