Just had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks.. on a road trip and another starbucks messed up our drink order. Of course we didn't realize it till back on the highway, and with 15 hours of driving ahead didn't want to double back. I placed a mobile order and waited 1.5 hours for 2 drinks and a bagel. I didn't mind waiting, they were busy and staff were doing a great job getting the orders done. After getting my drinks, I waited few minutes before asking the staff for my order. I talked to JULIE and she said "They're working on it." WITHOUT CHECKING. She was just standing at the cashier no line or customers, didn't even bother to pretend to look. After 15 minutes, I asked a different staff. I didn't get her name but she was so nice. Then I saw Julie whispering to that same staff right after I asked. After another 20 minutes, I asked Julie again for my bagel, she was so surprised and said "You're still waiting for your bagel?". She finally went to check and found out they're out of bagel and the ones they have in the back are frozen. I got a different sandwich as a replacement. Used to be a very good location however that's not the case any more. Apparently I can't seam to get what I order the way I order. Lately I get what I order the way the barista want to make it, not the way I order it. Plus, they will argue with you and still only give how they want to make it. Paying the price of this coffee I should be able to get what I order the way I order. I have great service at this Starbucks. It is my all time favorite one. They remember my drink and i rarely have problems. Of course I don't ask for discounts, give them some slack when they are slammed and always thank them for my drink. Starbucks is Starbucks. Same products Almost everywhere you go, just a different location. My issue with this location is that, time after time, there is a major lack of management and procedures. Case in point. The drive-through was packed so I went inside. There was a line inside which I patiently waited in. They had one person running the register. 4-5 others were making drinks and doing the drive-through. I purchased two bags of coffee, and simply needed them ground. The cashier took my name and set the bags next to her. She then helped 10 other customers and ignored my coffee. I patiently asked her to grind it reminding her that the line was never going to get short. She set it behind her and asked someone else to grind it. I waited 10 more minutes just to have my coffee ground. In total, I waited over 20 minutes after purchasing my coffee just to have it ground. Completely unacceptable! Wake up and hire some good managers. And while you're at it, hire some more baristas. It was the day after Christmas and the store was slammed. My favorite starbucks to go to in Belton/Temple area. They recently added couches which is great. I get tired of sitting on those stiff chairs. They have a huge table for people to hang out and also a great place to study. read more

Always friendly here but this is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. My husband and I have actually walked in the door before and then walked out after seeing a large amount of flies buzzing around behind the counter. The fly problem seems to be ongoing as I have seen multiple flies tonight. Trash (paper towels, straw wrapper) are currently on the floor outside the bathrooms. The Belton, Texas 1-35 location is a far cry from being a Starbucks! The store is dirty, no supervision, and I am tired of the unprofessional service. My smoothie is thin and watery this is not the corporate standard. The 6607 West Adams Suite F, Temple Texas is a superior location that is clean and well managed. This is your typical Starbucks. If you've been to one you've been to all. People are friendly, place looks great and I almost never have issues with my orders. When I do, it's not the end of the world. It's coffee. Only complaint is the parking lot. Belton is a small town so when it gets busy at Starbucks, it's a nightmare. Lanes are narrow making it extremely difficult to leave or enter. I see a lot of complaints of cleanliness below. Either I am lucky enough to only visit after they have cleaned, or there are a lot of snooty people stopping through. Stop on by and have some joe. read more

Completely out of peppermint again when that is the holiday seasonal drink...this is the second time Starbucks has been out of peppermint when they advertise it as one of their main drinks right now. We ordered two lattes at the drive-thru at 2:30pm on a Saturday. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks from the time we ordered them. The employee at the window didn't acknowledge or apologize for the unusually long wait. Never had a bad experience at Starbucks until today. Was like the bathroom had exploded. No towels or HAND SOAP in the men's, gf said the same about the ladies'. Such a love/hate relationship with this Starbucks. It's so convenient on my way to work, but for some reason they can't seem to get my order right about 50 percent of the time. Nothing else around that has the convenience of a drive thru. I will say during the holiday time, I had someone pay for my drink in the drive thru for no apparent reason. This Starbucks was extremely dirty, almost made me ask if I could just get a refund as I was waiting for my drink. Trash and food all over the floor, table was sticky and dirty, chairs the same. Condiment area had trash overflowing out of it, so I just decided to leave ASAP after I received my drink. For the third time In I have found this location less than satisfactory. The tops of the coffee bean grinder were dirty with flys congregating around the machine. The flys are the result of the flavor dispensers over spray. A real turn off. Also my capachino grande was a little too milky. read more

It's a Starbucks just like any other... The same horrible Pikes Place as the rest. I drink my coffee black though so if you put cream and sugar in it, you'll never notice. I do like some of the fufu drinks though and their ice coffee is good on a hot day. read more

Most the time this Starbucks is great. But, I can't give them more than 3 stars. They generally seem to be short staffed when I get there.

I came through here at 6am on Friday morning headed to Round Rock for an all day meeting. I ordered a venti caramel frappuccino and 2 spinach fold overs. When I took a sip of my drink I nearly choked. There was no caramel flavoring and it tasted like old, stale coffee. I called Starbucks and spoke with the morning manager who apologized and said that she would leave a gift card for my next couple of drinks in the safe since I was unable to return that morning. Well... I decided to take my daughters for Starbucks Sunday and so we drove down there and went in to get the gift card. I spoke with the staff and they went and checked the safe and said that there was no gift card and they handed me a $4.00 reimbursement card. I told the lady who gave it to me that the card did not even cover the full amount of the drink I paid for on Friday that I did not even get to drink. She walked off and brought back another $4.00 reimbursement card and said "There ya go, that should do" and walked off. This is not the first time I've had issues with this Starbucks and the only reason I stopped there is because it was convenient. The staff is rude and the line for the drive through is RIDICULOUS!!! I will continue to drive 20min out of my way and go the Temple Starbucks off of Adams. read more
