-Pandemic Review- If you're going to be doing any printing, scanning, faxing etc avoid this location at all costs unless you are prepared to wait 20-30 minutes to use their printers. I have came to this location twice both at different times and it was the same thing. Moreover during my visit today, there was a staples worker who was "managing the line" yelling at paying customers waiting outside for the printers about having their masks on, keeping a 6ft distance etc when she herself did not have her mask on correctly. If you're going to yell at customers, please at least have the decency of following the rules yourself. Avoid this place. Go to Hollywood and Wilcox. read more

Locked the door at 5:59 as I and two other customers were walking towards the entrance. When I called into the store from the parking lot to ask why, the manager lied and said he locked it at 6. I'm pretty sure my phone wasn't wrong on the time. I needed labels for my business for tomorrow, your store manager has made my workweek more difficult. Also, pulling the parking gate halfway closed so only one car at a time can pass through creates an extra layer of difficulty in getting to the store. Good job, Staples at 6th and Vermont. read more

The I had to keep walking all the way around to the very back of the store, just to get in the store. 2) The Scotch packing tape was $3.59 each or $2.50 if you buy 2 or more. As I went to ring up my purchase, the cash register didn't give me the sales discount. The female cashier employee didn't believe me that it was on sale. So, I had to walk with her over to the packaging tape wall and show her the discount. She took the sale display sign with her to the cash register. She then try to tell me I had to buy 3 or more Scotch packing tapes to get the sales discount because that's what her cash register said. I had to argue with the her. I finally had to say, get your your manager over here and give me the discounted sales price as advertised on your sales floor sign. She finally gave me the sales price, but never called her manager over to help resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. 3) I had also bought 2 reams of paper. I had to ask for plastic bags to carry out my purchase. The female cashier employee replied, "Oh, they're just cheap plastic bags". I said then give me 2 bags. She just ripped two bags off and handed to me. Never offered to put my purchased items in the bags. I had to double bag myself and put my entire purchase in the double bags. I was ready to complain to a manager. But would good it would do. I decided to complain on social media so that corporate and executive management would see how poorly this store is run and how much they deceive the customer in sales discounts. It so terrible, disgusting, and disturbing that I had to argue just to get my discount and the employee never got management involved. I will never shop at this store location again. I came to the store to do a double sided print I asked the girl named Lily for help coz I don't know how to do it, she called someone else to help me I waited for someone to help me then finally the girl named Raquel came but to just tell me that they don't know how to do the double sided print and the store don't do that kind of print. She went over to Lily and then few seconds later she said yes we don't know how to do that! I felt so bad coz a friend of mine did a double sided at store. I called the 888 number and asked them if the store do a double sided print the customer service put me on a brief hold and then said "yes the store definitely do a double sided print" I felt so bad that was the worst experience ever it was rude of Lily and Raquel to not want to help me it was the worse customer service ever !!!!​ read more

Can you give a 0 star rating?!?!? Awful experience. I ordered a photo to be printed and when I went to pick it up it was completely wrong. Half of it was messed up. The employee simply said, huh I don't know what happened. Mind you I waited 20 minutes behind 2 people. The guy was clueless and not helpful to anyone. Everyone was complaining. So once I was up and saw my item was messed up he wasn't helpful and mid conversation he takes a personal phone call!!! I finally just said, screw this and walked out because I was so frustrated!!! Staples store for passport photos is absolutely the best, best, best you're going to find. I've had them done elsewhere and it's no comparison. Staples illuminated background and top quality cameras are a guarantee you'll be getting a top quality passport photo... But on top of that, the staff member who assisted me (at Bundy / Olympic Staples) was really good at it. He patiently showed me each shot right away to see if I was happy with it. The view screen on his huge, legitimate, DSLR camera was easy to see, and he didn't mind that I requested a few more shots to get it right. And all this for a super low price, with perfect photos in hand as I left... 10 minutes tops. I highly, highly recommend everyone go there for excellent passport photos, if you haven't already. read more

