We went driving around to see what shops we found. Im really big on vibes and so when i spoke to a few mechanics I didn't feel comfortable with them. I wanted a place that wasnt overly expensive but that did a great job. After stopping at a few shops we saw this one and stopped. My first impression was 50's vibe lol Its like a small historic museum with a lot of retro items. The person I spoke to came across as a "no bs" type of guy. I heard him talking to the person in front of me and although I was a bit intimidated I felt that he would be honest and felt a good vibe. He was very professional. The communication was excellent. Service was quick. And they explained what needed to be done in a way I understood. The receipt they give is very detailed which I loved. I have since got a new car but if i ever need a mechanic, i would come here!

But when I had and electrical problem all 4 power windows quit at once on my ford fx4 my guy was like it could cost a 1000.00 I remembered Integrity fixed my son's toyota electrical problems for a great price. I got a few quotes before deciding to bring my 2014 Prius Plug-in here, and I'm really glad I did…read more They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, but I felt like they charged what they needed to in order to get the job done I had no idea they even worked on hybrids because I never saw that mentioned anywhere, and I think more people should know. They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.
