Big time warning! Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can because once you windshield is installed and you get that humongous amount of wind noise and water leaks you'll be man and kicking yourself because you actually good and take this Advice! I had to take my Lexus back several times to explain to him about the wind noise and he tells me it's the way the car is made. When I told him it didn't do this before he replaced my wind shield he starts a tell me about the body Fender and how the wind and air comes up through it and under the windshield that's wise making that noise. Came here on a Monday morning to have the windows tinted on my car. Fred advised me on shades and was super helpful since I don't know much about tinting-- I was just tired of having transparent windows! He then got straight to work on it. I had both my front and back windows done. It only took about 2hours from start to finish, which was great! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM IT! My Fiance bought a brand new 2015 Accord Hybrid (The most expensive purchase of our lives btw) and we were looking for a shop to put tint on the back windows (Rear Doors and Rear Window) and this was the only place that we found open late enough for me to take it after work. We bought the car BRAND NEW on a Tuesday and Friday I brought it in to get the tint applied...I got it in a 4pm after agreeing to pay $285 to have it tinted and waited until 7pm and picked it up...by 7pm it was a little dark so i thought it looked good...BOY WAS I WRONG!!! My fiance drove to work the next morning and because it was then daylight she called me saying the tiny looked HORRIBLE and that he burnt a piece of molding on the car! My fiance came home with the car after work and it was HORRIBLE!! Bubbles everywhere...lines all over the place...and the worst part being the burn(YES PEOPLE...A BURN!)...ill post a picture of it so you can see what he did to a 3 day old car! Obviously the guy was closed on Sunday so on Monday I had to call into work...take the car in and let this guy know he did a horrible job and even destroyed a small piece on the car! (Small or not its a BRAND NEW car) So i walk in the shop and tell him he needs to come speak with me...i bring him out to the car and start showing him the issues and then show him the burn...he says to not worry about the burn and that he'll fix it! And i tell him that i want my money back and that he'll never touch my car again! He then says dont worry keep the tint and ill give you $200 back...HELL NO...it looks horrible!!! Then he offers $250 and to fix the moulding...NO! YOURE NOT TOUCHING MY CAR EVER!!! He then says ok ok...u keep the tint and heres your $295 and takes me into the office to get it...I now have to pay to get the horrible tint removed...The rubber piece fixed...and new tint to be applied CORRECTLY! So I now will be paying $250 for the tint to be removed and $250 for new tint to be applied correctly down the street...look elsewhere for your tinting needs...this was a NIGHTMARE!!...please just stay away from this business! read more

Took my car for windshield replaced at this place, after few weeks it had some heavy rains and i started noticing some water dripping coming from the windshield line, I decided to bring it to the old guys attention who installed my windshield and showed him the water stains and water, he started to get aggressive on me and telling me that the problem was from my sunroof which I have to pay him more money to fix it , so I left and took my car to the car dealer to do full inspection on my sunroof, the car dealer place assured me that it was not leaking , they told me that the water came from the windshield line, so I went back to the glass place and told him that he needs to reinstall the windshield or I will need to report his crappy job to my insurance company, he started yelling and shouting at me and decide to reinstall it after all. Do not ever attempt to go to this place if you don't want stress. Horrible experience! read more

I had spoken to this guy about a transmission for 2002 Honda Insight.I told him how I have been stranded for several months in the bay area and I needed to get home.(homeless, BTW) He told me he had one and he would sell it to me for 250 dollars, and that he would hold it for me. Well, I went all the way to Hayward, and I get there, and not only did he try to tell me he didn't talk to me about a transmission, he tried to sell me a electrical system that had nothing to do with a transmission. I got disgusted, and told him I did not need that part, so he said, Oh, I sold the transmission already for 800. When I tried to walk away, he just kept talking. I wanted to punch him in the freaking face. He is an imbecile, a liar, and caused me a huge inconvenience. I am pissed. read more

Horrible service. I got my front 2 windows tinted and there was a hair left in the middle of the window, bubbles "that was supposed to go away in 3 weeks", and they cut the window seal on my drivers side in the process. Plus there's no reasoning with the owner. Didn't raise my voice once any of the 3 times I went to get the problems corrected but I can't say the same for him. Stay away from this place. This place was the only tint shop in my area. He quoted me 160$. By the time i left i played 220. At night time it looked decent. The next day. There are all kinds of air bubbles. There are parts on the back window that don't even have the tint touching the glass. To make things even better. They burned a hole in my convertible fabric. Causing rain water to potentially come in. I read other similar reviews and i guess i just had to learn for myself to never go back here. Spend the money and go somewhere better than this dump. Sloppy office area. Files and messy accounting all over the customer desk. This place gets 2 Stars just because the owner made me laugh a couple times probably because he burned the hole in the roof. read more

