We needed a notary for several documents, but as soon as we started, customers started lining up for the other two employees. Like 8 people just walked in almost at one time! The staff kept their cool and their sense of humor, and everyone was assisted in (to me) record time! Congrats to the staff, especially Essence, the notary. read more

Such terrible service from this location by some pink-haired employee. If you want a store with reliable hours and to be treated with respect, go elsewhere! I came to this UPS before 6pm, and the employee was locking the door on me as I was walking up. On the door of the store, on weekdays, the store says it closes at 7pm, so I wasn't under the impression that I was under the wire or anything. I asked the employee if they could help me out and let me in since it was before closing time and they lifted their hands up saying, "There's nothing I can do!" I asked them if they could refer me to another location that would be open 7pm and not close early before their posted time like this location and they said, "I don't know, look it up!" Of course, this was still all before 6pm. I've never encountered someone so rude working in customer service and shows a bad face for the company. read more

This isn't the UPS store I usually use, but I've now used it several times to drop off Amazon returns. This particular store is located in the Vail Ranch Center, with Stater Bros, Rockin Ramen and Hana Sushi. Each time I've been there has been a mid-afternoon weekday, and each time the line has been out the door with only one or two people working. I just waited 15 minutes in line today with a simple shoe return, having opted for "no box or label required", where you just show the return code. When I finally made it to the clerk, who by the way, had a scowl on her face and didn't even greet me, she wouldn't accept the return without a taped up box. She was quite curt and when I explained the return didn't require a box, she only said I could buy one there! So the only pro I can think of for this UPS store is that there is plenty of parking available. Cons include long lines due to being understaffed for the times I've been there, as well as unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I'll be avoiding this UPS in the future. read more

Every time I walk in here I NEVER get a greeting! But, the people that walk in after me always get a greeting. It's so sad and life is unfair. I normally go to this UPS store location for their finger printing services. Today I went to the UPS store to do an Amazon return. We looked online and saw that the store closes at 6pm. We arrived a little bit before 6pm to find the door was already locked. I saw a customer in there with two associates. I asked if I could just drop off the package and told them it was already label and they just nodded a no to me and then ignored me. I had to go to the UPS store off of Ynez to drop off my package. Luckily the Ynez location is open later. read more

This is a good alternative to the usps, lines are shorter for sure. Prices are competitive and sometimes there not, very surprising I have to say. Been shipping there four times. Fifth time the price was out of the park, so I walked out and back to usps to save eight bucks. If you have an idea what the rates are you can know right away whether good or bad. They do packing service also and assorted other services. They also sell boxes and shipping materials like tape and what not. Service was good no complaints there. I hope you have a great day Amy! Welp, tried one last time to use this Ups's service. Just a bunch of untrained, forgetful employees that keep up charging you after you have already agreed on all pricing. They also make endless mistakes having you go back and forth. It's not rocket Science to ship a package when all the details are provided for you. I will never come here again and I encourage anyone else to try other shipping methods before settling with this poor developed business. My package better get there with no issues. If not I will not even waste my time contacting that store. I will go strait to corporate and have them fix the issue on my end and hopefully on this particular locations end. I write this review with tears in my eyes because this store FAILED me and my family! Not only did you fail to ensure my package of breast milk on dry ice was picked up correctly, you failed to meet your mission statement as an organization. All you've done is create a claim and suggest I call corporate. This enormous mistake should never happen and is a direct reflection of UPS' lack of ensuring its employee's are performing their job duties correctly. Whether that be through annual training to ensure employee's remain current with your policies or upon hire. UPS, you failed to do your job and now my child has to go without. UPS totally "SUCKS" A delivery driver did not leave a package I have waited a week for. I was home and waiting. I have a bell on my gate, but he did not ring it. He just left a we missed you note. Every "Customer Service" number on the notice was to a computer that wanted me to sign up for there service. I said "AGENT" six times and the computer hung upon me. The local UPS store manager and Supervisor were off site and a trainer was the only one who I could talk to and he had no clue how to help me. After 30 minutes of listening to computer voices that could not help me I called back to the local store and spoke to a Lady that gave me a direct line to a Customer Service Representative who logged my complaint and took my information for delivery tomorrow. This is not good customer service; this is in fact why I do not use UPS and never will. UPS "SUCKS"!!!! read more

