Went here for a Frappuccino and refresher . This location is near my home. I frequent here allot . The staff I must say is normally very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my time here today . The food is always good . The vibe is warm and welcoming. They have a big parking lot so parking is not an issue .

Like any other Starbucks except this is in Cambridge Massa Choo Choo. Kendall Square by MIT. The brainy smart kid genius school. No graffiti gangster art here adorns the walls. These brilliant minds installed a giant wooden Abacus instead. I liked the coolness of that. Also I like the cool kids here coz they rock the pumped up kicks and live in the world of academia. Not only does your cappuccino, latte's or machiatto's have creme. But only the creme dela creme of students get admitted into these hallways. These java drinkers are the innovators of tomorrow and get their cup of Joe from here to go back and design the actual real rocket fuel. YES please I'll have an Ariana Grande, Venti benne Leonardo de Vinci, Versace, Avicci. Whatever they're drinking. Mel M Yelp 17:120

It is a big Starbucks with plenty of outlets and outdoor sitting available located in Kendall square, it is a good spot to charge and study. The staff members have unwelcoming attitudes and they were rude by throwing orders everywhere. Just like other reviews I agree with the lack of customer service.

This place was a zoo. So crowded and slow service. People didn't seem to mind as the crowd grew and the 20 or so people waiting for their orders made it look like a party was going on in here. I noticed some of the workers must have been new or had no clue on how to prep off menu items. I ordered a green tea frap. One of the workers had to instruct the one making it, on what to do. Took way too long, and it was only 2pm in the afternoon. Hate to see it in the morning.

I stay at a residence close by and it is so practical to go to this Starbucks. 1* For the place: It has a nice terrasse in front. It the perfect spot to sit and relax in the sun sipping on a drink. 1* For the drinks: My favourite drink these days is a cold brew. Either plain or with a vanilla shot in it. Omg! The best refreshing beverage you can think of to cool down in this weather! 1* For the service: Perfect service! 1* For the staff: Again, I know I am going to repeat myself from mentioning it in previous reviews, people are so nice here in Cambridge and Boston. It is amazing to feel taken care of like that. As a customer it is the perfect customer service ever! 1* For the pasteries: This morning I had a croissant and a chocolate marble cake. So tasty! I really recomment this Starbucks if you are in the neighbourhood. Let me know what you think :)

I really like this Starbucks. The workers are fast (even though it seems like there are not that many of them!), the drinks come fast and everyone is friendly. The trivia is fun too. And there is always seating available - inside and outside - which is rare around here.

I love to go to a coffee shops when I'm working on my books, but the place has to have a reasonable coffee, Wi-Fi, restrooms and a comfortable table to sit at and, of course, write. Also, I have to feel that everything is perfect. How do I know? Well, if I go into a state of trance for a couple of hours, the place goes to my favourites list ;-) Have already found some coffee shops like these in Boston and one of them is this particular Starbucks. I love to stay here for a good number of hours and it's even better when I can get to sit at the big table where several other people working inspire me.

On the particular day we visited, they were understaffed and were only offering bar service which was fine with us. We got a few of their beers which were all excellent. The Belgian Waffles truly had an end taste of maple syrup. The lemon shandy is very dry and slightly sour. We got the arancini which were SO good. We also got the truffle fries which were great. We got the Shifty, Forager, and blazin bird pizzas. All of them were really good in their own ways. The Blazin Bird was a popular one at the table.

I ordered my usual flight, but they were out of stickers :( They had some unique beers amongst them one called Belgian Waffles which is a blonde ale with maple syrup and cinnamon. This was dessert or breakfast, depending on your perspective, in a glass. I also got a hazy IPA, a peanut butter stout, and a hefe. All were really good. For lunch I got some honey jerk wings. These were cooked to perfection. Crisp skin and juicy meat. The problem was the flavor. They had the honey but no jerk. There was no spice at all. They were still good, but they could have been great. Anyway, give me stickers and spice and I will give you that 5th star.

I spent $21 on their original dog, half cheese & half sausage with ketchup; as well as a large bubble tea. The sausage was my least favorite but with the cheese, it was pretty good. The bubble tea lacked a lot. There wasn't a very good selection. I also asked for no boba pearls, and of course, it had boba pearls. Hub Hall is packed but the wait time was atrocious. It took over 20 minutes to receive my two items. Honestly, I think Currentea is a cute little place not suitable for its location. It seems too small for many staff members and they're very overworked. I appreciate the hustle of the staff but it gets to a point it's unacceptable.

We had already eaten but wanted to grab a drink and couldn't pass up trying a bubble tea spot. So as you'd expect this review is solely for just drinks. Service wise we ordered from the little kiosk which worked well and allowed for plenty of customizing of your drink. That was a positive but also could be a quick way to make your price sky high with most additions being an extra dollar. They give you an order number that will be called when your order is ready. As we were waiting a worker did ask if we were waiting and for our order number and then they seemed to put a rush on making it and they apologized for the wait. Which honestly I did not think we had a long wait but appreciated the staff still. Overall the space for waiting is limited but won't hold that in a negative light since it's a food hall. I grabbed a Mango Fruit Tea with mango popping boba added while my wife got their toasted brown sugar milk tea. Both were pretty good but neither blew us away. My wife did not like the syrup in her brown sugar milk tea, had an odd flavor to it. Maybe we should have picked different drinks that would have impressed more. I would return to give some of their food a try in the future and more drinks though. Friendly staff with decent drinks and located in a very convenient location if you are visiting TD Garden.

We walked into a space that mixes communal tables, stadium-style seating, and smaller spots to sit, making it a place where you can stop in for a quick drink or stay longer with a laptop. The interior design is one of the biggest highlights, giving the cafe a more elevated experience compared to a typical coffee shop. The tiered seating in particular creates a visual dynamic that makes the room feel more intentional than your standard coffee counter. The drinks are the main focus here, especially the matcha, hojicha, and espresso-based options. We ordered the hojicha latte, which was one of the strongest items on the menu, with a deep roasted flavor and a smooth texture. The matcha has a more traditional earthy profile and leans less sweet, which works well if you prefer a more authentic matcha taste. The drinks are on the expensive side, but the quality of the ingredients and preparation make it feel more like a specialty cafe experience rather than a standard coffee stop. The food and dessert options add another reason to visit, with items like the egg sandwich, quiche, macarons, and hojicha desserts available depending on the day. The menu is smaller compared to a full brunch cafe, but it pairs well with the drinks and gives the visit more of a cafe-and-pastry feel. Service is friendly and the staff are knowledgeable about the drinks, which helps when choosing between the different Japanese tea options. The cafe can get busy, and seating is limited compared to the number of people who come through, but the layout gives it a unique character. Ogawa Coffee works well for specialty coffee and tea lovers looking for a more intentional cafe experience in Boston, especially if you enjoy Japanese-style drinks and a thoughtfully designed space.