At first, I was really happy to find this place because they were willing to open up shop for my husband and I on a Sunday. After calling various other places, no one except one other business was able to accommodate our need for a new front passenger side window for my car. Someone broke into our vehicle the night before while fishing. Thank god they didn't take anything, but nonetheless, it was an inconvenience to have to get the window fixed for someone else's stupidity. I believe I spoke to the owner and he said usually we're not open on Sundays, but I'll go ahead an open up for you! Score, right? So at 12, we headed over there and met with the owner. He showed us his inventory and gave us a better deal than usual because we decided to go ahead and get our windshield replaced since it had a growing crack on it. My husband noticed that he tinted windows too, so we asked him to give our front passenger window a tint to match the other side. All in all, we paid $380 to get it all done. He told us it'd be finished in about 4 - 5 hours. He called us at about 4PM and let us know our car was ready. Due to his accent we couldn't understand exactly what he was saying about the passenger window, so we figured we would just talk to him when we got there. When picking up our vehicle, he told us that he had to go 50 miles out to pick up an original passenger side window, but Hayward to Pleasanton IS NOT 50 miles. He also told us that he replaced the top molding for us FREE OF CHARGE since we needed it, however, he did not tint the window as we had requested. He continued to BS us about all the cost and that we were getting a really good deal. So we left a bit confused about all the things he was saying to us. As I was driving home, I looked at the window confused because of the fact that it wasn't tinted. As a manager myself, I understand the value of paying for what you're getting, listening to the customer, and getting the job done correctly. So as soon as we got home, I told my husband to look at the window because it wasn't tinted. As my husband inspected the glass, he noticed that it was not only missing the tint, but also really scratched up. We immediately called the owner again letting him know that we had a problem with the glass because it wasn't tinted and it was all scratched up. His response was that he drove out extremely far to get the glass, opened the shop on a Sunday, and replaced our molding "free of charge" so we should be even. I think that it's great that he did all that, on the other hand, I told him he didn't have to open up his business for us, he said that he had all the glass in stock already, and we didn't ask for him to replace our molding for us. We specifically asked for him to replace the windows and tint the front passenger and that's what we BOTH agreed on initially. So now we had to take additional time on our day off to go back over there and fix the problem. When we called him that following Friday, he said it was going to be an additional $75 to switch out the glass for us. Throughout the conversation he continued to switch out his story! We just told ourselves we'd head out to the shop to get everything straightened out. The owner greeted us and was very abrasive in his attitude. He didn't want to listen to what I had to say about the glass being scratched, he just continued to be rude and pointed out that he found an original glass for our vehicle. He pulled out the aftermarket glass that would be going into our car, and I still noticed minor scratches on it. I told him that was still scratched and he just grew more agitated. So he cleaned it thoroughly and it faded, but was still slightly there. He took our car back in, and finally got the job done right. When he returned our car to us, he continued to mutter all the things he did for us, and rubbed in the fact that he had to pay his worker double time for Sunday! He continued to brush off everything I had to say about the job not being done correctly and not receiving what we had paid for, but he just walked away. I would NEVER recommend anyone here! The owner has such sour and bad business tactics in the sense of not listening to his customers and poorly bringing up how he it cost him x amount of money for opening up on a Sunday and paying his workers more that day. If that was the case he shouldn't have offered to open up the shop or just do the job correctly the first time. read more