This store is such a mess. I understand that it's Christmas, but they were literally throwing people's packages on the floor and they were in piles all over the place. I heard one employee ask another what a certain pile was for and they responded "I don't know." I gave them two Amazon returns, and the put the packages with loose labels in one of the piles on the floor. I found out it has still not been shipped 2 days later. I don't know if Amazon will even receive it. There were 3 employees working but only 1 helping at the register, with a line of 10 people out the door. The two ladies not at the registers were rude and unhelpful. Won't ever go back to this location. read more

This UPS store has an entire staff that hates their day job. I've unfortunately dealt with their subpar behavior on more than 4 occasions. Even when expressing my disappointment and discomfort with their crappy selves, they really didn't have a single brain cell move to correct the situation. They don't know their products and services. They have an issue with amazon returns. Every thing is an issue for them to do, from taping up a package to slapping the shipping label on it. It's really sad. I've dealt with the disgruntled employee That has a tattoo sleeve, the Asian girl and the girl with black curly hair and brown eyes - I know they're brown because the poor thing rolled them twice while talking to me. I only use these descriptions to provide context to who is giving horrible customer service. I do not have their names because they also hardly wear name tags. They ALL suck at what they do for a living and if they don't like it, they need to change their career choice so they can be happier. I spent a small fortune trying to overnight tamales to my brother in Florida. When I track the package, they show that it's still at the store, but the store claims that they don't have it. It should have been delivered today. I can't get an update from the store or the UPS site, because they redirect me back to the store. So I called and spoke to someone at the store named Amy when I realized there were no updates on my package at 10:00 am. Amy told me she would call the UPS hub to get an update and call me back. No one called me back. So I checked at 5:50 pm to see if it had been delivered. Nope. I call the UPS store, was hung up on twice, and on the 3rd try, I finally get thru. Amy told me she was busy and hadn't had time to call yet. Really? I spend nearly $200 to overnight a package, and you're too busy to help me? Grrrrrrr! Next time I'll use FEDEX. read more

I went in for a livescan. I handed Essence a paper with my company's billing info so that I would not be charged double for the processing fee. Essence looked at the paper, said "I don't need that", and proceeded to fill out information on the livescan form. Too bad she neglected to input the billing information.. One star to make sure my feedback is read. They notarized a document and we needed extra information added to it. My husband tried to get it fixed and they asked him that I have to be present. We went back for a third time and the lady that originally helped us the first time wasn't there. A young woman and an older one were so unprofessional and extremely rude, in the end they didn't add the information we needed and didn't refund our money for a document that will not be accepted. Amy at the UPS Store on Temecula PKWY was a god send. We were notarizing our escrow paper work and our realtor only advised us to do one document. We needed two documents notarized and Amy noticed we were missing the second document. She advised us to do the second document and she was right. Our realtor later apologized to us as both documents needed a notary. We were on a short timeline for this paperwork and not having both documents notarized could have stopped our escrow. Monday June 29th Waited in line, saw a young Asian woman behind the counter toss a package haphazardly behind her once the guest left. Looked similar to the one I would be dropping off. Got to the counter 3:51pm to deliver my pre-labeled package (iPhone I needed to return) and asked the same young lady, "please don't toss my package like you did that one". She pauses not knowing what to say and then looks at me and replies something to the tune of "as long as you know the delivery drivers going to do the same thing". I sternly told her "as long as I don't see him do it". If I'm at a restaurant and see a server spit in my food and say, hey please don't do that, and he replies, as long as you know the cook is going to spit it in it, does that sound like an appropriate response? Take a little fucking responsibility. read more
