If you order decaf coffee at Starbucks and are told it's unavailable but offered a decaf Americano at a higher price, you may be experiencing false advertising and deceptive trade practices as outlined by the FTC. I've faced these practices for over 10 years at various locations nationwide, including this one, whenever I order decaf.

I usually enjoy Starbucks matcha, but this time it was disappointing. The drink wasn't mixed at all I had to stir it myself, and even then, the powder was still clumpy. When I took a sip, the dry matcha powder went straight into my mouth. It was really unpleasant. I hope they can take more care in properly preparing matcha drinks next time.

Sometimes you just need a little pick me up and you want something pretty consistent. I don't come to Starbucks often but their sandwiches don't disappoint and I already know what I expect with their coffee. Their customer service is excellent as always. I only usually get a regular cold brew or a black hot coffee so you can't really mess that up!

Very disappointed in this Starbucks. The service was really bad. I couldn't redeem my coupon in store so I had to online order in store to get it. The barista was just staring at me without much help. The store manager was yelling at me that there is no coupon. But when ordered online everything worked out. No apologies from them. The pastry was the worst I've ever tasted. They put soy milk in my coffee even though I ordered whole milk. Argh! The bathroom was beyond disgusting!!! And this in a prime spot in downtown Burlingame.

I wanted to go to a 24 hour Starbucks, but decided against it. This Starbucks has always been one of my favorites, and has not disappointed me today. It's been a year almost since I set foot in here, I moved closer to the city. Well, I gym at the 24 hours in San Mateo, so, I think I will start coming here again for my favorite ice coffee with an extra shot and coconut milk with no sugar. The baristas at the register does her job well, and greeted me while helping the customer in front of me. The barista at the espresso machine called my drink out loud and clear by my name and drink and the drink taste Starbucks Standards. Which is a high bar, when I use to work as a shift supervisor. That is another story. Anyway, this establishment nestled in the heart of Burlingame will provide you with your caffeine put-stop and quickly have you back on your scheduled agenda for the day without skipping a beat. Please support this place and treat it kindly, for they put up with a lot and they will still offer you great service with a smile. Thanks guys!

The tables were really close together so it was a bit harder to maneuver around. It was easy for someone to bump into the table when passing by. For drinks we got the blue butterfly - which is on the sweeter side. We also got the iced biscoff latte but a bit disappointing. It wasn't sweet enough and you couldn't really taste the coffee. We really enjoyed our dishes - carbonara udon, crispy honey chicken Benedict and the ube pancakes. The carbonara udon was on par with the one we had in Japan. The chicken Benedict was full of flavor and the eggs were cooked to perfection. I've had better ube pancakes in the peninsula but they still tasted good!

We had the chicken croffle and the tom yum croissant. I liked the chicken croffle with how big the fried chicken is, and the sauce it comes with complements the flavors well. The chicken itself was a little bit dry in the middle. The tom yun croissant is very creative, never had anything like it before. I like that there's a lot of crab provided in the croissant. It can get heavy after awhile with the sauce. Overall I had a good experience here, good service despite being so busy most of the time. I would come again!

I was honestly shocked walking into the restaurant and seeing that they expanded into the neighboring brick and mortar space. The ambiance was absolutely divine and felt like dining in a beautiful Italian courtyard. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! The staff was incredibly genuine and attentive. Huge credit to the sweet mother to be working the cashier register. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was so kind and caring toward my fiancé and I while we dined there, especially since I'm expecting as well. The runners and hosts were also wonderful. You can truly tell they have a great team dynamic. Now for the food... one Bay Area term: SCHMACK. Man, did I miss having such a variety of food items made to absolute deliciousness. I ordered the Palermo, hot chocolate, orange juice, and the Siena sweet crepe with no strawberries. My fiancé had the omelette and the French toast order. Everything was perfect for our cravings and tasted so fresh and comforting. We will definitely be returning with our families to celebrate our little blessing to come. Highly recommend Crepevine if you want food with a fresh taste that truly feels like home.

Buttermilk pancake and Milano crepe were fine - both were relatively sizable and tasty. New Orleans benedict was a huge miss. I'm not sure how long my plate was sitting out before it was served, but the English muffin was soggy, the egg was very overcooked/not runny at all, and the hollandaise sauce had developed a noticeable skin. The entire dish was lukewarm at best. Our food came out quickly, so it's obvious Crepevine pre-makes everything and nothing is fresh. As we were leaving, we saw a plate in the kitchen with a giant stack of pre-made crepes on it. Lastly, service was a HUGE disappointment. When we were at the cash register placing our order, the employee NEVER looked at us. Instead, she kept looking around and was very distracted, which is probably why she asked us to repeat ourselves 3 times. Then, in the MIDDLE of our ordering, she turned and started talking to a woman behind us in line. They literally proceeded to have an entire conversation while we were standing there, holding menus in our hand, waiting to finish placing our order. We should have walked out right there. After we sat down, no one ever brought us water. Our food arrived and we still didn't have water, so we had to flag someone down. That person didn't bring anything, so we had to ask another person. Everything - from water to napkins to boxes - needed to be requested multiple times. Not gonna come back again.

My pork chop dinner included soup or salad, slice of toasted and buttered sourdough, potatoes or rice, vegetables and choice of dessert. All for just under $30 before tip. The meal was as expected for a '60s coffee shop. Salt is the dominant seasoning. The turkey and rice soup was a smart way to use leftover ingredients. The boiled red potatoes were good. The two thin pork chops were supposedly marinated, but I couldn't tell from tasting them. They were over cooked--dry, tough and needed some herbs. DH had the cheeseburger with potato salad and praised the meal. He also devoured my dessert--ice cream with chocolate sauce. Service was friendly and efficient, making me want to return. When I expressed this to the manager. The manager refused to even give me a decent discount on this gigantic mistake. Her options were you get a 10% discount ($ 4.00) Don't take the cake at all. (Ridiculous option considering I ordered it the night before for a morning pick up for an afternoon party.) Or come back at 3 for a replacement. Make it make sense, cake cutting is at 1pm. Hence the early pick up time. So understandably i'm angry. Mostly because the actual manager could care less and only offered up a nonsense discount or go home with nothing. Customer care clearly doesn't matter here. I only wanted a reasonable discount for this huge mistake and she absolutely refused. I hope the owners are reading this. This is my go to location for all special occasions and this manager is doing a great job of not taking care your loyal customers. Safeway is up the street with 20 dollar cakes and they get the order right. Her employee who could not follow directions is also at fault here but she seemed well insulated by the manager. I was treated like I was the problem even though the mistake was theirs. My advice to you the customer. Any custom cake you order there make sure to take the slip where the order is being jotted down and double and triple check it yourself that it is correct. Because when your special occasion cake says happy birthday instead of happy anniversary pucker up. Because the manager will just tell you tough S**t.
