Love this new Starbucks located in the Costco shopping center in Azusa. And it's a drive thru to boot! Yay! I love convenience. I've been here a couple times and I don't think a lot of people know about this place opening yet because there's never a line at the drive thru. Service has been great every single time. Baristas at the drive thru are very friendly and speedy. Just be careful when you're pulling out of the drive thru. It can be difficult to see oncoming cars when getting out. read more

For a new Starbucks, they're definitely not doing it right.. Ordered a strawberry acai with strawberry juice instead of water. They made me a regular strawberry acai and when I said it wasn't right. They took it back but guess what? Gave me the same drink as before. They didn't even try to make it again. They literally gave the same exact cup!!! And on top of that, they didn't add any sweetener to my mom's coffee! So bitter... But even worse, they had me confirm the order on the screen! What's the point of having the order confirmed if you're not going to make the drinks right to begin with? Will be going to a different Starbucks, one that makes me drink right or at least tries to correct their errors. read more

The workers look like little chickens running around with their heads cut off. This is one of my favorite places to go before I go to work early in the morning for my coffee but today was not one of those favorite places, they open at 4:30am, I was in the drive thru at 4:45am waiting to be helped and as I'm waiting I realized the employee who was suppose to open just showed up is barely walking in so I leave on my way to work with no coffee. This is by far my favorite Starbucks I've ever been to. I come here often to study and I love how spacious the inside is. There's plenty of tables and places to charge your devices (there are ports under the two long tables). The employees are extremely kind and helpful, and the reason this Starbucks is my absolute favorite is because of their consistency with how the drinks are made. I've been here early in the morning and even during closing and they always make my drinks the exact same way which I truly appreciate. Waited about 10mins for a drink, got to the point where I had to leave so I simply asked to get my money back. The barista asked me to re-enter my card come to find out she changed me a second time. $12 and about 15 mins of my time. Didn't even get a drink to show for it. Drive thru is faster than mobile ordering in the morning. Order at least 15 minutes before you want your drink, if you dare. Most Starbucks are pretty quick, but this one is not. Most amazing and nice employees we drove by to get a coffee after our vacation to vasilia and it is 4:41pm and the shift that is working at this time has the best manners my mom and I were so happy with the service. And impressed of how generous the employees were. With so many people in the drive thru we thank those employees wish I would've gotten their names for their beautiful service. This is a review for their online mobile orders. We pick up coffee at least 3 time a week and for what ever reason they rarely have our drinks ready even though we place our order at least with a 10 minute lead time. I thought the whole purpose of mobile ordering is so that you don't have to wait! And it's not like we get there at a busy time. Usually between 6:20am -6:30am. There is usually a line at the drive through but maybe one person inside the store with at least 4 workers. So I really don't understand why they can't get our order ready on time. I love this location. I actually find myself passing by the other locations that I know don't have great service to come to this one instead. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and the drive thru ,even when busy, is fairly fast. I, however, try to avoid mid -day but only because the parking lot becomes hell due to the Costco people. Horrendous customer service during the evening weekday!! This store has got to be the worst Starbucks store I've been to so far. Ordered an iced white chocolate mocha via mobile order. When I picked it up, the order was not made according to how I ordered it, so I politely asked the girl behind the counter to just add the whip cream since I didn't want to cause additional trouble by having them remake it. She said absolutely nothing, glared at me, hastily grabbed my cup, added the whip cream, and placed the cup in front of me. Didn't say a single word to me even after I verbalized appreciation for her to go totally out of her way to accommodate for a small change. On top of that, she was using a rag to (hopefully) sanitize equipment, and didn't wash her hands prior to handling my drink. In fact, the entire staff were mopping the entire floor without saying a single word and were glaring at anyone walking in. Weird, weird, weird. Looked at the other yelp reviewers...not exactly sure where the positive reviews are coming from. Maybe the morning shift is substantially better? I sure hope so for those coming in for a morning caffeine boost. I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt. Nonetheless, I plan on staying far, far away from this place based on my experience. read more

The customer service is really good! Today there was a barista that is named Jacob and he was really sweet. He brought my mom and I our pastries, a little while after he brought the drinks out. He didn't need to bring the food or drinks to our table but he did and that was extremely kind of him. I give him a 10/10 on customer service. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever gone to !! So I ordered a Carmel frappe with extra Carmel drizzle & when I got the widow ,the barista gave my boyfriend my drink with no extra Carmel. He told her , he had ordered extra Carmel . And her rude response was , you more Carmel than that . I mean just drizzling it on the top of the whip is not extra Carmel . Normally I love this place because it is in the same parking lot as my office but today the staff just sucks. First I spoke to a female trying to place an order on the phone because the mobile app doesn't have the medicine ball as an option. She rudely gives Sean the phone and "says take this I can't understand her", mind you I can hear her just fine. Her then informs me they won't take my order because the drive through was busy. I only have ten minutes on my break so I was trying to save time. I get there and there is 5 employees doing absolutely nothing!! No customers in line inside or out! This really upset me because they had the time to help and didn't. When I get inside and speak to a blonde girl. I told her I just called and she rolled her eyes and said " I'll get him, he took your order". So she probably was the rude girl on the phone. Sean was nice when he came out but he wasn't honest about the store being busy. I visited here on a Sunday morning, walking in. Friendly barista took my order right away. Then I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally the hot mocha came up. The barista asked me if I wanted whipped cream. (Which should have been on the ticket) I said yes, she sloshed a bit out of the cup, squirted about half of what I usually see in the cup. Then I waited and waited some more. In the meantime order after order for the drive through went by. I was about to ask about my other drink when it came up, a venti salted caramel mocha frappucino. No apology for waiting. My first sip in the car as I drove away told me it was melted.
