Horrible service they charged me $13 then $6 for refusing to give me my coffees anyway I've contacted their VP of HR in Seattle since I'm one myself

meh. service is nothing special. Seven people behind the counter and one at the cash register and six people in line. I don't understand. There's no drive up. Why so long? go #woke, go broke

This Starbucks is the best location of Starbucks in Boca. People who disagree with me on the best Starbucks in Boca, we agree to disagree. When around this area, I usually do a quick stop here. It's fairly close to the gym I go to, so win win situation. The employees are always smiling and are so happy being there. The service is fast even though they are almost always busy. Their drive thru option is always great when your running low. My go to drink is the hot matcha latte. They make it just right and is highly enjoyable. Majority of the time this is all I need. Being in holiday season you can try their in season drinks. I would like to recommend toffee nut crunch latte, which is rich and creamy. Side Note- Located right beside Tide cleaners. Get your clothes washed/pressed. And get yourself some coffee and more from Starbucks.

How hard is it to make oatmeal? We had to wait over 20 minutes and were rewarded with this slop!

My wife and I used to be loyal customers of this store in N. Boca Raton (6959 N Military Trail). However, we will be moving to the Dunkin Donuts store just around the corner off Clint Moore for three primary reasons. 1. The walk in order service at the store has become ridiculously slow. 2. The product quality in the store has become non-differentiated, and in some cases at a lower level, than we can get at the DD store (and I might add at a lower price). 3. The drive through line is misdirected, and sometimes causes verbal and physical altercations (I am not kidding about this!) . We have been going to the north Boca location for over a decade (even when the store was located one shopping center up the road) and long for the "old days" when Starbucks used to pride itself on quality, both in customer service, as well as, product preparation. Without getting into too much detail, let me cite the following facts: A typical drive thru experience, for as dangerous as it is, is extremely efficient - usually less than five minutes,.... however, a walk in customer frequently has to wait over fifteen minutes to get an over-the-counter order, and it often comes out in stages, ...cold or otherwise prepared inaccurately, under-overcooked, or just mis-proportioned (witness the picture of the watered-down oatmeal we were served, after waiting (I am not exaggerating this) for over 20 minutes!  Moreover, today we had to wait another 20 plus minutes for a simple order of a heated croissant, an iced tea, and a cold brew.   And these all came out in stages.. the heated croissant came out first.. and was obviously cold before we could enjoy it with our beverages. This is a shame, as once "going to Starbucks" meant a pleasurable, in-store experience.  We didn't mind paying a premium for premium products and premium service.  I realize favoring the "drive-thru" over the over-the-counter orders is much more profitable and most likely higher volume, but I am saddened about this situation.. and the two things that separated Starbuck's product from DD was customer service and quality.  At this location, those two product differentiations no longer exist.

This little projectile was sitting in my cappucino! Hit the back of my throat, and a lot of coffee ended up on my dashboard.

Not only is this one of the most insanely dirty Starbucks, with trash on the ground, machines covered in coffee grounds and dust, sides of them splattered with stuff that's never been taken off, but the level of service disorganization is kind of staggering. Phone orders were piled up, but only one barista bothered calling them out. Then, to add a bit of insult to my visit, I was sipping my cappucino when something hard and sharp headed for the back of my throat. I ended up coughing it out, but WTH! How, with UPSIDE DOWN CUPS, does debris of that size get accidentally (hopefully) dropped into your $4+ cap? Trash on the ground. Trash overflowing. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Maybe they need to ask TIDE next door, to help them clean up their act. Passing on this Starbucks for good!

How many times when you hit a Starbucks drive-thru the line is so long and you don't know which way to go? Finally a store that provides directions and even someone standing outside to direct you ...amazing! Plus the associate greeting you at the drive-thru window is happy and cheerfully shouts your name correctly. I'll be back.

Quiet in the evening and the wifi eventually worked well. I bought a coffee just so that I was here and undisturbed while I had to actually do some work. The nerve of my employer wanting me to read and respond to emails on my laptop! Yep, the parking is dumb.

