I have grown less and less fond of Starbucks in the past few years because of the rudeness of the employees, at least in my city of Palm Springs. Today an employee by the name of Janet at this location turned me around! Talk about exceptional customer service when I wanted to add a pound of while been coffee to my drive thru window at the last minute. I didn't get the rolling eyes or the lecture I've experienced in Palm Springs but rather a 'sure' and 'great' with a smile! I don't know if she restored my faith in the brand but what she did is make me realize not every Starbucks is the same. It's the people that make a brand what it is. Updated from previously good experiences. Last time I went to this Starbucks I got an impossible breakfast sandwich and it didn't have any of the impossible meat. They literally charged me around $6 for a breakfast sandwich with cheese and egg. Starbucks refunded me. But still wasn't a good start to my day. Gave it another shot today... bad idea. We took all the ice out of our grande iced espresso and it left us with 1/3 of the cup with actual coffee. Did the same for my venti iced espresso and left me with 1/2 of the cup with actual coffee. They couldn't even get enough ice into the cup to make it look full and was about an inch below the brim of the cup when handed to me. Maybe they decided to make a venti and split it between the two drinks since they are the same? Not sure. But a waste of money. I really enjoy Starbucks. But if I want a $6 coffee I actually would like the true amount. read more

Ordered the caramel ribbon crunch and I basically got milk with a hint of caramel. I paid for extra caramel drizzle and did not receive that. The girl also filled the bottom of my drink with whipped cream, assuming because she didn't make enough and didn't feel like doing her job correctly. So if your barista is a young looking girl with brown hair and braces don't waste your money. Starbucks is expensive as it is.. wish I had seen her name tag. read more

Service is terrible. Line wrapped around the building and every time I come they have to check if they have what I want... including drinks. They do this to every person who orders in the drive thru no matter what day it is. I ordered a pumpkin muffin before and then changed my mind and wanted a brownie and they lady said we already made the muffin and I asked if it was possible to get the brownie instead and then they lied to me and said they didn't have brownies then I called manager a couple hours later to see if they any brownies and she said they had quite a bit. read more

For being a Starbucks what can you expect. Coffee is mediocre. You figured that for being such a huge company that is making so much money off people, they'd use syrups with better ingredients & better quality milk. You should look up the ingredients in the majority of the stuff they sell and ask yourself...do I understand any of these ingredients and is it really healthy? For the price I'd rather support a local coffee roaster like Wild Goose. read more

Warning! 0 stars. If you have never been inside and used the restroom you would be appalled. Two restrooms for use and neither had seat covers, one of them had just a couple pieces of toilet paper and one of them did not have soap! Not sure about the second restroom regarding soap. If I wasn't pregnant and really needing to use the restroom I would have left. Place looks nice and was greeted upon entry but makes you wonder....where are the employees washing their hands after using the bathroom?? That's disgusting!! I dont have Starbucks often but everytime I go to this location I feel like I am a regular. They are super personable and all about great customer service. From the moment the ly greet you on the speaker to the moment you leave the window they make you feel like the most important thing there. A very nice brand new Starbucks for this newer neighborhood. The location and logistics of their drive-thru is designed nicely to avoid long lines that impede traffic. The inside is roomy and clean. The drinks are made right. For the most part, the customer service is on point with the exception of a few drive-thru experiences. I've had a few visits where I was not greeted or thanked - I felt like I was just another person on their conveyer belt. Otherwise, a good Starbucks that I hope keeps these positive qualities. read more

Definitely want to shout out Bryce in drive thru. I come regularly to this location (since I literally live right around the corner) around 7:15am. Most of the time, Bryce is the one that takes my order/hands me my order. He is always so cheerful and kind. He has even taken the time to explain certain drink recipes with me when I inquiring and doesn't seem the least bit rushed or bothered that I am asking questions. The line is usually pretty long, however, they move people through quickly. Love the late hours! The only reason I reserved a star is because of inconsistency. I always order my black tea the same way, but for some reason it tastes (minty) different from time to time. Same with my iced coffee and my hot americano; it doesn't taste the same each time. I'm a coffee lover so this isn't necessarily a deal breaker, but I would like to see this issue resolve as they become more established at this location. I assume the inconsistency comes from various new employees at this very new location. read more

Im done ordering any drink that requires more than 2 ingredients. Ordered a venti iced flatwhite with sugar free vanilla and almond milk. I received a venti cup of almond milk. Asked the barista what he made, his reply "you get two shots and almond milk" ummm I thought it was 4? He was kind enough to give me a few ounces of black cold brew to try and save this drink. I eneded up throwing it away. What a waste of money. This place was a zoo, mobile orders all over the counter and guests just touching all the cups looking for their name. Worst experience at this location. Stick with black coffee and hold the substations because you're bound to be disappointed. read more

I have been going since it first opened and I know they had some trouble with the shortage, but they tried their best to please everyone and I really love the stickers they place on the cups. They have positive sayings that really start my day off nice. The drive thru line is always short, except between lunch hours it can get a bit packed, you will still be out shortly. Today I went thru the drive thru and my cup was sticky and my steering wheel was sticky and my pants got dirty as well. I went into the store to explain what happened and they offered me napkins. I asked if i could wash my hands they said no. I asked for wet wipes so i could clean my hands. I had to take the wet wipes to clean my steering wheel and no one offered to correct the issue. I asked for a cup to put the original cup in. No manager apologies, no offer to come back for a free drink, or here's a free pastery. WORST customer service ever!!!!! read more

The guy taking our order took forever and couldn't get it right. Once I got to the window he told me that Starbucks changed their hot chocolate recipe so NEXT time let us know if you liked it. He then hands me a bunch of hot chocolates I ordered!! Why wouldn't he tell me that when I was ordering?!? I also ordered a Salted Carmel Frappuccino and a Salted Carmel Hot Chocolate...when he hands them to me their isn't any salt. I asked where it was and he said they didn't have any! Well that would have been nice to know too before I ordered and you swiped my card. I usually get Starbucks several times a week by my home and never have any complaints I know the staff is always super busy but gives me service with a smile Even in these difficult times but I happened to be in the area and stopped by and I was so disappointed with this Starbucks Bree was super rude to me and short when I asked her a question. Then someone asked for a drink to be done again and she rolled her eyes and snatched the drink. I'm so disappointed being here and seeing her do that it is unacceptable. My husband and I were in need of a little pick-me-up this evening so we thought we'd head over to Starbucks. I wanted to try something new so I looked up some drinks online. I found one that sounded really good ( Iced vanilla bean coconut milk latte) so we headed on over. My husband had trouble saying the name of my drink (who wouldn't honestly it's a mouthful ). The lady taking our order questioned which drink we wanted and my husband just said "uhhh idk my wife found it online. She just replied "okay I got you" lol.
