Fresh Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba

I asked for a brown sugar milk tea which is typically made with tapioca milk tea. The "tapioca milk tea" they use tastes like pure milk. I asked for a switch out or remake because the taste was off and they said it was the right order and wouldn't switch it out. Tapioca milk tea recipe needs to be changed asap!

We were craving some boba and stumbled on this corner spot. We ordered 2 of the top 10 on their menu. They had a bunch of selection and deserts. Unfortunately they didn't have a chicken sandwich options and they could accommodate the no pork sandwich. They have some cool games on the table, it's more like a hang out place for afternoon kids. Overall it was ok. Probably go back to try a different drink

We've ordered delivery from them before as well and loved their other creations! - Not a fan of the yogurt smoothie, it was too icy & too sweet. I was imagining a yogurt Lassi type of drink - I Love their Creme Brûlée & Taro drink! Get it with 50% sugar or else can be super sweet! - Taro Milk Tea is also great, also with 50% sugar.

The Black Milk Tea taste is as expected and on par with any other serious tea place. The Jasmine milk tea was not as expected. It's taste was more similar to a black tea than jasmine and had a nutty taste which isn't bad if you like Hojicha tea. The Crystal boba was good. Despite arriving around noon, the boba was either overcooked or sat from the day prior. The outside was already melted and smooshy; the inside didn't have any bounce to it. If I was in the area, I'd come back but I'd try something different; I wouldn't drive a long distance. The interior is well thought out with a good amount of seating. The vibe was good and the restroom was clean. Interior: 5/5 Black milk tea: 4/5 Jasmine milk tea: 3/5 Boba: 2/5

Updated. We came in yesterday and ordered 5 drinks. Most of the drink had hard tapioca. The other two drink wasn't sweet and they added a topping which didn't ask for. Probably wouldn't come back

I've had this place 3 times! The first time I was sold! Amazing boba!! The second time I paid $9 for one drink and it wasn't filled all the way and I was very upset. The third AND LAST TIME! I get a long thick piece of hair coming out of my drink, and it was the weirdest yet grossest feeling ever to have it come out with tapioca balls as well !!!! When I walked into the place there was a sign that their health rating from the health care place was listed as only "okay" which was red flag #1... will not come here again unfortunately.

The drinks were very artificial and TOO sweet even though it was 50% sugar, Some of the boba was hard and some were soft. The watermelon milk tasted SUPER artificial and powdery. Service was okay & ambiance was good but the games and toys were extremely dirty.

This place is legit. I had the signature drink there was lots of boba and I think the owner made it for me !! Super friendly and nice to have in my neighborhood now. Love this place I will be back for sure

The drinks were solid I went with the Sakura strawberry matcha, which had a nice balance of floral and sweet without being overpowering. My wife got an Americano with coconut juice, which was unique and surprisingly refreshing. Service was great right from the start friendly, welcoming, and quick. You can tell they're putting effort into the customer experience even while still new. The space is what really stands out. It's clean, modern, and interactive they've got a photo machine where you can take pictures and pin them on the wall, plus chalk provided so you can write or leave messages on their blackboard-style walls. It gives the place a fun, community vibe that makes you want to hang out a bit longer. They also offer desserts, chips, and even have a drive-thru, which is a nice bonus for convenience. Restrooms were clean, which is always a plus.

There is a parking lot for the cafe. It's a a small parking lot and the cafe itself is small, too. There is some seating available and outlets! A cute, cozy place to study. I ordered an iced strawberry matcha with oat milk. My sister ordered the iced ube matcha with oat milk and a honey cake. The matcha was impressively very green. I didn't ask if it was ceremonial matcha. However, given how green the drink stayed after we mixed it, makes me assume it is ceremonial. Loved the strawberry matcha! Very sweet and strong! Service was great! The girl working was nice and made sure to confirm if I wanted an ice drink, the type of milk, and informed me that the oat milk was an extra charge. Will definitely be coming back to try more drinks soon!

Stop in for coffee and breakfast Sammy or grab a sando and soda after lunch. Either way, this is a perfect multipurpose spot. Parking isn't bad, but it's a paid lot. Like $3.50 an hour which isn't bad at all. Long story long, I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and to get some homework done. I needed the free WiFi and I was not disappointed. The breakfast sandwiches are so good! Fresh cooked eggs and biscuits. The biscuits are so flaky and light and good!! The bottom is soft, but the tops have a crisp to them. I got the sausage egg and cheese. The egg was cooked perfectly, biscuit was superior to a lot of biscuits I've had in restaurants and the gochujang aioli on top was the perfect compliment!! It wasn't spicy, but still added so much flavor. I had a special soda made by Marisa with lime, mint, lychee and soda water. Very simple, but very satisfying and not overly sweet. The chairs are comfortable and there's ample seating. The booths have outlets at each table area which makes it super convenient for laptops and chargers. The crowd is mixed. Young and older people mill about. People were having meetings, chatting with friends and working just like me. It's not sketchy and felt totally safe. 10/10 recommend.

I used to visit the Sacramento location, so it was a nice surprise seeing one nearby. My review is mainly for the desserts since I still haven't tried the coffee yet (though I'm sure it's probably great too since they're known for their Yemeni coffee). The menu seems very similar to the Sacramento location, but I'm giving 4 stars because they don't carry the one dessert I've been seriously craving: Turkish delight! The Sacramento location has it and I was definitely hoping to grab some here but I didn't see any on display or on the menu :( The milk cakes were thankfully just as good and super consistent between locations. We ordered the pistachio milk cake and the caramel milk cake (different pricing, depending on flavor probably). Both were incredibly moist, flavorful, and just really delicious. If you've never tried the milk cakes here, I definitely recommend them. They taste high quality, for sure, and a perfect treat for a sweet tooth. I had my husband try one for the first time since he likes caramel, and he immediately said it tasted so fancy he felt like he should be sticking his pinky out while eating it lol. I told him it *is* around $10 a slice, after all. We stopped by on a weekday afternoon and the parking lot was busy and the café itself was packed, so it definitely seems like a popular spot. They also have a points rewards program you can sign up for with just your phone number. I'll definitely be back for sweets again.
