Good service and has had just about anything we needed for school and work supplies. It is a little more expensive than Walmart, but this Staples is well stocked, even a day before the local schools start. There are also enough workers to answer questions or find the right person to answer a question. I have walked out of other office supply stores and computer stores because it was too difficult to find someone to help, but not here. I spend about $500 to $900 a month at Stapes for the company I work for, I was pleased to see that Staples had expanded their hours a few months ago, but the customer service has gone from 4 stars to 1 star. New management at this store is not concern about customer service. To long of lines, clerks are all new and do not know how to fine products or how to print documents in the different depts. I am writing this review based on my experience at their USPS/mail service center. I have no idea about the rest of the store, and can't really comment on prices, deals, and quality of their items. I stopped by here earlier today to send a small package to a friend in San Francisco. I decided to go with the USPS flat rate Priority Mail, so grabbed a medium USPS envelope and shoved my items in it. Since my item was a picture frame and quiet bulky, the corners of the envelope hardly came together to be safely sealed. I sealed the envelope, and went ahead to the registrar and, before the cashier start to ring me up, I politely asked her if I can use small bit of their tape on my envelope just to make sure that it is securely sealed and won't collapse open on its way to San Francisco. Her answer was very surprising and somehow nonsense. She answered: " I'm so sorry Miss, but we will have to charge you $1 for the tape! It's our policy. We keep losing hundreds of dollars every year on the tape that costumers demand us to use on their packages. I'm so sorry..." Very disappointing, and cheap for such a business like Staples! I hope the business owner/managers reads me here, so I can make a comment on this 'policy'. First of all, who is this we, when she said we keep losing hundreds of dollars....?? Is it Staples or USPS? I'm using a USPS flat rate envelope, and I asked for a piece of tape to secure my envelope's seal, and I'm paying all the cost of shipment for my package. So why using a small piece of tape would be big of a deal for your business? Shouldn't USPS provide you guys a tape?? I went here to use a USPS service, and then I get a bitchy answer from a Staples employee! Do I have to report you to USPS for giving us a lousy service? Why on the earth you should charge me $1 for a small piece of tape?? If you can't afford to give a quality costumer service to your costumers, why do you even have a USPS station in your shop? This is the first time to use this location for our printing , design needs for our company flyers. Veronica is the one who assist me all throughout our project. We email back and forth for many , many times until I polished the design , logos and letterings. She 's very helpful and give suggestion on how to improve the logos. I sent one of my guys to pick up a color printer today. Unfortunately he didn't realize it was a monochrome. So i returned to replace it. Staples was very busy. Yet Jacob accepted the return with out any hassle what so ever and really wanted to take the time to show me a possible replacement. (I was just going to go home and pick out something from amazon) So I gave Jacob a minuet of my time... now he took the time to ask very key questions about my business from what kind of printing I do to showing me monthly ink programs. He showed me their highest price to their lowest priced printers. But based of my responses made suggestions in the mid to low range! After a few questions from me, he honestly said he wasn't sure and asked if he could get his manager as she would better know the answer. He didn't try and sales pitch me to a choice! So Jamie (I Think this is her name) came over and answered each of my questions. Jacob excused himself to help others, and Jamie helped me pick a great printer. While this may just be a printer, I got absolutely amazing customer service! This is something you'll never get from the online retailers! Additionally there were two printers that it came down too, one was actually less then Amazon and the other was slightly higher, but by the time I found this, Jamie had already matched it! I know that retailers cant be as cheap as every other online outlet all the time as the overhead is different, but I want to try and shop locally, helping to keep money in the community. Jamie and Jacob added such a fresh experience that I will now shop there from now on and try to avoid the online route if possible. read more

He displayed such patience and went above and beyond to take care of what I needed. This order was supposed to have taken a day and a half. Aaron tackled it in a couple of hours! I wish that I could give them negative 5 stars. I attempted to send a package through their usps delivery service. I had to return a jersey from an amazon purchase, it usually includes postage. unfortunately this return didn't include the postage for the return. The staples associate that took my package, did not include a tracking number. I was never given any options for tracking and now it appears that my package has disappeared. I tried to talk to associates but they directed me to usps and now usps tells me that I have to speak to staples. this went on for two weeks and finally they're telling me that there isn't anything they can do and my package has disappeared in to thin air. they claim that there isn't anything that they could do and I'm fucked out of my return. no accountability from this location and shitty service. There's other words that I'd love to use but would rather leave it as is. $100 bucks disappeared and no one is responsible for it. read more

Lazy and unhelpful employees. I asked someone if they carried any film, and this guy looks at me blankly for a minute and just told me to ask the cashier on the other side of the store. No effort in looking; didn't even try to act interested. I doubt this store gets any business (for obvious reasons now I guess). I went to the front and there was this girl fixing her hair in the mirror and that same guy just walking around who obviously knew me and one other person waiting in line. This is truly a wonderful place to shop. The associates are superb. I've never had a bad experience here in over 10 years. Derrick runs the store smoothly, Jaimie in the print area is always there to troubleshoot and leave you with a smile. Some items have an option for a 2yr sales credit, you can return with no questions asked for a small add'l fee. Makes a lot of sense for throw away technology like GPS!
