I just got a great massage from Tony.! It's my second time coming here. The first time was for the $20 foot massage which is great for the price but this time I got the $50 foot and body combo which is an hour and a half. Hot stones were included which are one of my personal favorites and highlights of the entire massage!!! I mentioned to the person who answered the phone the type of pressure that was perfect for me and that message was relayed to my masseuse before I got there. We had called ahead for a couples combo massage late in the night. I like hard hands and my husband likes soft hands; I loved the hands of my massuist. He was very good to my body, cracked a lot of bones and I felt so comfortable with him. My husband was snoring half way through so that's how I know he loved his massage too. We enjoyed every minute of it and we will for sure come again. The only thing is ask for next time is that we get offered a stamp card. We were not aware of it, and we've already been here twice. Our first time was a long time ago when we moved into the area, but I feel this second time was the best. I has asked for the names of the couple to request them whenever we decide to again. But the front desk person only nodded and didn't seem to understand me. The man and woman were both mature in age and very professional, didn't talk very much during our session and were both very attentive to both of us. And the massage did indeed last a full hour. First, i didn't know it was going to be a guy massaging me. I didn't say anything so i was trying to relax but he was being to rough. I told him i like soft massages like two times but he was being so rough! I couldn't relax at all because i was hurting! He didn't even massage my head and at the end he cracked me in really weird ways that i have not experienced before at any place. Instead of feeling relaxed, the next day my back was hurting, i felt sore and i couldn't move my arm a certain way because it hurt. I called to complain because im not supposed to be sore and hurting im supposed to feel relaxed and the guy told me to just wait a few days until it goes away. Wow. I didn't get the guys name but this was the second time i went, the first time was a girl about a year ago when they opened, she was also very rough. I tried giving them a second chance because of the good reviews, but NEVER AGAIN. read more

Me and my mom came in for a massage and got the combo massage which is 30 minutes of body and 30 minutes of foot massage. We were welcomed by the person in the front and got roomed right away. I had called the same day to schedule an appointment and I was able to set it up. They roomed us right away and I liked how the rooms were super clean and very neat. We got our massages by Mary and Rose and they did such a great job! Me and my mom left very satisfied and we recommend this place and both of these ladies. Second visit to Star massage. First visit was very good and worth $25 for 30 minute massage. My second visit was a completely different experience. There is a definite language barrier at Star massage and the customer experience is hindered by it.The masseuse was female and when she entered the room I pointed out my area of focus and she acknowledged the request, however i sensed she may have not actually understood what I was saying. She did not dedicate any time to my requested area and the massage was more of a "push against my body" rather than a rub and release of tension/pain. There was a lot of soft touching of the legs when the 1/2 hour massage is suppose to be dedicated to back and shoulders. At the end of the massage I handed her a $5 dollar tip and she grabbed the bill and laughed, then walked away. I understand a $5 tip is low but the massage was below my expectations and not deserving of any tip to be honest. They require payment up front before the massage so beware. If you are looking for a quality, Asian style massage there are far better establishments in my opinion. read more