My bad I guess. Anyway on with my story. I picked up my car and the car had no seal around the window and my rearview mirror was crooked. That's just to start off with. After going back and forth about the price witch he changed without telling me. $100.00 more for FACTORY glass. Ok so now I have my car and I am on my way home and all I hear is wind noise. So I call them when I get home and the jack off that owned the shop said that was normal. I called around ITS NOT!!!!!! And to think it don't stop there. I wake up the next morning to find that my windshield has a crack from the top and I had water in my car from the rain the night before. So now I am livid. I go back there and all that crook could say is no warranty!!!!!!! So I just left I will handle it other ways. lol. And just as a side note DONT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!!!!!!!! I just called to get a price just to compare to other shops. ( I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK I WAS JUST CURIOUS) and I had already called about 10 other shops. When I called here and asked about the brand the jack off said "OH YOU REALLY NEED TO KNOW THAT?" Then I said you don't know the brand of your window film? If you want the job done right the first time do not take your car here for window tinting. They tinted seven windows on my Altima. Three windows had to be redone. One window the tint was cut too short. They actually used a black marker to try to hide the mistake. read more

Got a window repaired here, decent price. The owner and his wife seem super nice and ready to help a needy customer. We were told many time to review on yelp, which isn't a bad thing, but i don't really like being told to, i do it for the most part anyways. The husband and wife both have heavy accents, but they are so kind, its really nice. when they replaced the window, the guy in the shop broke my driverside door lock! but before we left the parking lot we checked and went back to have them repair. and they did, although when the owner asked the worker if he found the problem he laughed, that made me feel like it was something simple and he wasn't paying attention, he was really slow and seemed unconcerned that my door lock was broken. based on that guy alone i would have reviewed badly, but like i said the owner and his wife are very kind and helpful. Worth going here. Just make sure you watch through the open side shop door, don't have to watch the owner, hes a good man and not going to cheat you. read more

I searched everywhere this morning looking for the best price for my passenger side window that had been broken into last night. After hearing everywhere tell me $200-$250 I was about ready to settle for $200. Gave them a call, and he told me $109 plus tax. I was sold! Told him I'd be there at 10. I dropped my car off and he said it would be about an hour. I walked to Starbucks, and received a phone call from him about 40 minutes later. I couldn't understand him because he has a very thick accent. Once I walked back he told me that the car wasn't done, he needed me to confirm it was okay for him to replace glass because the plastic that controlled the automatic window for $20. I obviously agreed then proceeded to wait. Walked out paying $145. Good price and the window seems to be working fine. Plan on walking a mile to Starbucks and waiting, because their waiting room is extremely dirty and no music or anything. read more

My car was broken into last month just as I was about to take my daughter school clothes shopping. I didn't want this to ruin my day so we quickly went online to find a place in Hayward to replace the window. This place had longer hours of operation (closed at 6:30) so I chose it. I originally felt uneasy when the owner insisted I file an insurance claim, but I chose not to. He gave me a price to which I replied that's a bit too high for me. He lowered the price. I was grateful. I later learned from my mother who works for a top 5 insurance company that I overpaid. I received quick service. The owner/wife was very kind and offered to drive me and my daughter home. We accepted. Their teen/adult children were very kind and pleasant as well. When I returned to pick up the car I gave the owner/husband my debit card. He said there will be an 8% fee for using credit! He pointed to a sign on a sheet of paper that was posted on the wall behind where the wife/kids were standing so I didn't see it earlier or later. He sensed my fury at paying an additional $18 and offered to split it with me. I would've given 3 stars, but the experience with the other family members was worth an additional star. I believe if the wife dealt with the customers they would receive many positive reviews. I wish them luck. read more

Frank is a life-saver. My poor cars got a broken window & windshield, and he had the proper pieces in stock to fix it with no appointment needed. He's competent and experienced and even helped me go through my insurance to see if they would cover the repair for me. He was very patient explaining everything to me, and even took me to the back to see the two kinds of glass I could choose from. He replaced the window & windshield and vacuumed out the broken glass from the inside of my car in less then an hour. read more

* WARNING!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT patronize this business. I took my 2010 Chevy Camaro in to have the windshield replaced. The original glass included a tint across the top of the windshield. I asked the owner (Fred) three times if the replacement window would include the same tint across the top. He assured me three times that the replacement glass would include a tint across the top of the windshield. However, when I picked up my vehicle and drove down the street I noticed that the glass did not include the tint across the top of the windshield. Fred either did not understand what I confirmed with him (three times to ensure that he understood) about my desire to have the same tint across the top, or he ignored me altogether thinking that I would not notice. He told me to bring my vehicle back a week later to correct his mistake. What Fred did not state over the telephone was that he planned on charging me an additional fee for the tint. This was not revealed to me until I returned. DO NOT PATRONIZE this business. Very shady business practices!!!!!!!!! read more
