This is a nice Starbucks to enjoy a beverage. There are tables to dine indoor or read a good book or study as long as you don't mind the cafe background noise. Service was friendly at the counter to order. The barista was efficient that I received my order in good time.

Never buying from this location again, I placed my order online and when I picked it up I found out that my coffee is i s just half full.. I order a grande, does it looks like a grande? Is just half of the cup!!!

Good location, a lot parking in front, no problem with planking, clean store also noticed a fast service.

This is a pretty large, but cozy Starbucks off El Camino Real in Belmont. It has its own vibe. Right next to bus station, small parking lot- but spacious indoor and outdoor seating. The baristas were talking about how "dramatic" a prior customer was. I was there, and they just had a simple request. They subsequently messed up my iced coffee with cream (yes, I guess it is possible to mess that up), but I was too hesitant to come back and ask for a re-do order because I didn't want to be the subject of their discussions. Won't return.

Went here on a Sunday and got a cappuccino. Foam was super good and you could taste the milk and the coffee, super balanced and rich flavor. Service was as good as the drink - shout out to barista Aditya on cashier! Next time I think I might try their banana bread... The one NEGATIVE I had here which I think warranted one star off was the A/C. Seriously, it was like 80 degrees inside and when I asked the baristas about it they said it was predetermined by management and they couldn't do anything about it. Management - TURN THE HEAT DOWN! I was in there for 5 minutes and was already getting hyperthermia; can't believe how the service people there can be there for 8 hours straight!! TIP YOUR BARISTAS!!

Lilian hard at work! Go Lilian!

Visited this fine coffee and tea establishment on a chilly Sunday mid-morning and ordered a medium, or "grande" as they do call it, cold brew with a splash of Oatly© Oat Milk. I thoroughly enjoyed every step of the process of acquiring my beverage. I was greeted at the register by the finest of cashiers. Aditya was respectful and helpful throughout the process and I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with him. Next, I appreciated the hard work of Barista Lilian restocking the ice for my cold brew. She worked with professionalism and with a persistent manner. When I got my drink, I decreed that this is the finest cold brew I have tasted in my 16 years of life. A harmonious mix of flavors with a nice blend of acidity and rich notes with the creamy Oatly© Oat Milk balancing quite pleasingly. Overall, a most delightful experience, and one to remember. Tremendous job done by Lilian and Aditya, and I will be sure to be back!

Last Friday, the 27th, I went to Starbucks around noon. Ridiculous. Are you pouring drinks with your eyes closed? I even hinted that something was wrong with it by pointing at it and asking if you have extra napkins and all the woman did was point her head across the room rudely saying "they're over there". I shouldn't have to ask for a drink that is not spilling all over the place. You would think it's common sense. No apology or even attempt to clean it. My drink was leaking all over the place. They weren't even busy at this time. There was literally a total of 4 customers including myself in the store. So it's not like they were in any kind of rush. I've been to busier places and even though they're busy they would never serve a customer this sloppy of a drink. Don't worry I cleaned it with napkins myself. What a shame. I haven't been to a Starbucks in forever and this is the kind of service I get? I'll just stick with Philz.

I dunno why. I really don't know why. But over and over again here, time after time... the staff is super nice. I dunno why.. but I'm pretty... satisfied with this location. You thought I was gonna say something bad huh? lol Sometimes I go out of my way to go this location. There's lotsa places like Panda Express and Safeway nearby to get lunch. I usually park right in front on El Camino. They have wi-fi and always make a proper iced Americano. Great spot, thank you staff.

After placing our order for a group of four, our drinks arrived within just a few minutes. They looked exactly like the menu descriptions and tasted just as good. The food was fresh, hot, and clearly made with quality ingredients. We all especially loved the tomato soup. We also ordered a waffle to share as an appetizer, and it came topped with large, beautiful strawberries that tasted amazing. The portion size was generous. I ordered the Fresh Mozzarella sandwich on ciabatta bread and asked for it toasted, and it was phenomenal. I've purchased a little spider plant and an alocasia polly, which have both been great. The employees are knowledgeable about plants and give great recommendations, especially regarding succulents. They also have a fun selection of cards and gifts by local artists, although some of the prices are a bit unreasonable (like $40 for a tiny planter pot). The coffee shop is fine, but less exciting. Most recently, I tried the Bicerin off their seasonal specials, which was a Cortado with Nutella. I thought the Nutella would be somewhat mixed in for sweetness, but it was literally just a teaspoon of Nutella in my drink. I've tried their Chaga Matcha in the past, and it was also just okay.
