Why are they still open? 20 minutes for 2 copies.

Really only wanted to give 1/2 a star. I can't believe this place hasn't closed. I ordered 2 color copies on line 3 hours ago got a email it's ready. I walk in she says she hasn't gotten to it yet then helps 3 other people behind me. 5 minutes later I ask can I just print it myself and get a refund for my online order. It took me 5 minutes to get the printer and credit card to work together so I could finally print it. She is now off in a corner playing with something. I ask again for a receipt for my online refund after about another 5 minutes she says she can't print me a receipt, I remind her this is a print shop. She plays with the computer for another 5 minutes and says it's emailed to me. After another 5 minutes of wait for a email that never comes I ask again if I can just get a printed receipt of a refund. She then calls for back up and final after 25 minutes hands me a receipt. Not sure what business model their using but I will never return. Terrible customer service.

The print department went above and beyond for me today. A special thanks to Chelsea. These folks are up to incredible things.

After making an appointment at Best Buy for this to be done, I showed up to find that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I'm not sure what the appointment did for me? I didn't have the time for this, so I left. It was then that I remembered Niles. Found that he had a storefront now, so I called about my battery replacement. They assured me it could be done. I asked how long it would take. They said about 10 minutes, unless it was busy, in which case it would take 20. Did I need to make an appointment? Not necessary, they said, just drop on by. Came in the next day. Super friendly and courteous, as I remembered, and they seemed a little busy, but I was assured it wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. They also coached me on some battery tips, and let me know to come right back if I encountered any problems. The cost was $9 more than Best Buy, but for the convenience, it was an easy decision. Was in and out in the promised 20 minutes. One thing: they are cash only. I never carry cash, so I had to run to an ATM.