This Starbucks is very clean and has a drive thru. I actually did not go through the drive thru but parked on the side and walked in. It is next to Tide Dry Cleaners so the parking is a bit tricky. It was pleasant and you were able to sit and have your drink and not be rushed. Everyone was friendly and took time to say hello. The hello is something I appreciate! I really do. So thank you!

We also both got the bagel bomb -- it was more like a croissant stuffed with cream cheese than an actual bagel, but still delicious. Mine came out piping hot, and the cream cheese was scorching too, so I had to let it cool before taking another bite. They also have juices, water, and other grab-and-go bites in the cooler near the front entrance. There's seating inside and outside, plus a covered corner area near a green space that was really nice -- that's where we sat to chat and sip. I know there's a location closer to home for me, so I can't wait to check that one out too. Overall a nice place with delicious drinks and small bites. You get what you pay for -- it was $25 for both our iced drinks and bagel bombs -- but I get it, and I wasn't disappointed with the quality. I'd definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Banana bread is super in right now & it's for a good reason! I don't even like banana bread but the flavor goes so well with coffee, especially cold brew! Top 5 cold brews I've ever had. Already hyped for their summer menu. I wasn't even hungry but when I saw the paradise sliders on the menu I knew I had to order it. The staff was so so sweet, when I ordered they even asked if I wanted extra paradise sauce (who doesn't want extra??) 10/10 no notes. The sausage & egg is obvi solid but the sauce does push it over the edge. I would like to check out the other locations- this was one a decent size, good amount of seating in & outside. Seed you later!

The stand out for me was their fruit salad cups. I usually get fruit salad with my breakfast while traveling to keep up my fruit/veggie intake but the fruit tends to be not ripe and/or mostly melon which I don't really like. This fruit salad was very fresh, perfectly ripe and had plenty of kiwi, strawberries, pineapple and grapes- all stuff I love. I also had a frittata every morning, broccoli and cheddar, and it was made very well and a perfect portion. If you're planning on getting something that needs to be warmed up, give yourself 10mins so that they can do it in the toaster, it's worth the extra time. The frittata didn't have much cheese, but I was ok with that since I wanted to have a healthy light breakfast that wouldn't weigh me down or make me feel ill while working. The staff was also very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure you were getting the best service. They also have a cute glass teapot with a tea light underneath for sampling their "tea of the day" which changed daily. 5/5

She apologized when coming back but it was a little odd, we waited about five mins or so. I told her I was considering the tiramisu latte or the pistachio latte and I was hoping she could help steer me in a direction. I asked what she thought between the two and she clearly found my question odd bc there was a long pause before she said it depends what I'm in the mood for. Which isn't very helpful at all lol. And she said it with a bit of sass, like what a dumb question to ask. I don't think my question was that outlandish, many places have specific favorites or recommendations. After discovering the tiramisu latte relies on the cream top that can only be made using cream and no non-dairy products, I decided against that one. Without the cream top, it's just a vanilla latte she told us. Typically the pistachio latte is made with syrup and a pistachio butter but she said even the pistachio butter is made with condensed milk. We wanted to confirm paying for a pistachio latte would be the same as paying for a latte with syrup added and she said it would, but again she seemed kinda annoyed or impatient by our questions. Not friendly service at all. It came out to $8 for an iced latte ($1 for non-dairy milk) in an albeit cute container but it was just subpar.

Absolutely loved it. I have no idea what happened on my last visit but the cappuccino I got was putrid. It tasted stale, burnt and metallic. And it wasn't hot. While I was not paying close attention, I could swear that it was not freshly pulled out of the espresso machine nor was the milk freshly frothed. From the time I ordered to the time I got the coffee it took 20 seconds. How is this possible? I have a really nice espresso machine at home and there's no way I could be serving cappuccinos in 20 seconds. Regardless, the proof is in the taste which was absolutely terrible and the temperature which was lukewarm. It was like stale 7-Eleven coffee at best. Blech. Lame and unacceptable. One star. I'll try one more time but if it sucks again, I guess I'll be sticking with Subculture and Starbucks.
