Covid or no covid, the people here don't have to be so rude. I have been to this location before to place an order inside but they decided to change the way this was done. No signs with instructions Just a lady being rude. Oh and yes for all you who think i do t try and do flow the rules i was wearing your useless mask. I always order my drink on the mobile app and have to take certain things out because I'm allergic to dairy. Most of the time when I pick up my drink, they don't take certain things out and I have to keep asking them to take them out. There is this one barista that I always see when I have to pick up my drink and tell her I can't have this specific thing in my drink; she always gives me an attitude. I ignore it, but today was my birthday and when I go to pick it up, of course, they still put certain things in that I ordered on the app to take specific ingredients out; I told a different barista if she can remake it because of my situation and the rude barista overheard it and decide to mock me about my allergy with dairy to the other barista front of me... My mobile order was wrong, and when I returned to have it corrected the staff was rude and acted like I was being petty, but it was an add-on I paid for (topping). Then while leaving the drive-thru line, I began to accelerate and an employee walked from her car, parked alongside the drive through, right in front of me to enter the building, I braked and shook my head in disbelief that she didn't even look and walked right in front of a moving car, and she gave me a death glare. This is a great Starbucks with very enthusiastic servers. I ordered a mango/pineapple frapacino. It was absolutely delicious and I'd drive over to get this again. The frap consists of mostly vanilla frap with ribbons of mango and pineapple flavors. There is some really great outdoor seating in addition to the many tables and lounge chairs inside. Less than 1 star - I cannot believe how incompetent this store is. I ordered 2 large Fraps each with 2 extra shots of espresso. What do I get? NO ESPRESSO AT ALL. I go back the next day, I order the same thing with extra caramel drizzle in the cup. They put 3 INCHES OF PURE CARAMEL at the bottom of the cup... WHAT THE ACTUAL F$CK?! Starbucks over dunkin donuts, yes Starbucks so much more expensive. But it seems like their coffee taste so much better . This is by far the worst starbucks I ever been to where the person was arguing with me on how the drink is suppose to look and taste.. I literally order this every day on My way to work , this is by far the worst place who would argue with me on how the drink I order everyday on how it's suppose to look. The drink was just a plain triple shot with no mocha syrup in it. But the guy continue to argue with me saying there is mocha syrup in there. It tasted so bad like cheap chalky old coffee. By far a waste of money and definable not at all good. I ended up throwing it out. Please don't come here it's a waste of time and they don't try to make the customers happy. I even ask for a cup of mocha syrup to added in the bad coffee they made for my brother and it taste like chalk . We def will not be returning to this location !! Usually my favorite starbucks to go to, but today was a horrible experience! I went thru the drive thru on 07/10/2019 around 12:30 - 1:00 ish, and ordered a pupa-chino and a Venti Iced Caramel Cappuccino . The woman at the drive thru didnt really speak english and so I asked for the puppaccino and she kept wondering what size and flavor Cappuccino I wanted. Drive up to the window, I get my drink and sit there after having this debate at the speaker, and the woman hands me my drink. I wait 5mins and she goes "sir are you waiting on something?" And I respond "Yes I am. I'm waiting on the puppaccino for my dog as I said at the speaker" and she looked at me as if I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. Finally I get the "puppaccino" and it didnt have shit in it. I was very disappointed and the experience was just absolutely horrific. Starbucks is Starbucks but If you're a constant Starbucks drinker this is the one to go to. They actually pay attention to what you ask for, and will rarely ever mess your order up. The Lobby is clean and spacious and the staff is very freindly. Joe/Joey is an amazing leader and Baristo and if you're lucky enough to catch him there or get a chance to speak to him you will walk out feeling better than when you walked in because he is just that cool, calm, and collective. This Starbucks is always so nice and so very pleasant to go to! Although there are many great food items and, of course, coffee, to choose from, not everyone with food allergies, such as myself is able to do so; however, the staff is very knowledgeable and because I always remember one woman in particular, I will say that Petra is the very very best!
