Baristas are nice but they really enforce policy.. got a burrito next door they said no outside food.. tried to cancel my order they wouldn't.. today I got a trenta cold brew, ham cheese and trenta ice water .. didn't get a receipt didn't get my ice. Walking in it's pretty empty but the ac is at a nice temp and it's clean. I waited at the counter for 5 mins even though there's 5 workers and only 2 people sitting down already helped at the tables. I literally knocked on the corner just for a girl to say someone will help you in a bit. Customer service wise they weren't the best. It took another 5 mins to get my coffee. Did a mobile order at 7:55 and picked up my drink by 8:05. Drive-thur was plenty backed up. There were a few people inside waiting for their orders. I love the chic design & open concept for the lounge area. Hopefully they can keep it looking nice & welcoming! Just moved to the area. Daughter had a cake pop and I had a banana loaf delicious. We both had caramel Frappuccino's with extra caramel again delicious. I come here almost everyday and I think they have gotten a drink order right like 3x. My friend has the same issue. My suggestion would be to train the baristas better on how to properly make drink orders. When you're paying this much the least you can get is the order right and the old service they used to have. 1/5/25. Today when we drove thru...we were handed the credit card machine and a tip had already been keyed in...we thought it was weird we did have the option to push NO.
