This Starbucks is a daily stop before I head into work. I love the staff here. Always friendly (no matter what time of the day) and always in a good mood. They never disappoint when making my favorite drink (iced raspberry black iced tea with thai walls). Other starbucks can't seem to get it at that perfect sweetness that this Starbucks can. read more

The coffee here is always hot and made well, other Starbucks sometimes leave the regular coffee out all day, but whenever I come here it's always fresh. As I like to drink hot coffee even if it hot outside it seems other locations maybe don't have the same kind of customers as I do. read more

I don't understand how they run out of turkey pesto? I also don't understand how you don't ask your customers if they want whip cream on their drinks? Because I ordered a cotton candy frap and they didnt give me whip cream. Maybe if they were focused on their customers then little mistakes like these wouldnt happen. read more

Third time visiting. I swear I could get my Master's degree in the time it takes for my coffee to be made at this place. People are nice enough, but I shouldn't be able to go to Bed Bath and Beyond, buy an espresso machine, go grocery shopping for coffee and milk, and go home to make myself a latte faster than a coffee shop can put one out. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for several months. I go there as a convenient place to purchase supplies for my Verismo coffee maker. I special ordered from them and never received a promised call. 12/12/2018 I stopped by ten minutes before it closed to purchase some supplies and was ignored. No one there and methinks word is getting around that this is not the place to buy your coffee. Still with no one there, I recvd absolutely NO service. I left as waiting ten minutes with no excuse for the no service was too much. Way too many other coffee places that provide good products and much better services like CBTL. read more

The smoothies, strawberry, or mango-orange are not very good. Too expensive for that level of quality. Try a different drink, or go elsewhere if you need a smoothie. Staff and location is great. read more

I've frequented many Starbucks around Oahu and honestly have to say that this is one of my favorite ones to go to. The staff is super friendly and always super efficient and know my regular order by heart. I also like how this particular Starbucks is laid out and how it allows a lot of space if you plan just to hang out or study/work while enjoying your coffee/tea. My only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be enough outlets to tables, and that the table space seems to fill up super quickly on certain days. Overall though, this location is great and definitely deserves 5-stars in my view. read more

Stopped in at this location recently. Ordered a green tea lemonade. The person who prepared my beverage put tea in the cup, lemonade in the cup, added ice, covered it and handed it to me. Every other Starbucks I've been to shakes it after adding ice to blend and cool. It tasted pretty weird. I also noticed that the overall look of this location wasn't great. Their windows were covered in fingerprints and smears, behind the counter looked sloppy and their tile floors could use a good steam cleaning. read more

The absolute worst of the Starbucks chain in Hawai'i. Don't even bother ordering online for mobile pick up. It's faster to stand in the line and order. Twice I ordered via my phone thinking it would be quick to pick up my order. Not! The first time the pastry was ready but the coffee wasn't. The second time, I could see my coffee sitting under the spigot. Both times I was made to wait without any acknowledgement even though there was someone in the immediate area working on orders. No "i'll be right with you", "drop dead", nothing! And the first time the "Bitchista" went straight to the counter after finishing warming the pastries and ignoring me. I spoke to the manager who explained that they were short. As a customer, I really don't care to hear the excuses because the first time there were lots of baristas working. Poor customer service, bad attitude, excuses and long lines make this Starbucks a place to avoid. I really like McDonald's coffee and the people that work there are much nicer than the bitchistas you encounter at Starbucks. Auwe! read more

This Starbucks has repeatedly emptied their food/baked goods display 2 hours before closing. This Starbucks doesn't have a food menu up, so the only way you know what they have for sale is if they have it out on display. Putting food away and Breaking down their display 2 hours before closing is unheard of for a business that specializes in consumable products. Over time, I've noticed a decrease in customers who visit this location at night. It was once a crowded spot where students would stay and do their homework until it closed. You would previously see groups and individuals there until closing. These days, it's pretty empty. When people look in the window and see a place cleaning and tearing down, they think it's closed. Doing that two hours early is going to give that impression two hours before it should. This location was convenient for me, but I plan to find a new place for late night snacks and meals since the employees at this location gave me the impression that they'd rather not sell those products at night. read more

I really like this starbucks. It doesn't seem so crowded in the middle of the day, and the workers are pretty nice over here. I came here to get some coffee and study with my friends, as I'm sure a bunch of people do. All the outlets are around the walls, so naturally the tables that were probably nicely placed, probably just migrated on over to the outlets from however they were spaced and kind of became bunched up in one corner of the store. The tables are tiny (2 to each) with the exception of a larger one at the very back corner which seemed to seat a group of 5 people studying there comfortably when we arrived. read more

In the neighborhood so thought i would go in for a cup of joe. No long lines, lots of seatings, very spacious, staff is cheery and pleasant. If they know you as a regular, they call you by name! If you aren't, you are still acknowledged with a "good morning!...have a great day...see you again!" I was there for a couple of hours and the staff never let up on the pleasantries! Outstanding! I usually got to Aiea Starbucks but this one is nearest to my moms house in Waimalu. I ordered a drink in which I order without a problem elsewhere... And my worst nightmare happened. This is the best Starbucks to go to. The customer service is excellent and the staff is super friendly. I go to Starbucks everyday but only to this location 3 times a week before I work at night. The workers there know me by name and gets my drink ready when I walk in. That is awesome if you ask me. No other Starbucks did that, even if I went there everyday. I always come to this location because it's down the road from my job. I study here all the time after work also. It's great and bigger than most locations. The staff is always nice and super cool. One morning I came around 7:45-8am on a weekday and it was crazy busy (I guess it was because everyone left early due to the traffic the day before) but yeah the music was EXTRA loud that day and the staff were nearly running all over the place. I come from a salon background so craziness is nothing. But seriously, if you cannot work under pressure why work at a fast pace cafe like Starbucks? I guess because the music was so loud the cashier girl got my order wrong twice and I had politely corrected her (no biggie) But the guy who was the barista that day was hella rude when I asked if this was my bagel that was left on the counter, (I honestly didn't hear what was called out when it was placed there) it said Joanna and that's not my name. When I asked if this was a cinnamon bagel, he gave me a snobbish nod full of attitude. I was also informed rudely that any more coconut milk is considered a latte like I was supposed to know that info? Honestly! For a regular here, I do not appreciate such service. I understand that you are busy but it does not give an excuse for rude and poor service! 3 stars because I actually enjoyed coming here and actually referred people to come here due to the staff and convenience of a larger study area but not so much after this experience. read more

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I always knew the people that worked there were kind, courteous, and friendly, but this past Saturday I really put their customer service skills to the test. I thought I would go there and enjoy reading my new books while enjoying a triple mocha frappuccino. I order my drink and it comes quickly I start to settle into a nice high top table and chair and before you know it my drink goes tumbling over. A fountain of triple mocha frappuccino rained down over the table, chair, floor and I'm sure somebody in the vicinity walked out with a chocolate stain somewhere on them. I alerted the staff they went into action and out came the mop, bucket, and towels to clean up my mess. In the process of the cleanup a brand new venti frappuccino was ready at the counter, at no charge, for me. After the clean up I did sit down to do exactly what I wanted. Just when I was getting ready to leave would you believe I spilled my drink again! The very gracious girl who cleaned up my first mess was back with her bucket and cleaning supplies and said "ma'am, don't worry about it, I got it" I thought the best thing I could do was clean up what I could, say thank you, and quietly exit.
