Consistently poor service. Almost every time I have ever come here you can stand at the register for 5 or more minutes before you're even acknowledged. I usually end up mobile ordering from inside. More concerned with the drive-thru than who is inside. Then your bakery order takes another 10 minutes after you get your drink, and then they tell you they're out of it. Horrible customer service not very welcoming. No one greets you when you walk in. Came here from a stop from Arizona. A lady with tattoos and no name tag was cleaning off the tables. I come in and ask if they have a larger trash can where I can throw our trash and instead of saying I'll throw that away for you. She says oh there all the same trash size like what? Wow who says that to your customer, ok I guess I'll place this on top of the trash can. We use the restroom and see a nasty bathroom how gross. I understand that sometimes stores need to close early--but what's unacceptable is failing to notify customers. I pulled into the drive-thru at this Starbucks only to find it completely shut down, with no sign or notice posted anywhere. There were several other cars waiting as well, all of us assuming service was still available. A simple sign in the drive-thru lane would've saved everyone time and frustration. Let's face it: Starbucks is Starbucks. It's a huge chain and Redlands, alone, has 10 locations. We all know what their coffee is like. So in this review I'm reviewing their seasonal specialties: Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Apple Crisp Macchiato. The WOW factor of the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew was the pumpkin spice mix on top of the foam: it's a nose tingler (it's a word in my dictionary). I really enjoyed the aroma: Thanksgiving has arrived. The rest of the drink was okay: refreshing, creamy and had the pumpkin spice flavoring. The Apple Crisp Macchiato didn't have much of an aroma, and much of the flavoring was on the bottom of the cup. But after we stirred it up, the apple crisp was pronounced. It was refreshing and did taste like an apple crisp. It was a bit on the sweet, syrupy side. As with Starbucks drinks, you already know they are full of calories and pricey. But as an occasional treat on a warm end of summer or fall day, these may be worth considering. read more

I admit it. I'm kind of a weirdo. For a non-coffee fan, I really like the Starbucks chain as a whole. I love the smell of coffee. It always smells so appealing, but the taste is almost always too bitter for me to handle. In the past decade or so, the Starbucks chain has diversified its offerings to include more tea-based drinks and other caffeinated deliciousness like their Refreshers line. I've even slowly become a fan of their PSLs. Part of the fun is that you can customize your drinks in a variety of ways to suit your tastes. I stumbled on this location almost by accident. One day about 3 months ago I was buying something off Facebook Marketplace and they asked to meet in the parking lot for this location. It's right off the Ford Street exit in an area of Redlands I'm not too familiar with. I didn't even know there was a Starbucks location here! Bonus! It's kind of tucked away in a smaller part of Redlands in a small plaza. I've been here 3-4 times since I discovered it last year. It's a really cute spot that's bigger on the inside than it looks on the out (what I call a "TARDIS" location). Every time I've been here the baristas and staff have always been friendly and helpful not only to me but others as well when I've noticed their interactions. I actually set up here for a couple of hours to do some work on my laptop and observed the staff here being very friendly. They've also managed to get my drink orders correct every single time. Usually, I've had issues with some locations forgetting parts of my orders, or just downright getting them wrong. I'd say this spot gets a good solid 4 stars with room up or down for future visits. The only problem is I usually need to be in this part of town for some reason or another to even remember it's here! Still, it's a nice little find. read more

This is my go to Starbucks in the area! They have the nicest staff, and are usually super fast taking orders and preparing drinks. I've been here many times and have yet to have a significant issue. That being said, they consistently run out of oat milk! This is my milk alternative of choice, and it's always a bummer to be told that they don't have it. I can understand if you're arriving right before closing and this happens, but it's happened during the day multiple times so that is my reason for removing one star. Other than that, I really do love this location. Whether you walk in, drive thru, or use mobile order, you'll be taken care of here. read more

The bathrooms were the worse I have ever seen. Very dirty and pee on the floor. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Darn I liked this Starbucks but they gave me the wrong coffee. I went through the drive through and ordered a latte. I didn't drink it until I got to my destination. When I drank it, it was really sweet. I looked at the label and it was a white mocha. I can't drink that due to a medical condition so I had to throw it out. Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru where the completely ignored me. I eventually pulled around to the window where I was two staff members. One looked directly at me and looked extremely annoyed and then walked away and the other turned her back to me. A third employee eventually walked out from the back and also turned his back towards me. They continued to completely ignore me until I eventually drove off. I had checked the hours and they were still open but had clearly decided to close early... which really I don't care, just let me know. I filed a complaint that was passed on to the store manager who still hasn't gotten back to me so clearly I can tell the issues start with their management. I will not be returning to this location, not that I think they care. I'm a firm believer in reaping what you sow so their success in life will be a product of their own actions and how you treat others. Good luck. read more

This Starbucks is usually my go to, but today I ordered in the drive thru a modified venti shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam. There were two cars ahead of me in line, and the cafe didn't seem busy because there were baristas standing around. The barista at the window was friendly, but upon leaving, we realized that they had forgotten the cold foam. We were in a rush to head out so we couldn't turn around to get the drink adjusted, but we wish they had put more care into preparing the drink since it is an up charge for the cold foam. read more

I was a bad, bad customer today. We ordered the spinach and feta wrap and they had to check if they had it. When he came back and said they did I changed my mind and ordered a turkey bacon instead. Then he went to check on had and cheese croissants just for me to switch to a ham and cheese sandwich instead. So as my punishment they gave us some weird looks and a half blended frap. Dream bar (crispy treat) The server said she does have the dream bar frozen but it will take a few hours to defrost. "Would i like one of those?" Really... she just asked me that?!