This is for the happy returns by PayPal through ups. Line was disorganized and lady at the register was very rude when I asked her another question. She said " I told her to wait there's only one computer" and rolled her eyes at me when I only wanted to clarify the happy returns, but the young gentleman was very polite (thank you!) when the customer before me left she didn't help me out at all so I thought it was self service and helped myself. She came over to me and yelled "what are you doing!? I told you to wait! You messed everything up!" She proceed to reset the whole return process and when she was unable to scan the barcode she said she doesn't know what to do because "I" messed it up. Didn't give me a solution or troubleshoot. Had to print and laminate a couple documents. Everything went a smoothly as possible and staff was friendly and helpful. The only trick is to know that parking is in the back - enter off Vermont. I did have a little trouble finding the actual entrance after parking on 6th Street. read more

My print order was submitted online. I then receive a notification at pick up time that the print order has been canceled. They did not refund me. I was told to call the general customer service number and they will be able to provide a refund . I called the number and they said I need to go back to the store. Very unprofessional. Kay so normally I have to mentally prepare myself for any tasks as far as printing at this Staples location. It's either really packed or the machines aren't working. Today, all scanning machines were down except for one and lucky me, there was a man scanning an entire textbook at the available one. I walked over to the help desk and chatted with Jackie who was so calm and friendly that I couldn't help but to not be frustrated anymore. She was super helpful, gave me all the info I needed, and was patient when I asked her like 20 questions. After waiting over 15min and realizing the man wasn't going to be done anytime soon, I asked Jackie what other options I had for printing. She was able to direct me to the computers and was transparent about the cost per minute and how to get access. She genuinely came off like she cared about my frustration and was really helpful and patient along the way. After that, I was out within 5min. Thanks for keeping me sane Jackie!! read more

First I tried calling the store to find out if there was something in particular in stock. 15mins later, I still could not speak to someone on the floor. I get here and there is no security guard out front. When I found what I was looking for, a security guard trying to act casual walks by me. I paid for the product and when I left the store, he's now sitting out front. I noticed he kept looking at me when I was in my car. But a someone who had been sitting in their car in front of the store for awhile (from when I entered the store till after I left the store) and not getting out to purchase anything doesn't get scrutinized. read more

Came in to ship a package and was pleasantly helped. Was having a problem scanning the slip as it printed out small and was taped over w box tape. The glare was preventing it from scanning properly. Worse fucken service ! This place won't price match your items. They will dig the bottom of the barrel to find any little excuse to why they can't price match your item. I spent a whole hour here looking for what I needed and when I finally found it it was for nothing. Taveere the so called manager was very unprofessional about the reason to why he couldn't price match my item that was cheaper at Frys electronics. One of the employees had even said that the item was fine for price match. But no sirr Taveere will make sure you leave this place unsatisfied and in a really bad mood because he simply denies to give you what they claim to be 110% match guaranteed. Won't be coming back here ever again cashier couldn't do her job, had to run to manager, manager had to run to the back then came back to us. So it was a process of going through 3 different people to figure out what the excuse to not price matching the item would be. Person after us in line complaint for the same damn reason. Lady running the desk in the back where you get passport photos done, with the crazy eye makeup, is very unprofessional and rude. I walked in one minute after my scheduled identigo appt and she pointed to which room I should go in and said "if she will even take you. She is starting lunch soon." The stars are for the man in the print center named Jude; he was the only person working in the print center less than an hour before closing and it was very busy. There were multiple people asking him for help and he handled everyone and everything with patience and helpfulness. One star is knocked off because the printer connected to the computer I was using did not print my images even after I paid for them. I guess too many people were trying to print at once? Not sure. But Jude helped me out and was patient with printing my 8 pictures! read more

I just dropped off a package to ship via UPS this morning on my way to work. I asked the girl at the register if I can drop off package for UPS, she said yes and will get someone to help me. She telecom the person who handles UPS items 2 times. I waited about 10 minutes. Finally, she shows up, walking very slowly, dragging her feet, making an ugly face walking towards me. On my package it said, FRAGILE on it. She just grabbed it from my hand and tossed it into a box. She stood about 6 foot away, threw it, it hit the wall, then fell into the bin. This location is ok in terms of inventory. They don't have a wide range of computer monitors like other locations. I was looking for a basic computer monitor and their assortment was small. Not much staff around to help you with questions either. Their location is hidden in the back. You have to drive in to this parking lot and take a left to see the entrance.
