Finally--light ice means more beverage! I loved the Apple Crisp, but the team didn't seem too thrilled about making it, lol. I missed out on the red cup give-away because they ran out pretty fast but, they usually go onsale for $1-$2 eventually, so I'll get it then! Don't really leave reviews and next to never complain about anything. Been to hundreds if not into a thousand different Starbucks all over the world and country. This is officially by far the worst location I have even been to. Stopped in on my way to a track meet and was second in line. I ordered a black iced coffee. 20min later I finally got my drink and it's in the top 3 worst iced coffees I've had from any Starbucks. Not surprised in the lack of quality control here based on what I just experienced. Recommend any other Starbucks. Even the one whose coffee I had was so bad I couldn't even drink it. Good location for working! Lots of tables and large ones at that. Some of the tables are away from the counter so you can try to get a quieter spot. The music could be a tad lower but all of the locations seem to be like that. They do have several tables outside as well if the weather is nice. Service was speedy on a Thursday morning! I brought my own cup and the barista poured my drink directly into it. Some locations take your cup so this was different than I expected. All in all a great location! read more

Had a pretty rough start to my morning, so I went to go get a coffee and a ham and Swiss panini. I ordered a Large caramel brûlée latte with sugar cookie cold foam and my total came out to $16.00 and some change. That's fine and I tip $2 When I get my drink it is mostly all cold foam. What did I pay for if I didn't even get a full drink?? Very upsetting and I didn't realize it until I drove off, but couldn't do anything about it because I had a meeting at work. The two stars is for Starbucks quality because the quality of the coffee is always great. However, if I could give 0 stars for the customer service and the effort they take to make your drink, I would. 10-1030 is never busy. I find it hard to understand why it's hard to greet a customer when you're standing at the drive through with a mouth full of food. Nonetheless, I was handed my drink, paid EXTRA for cinnamon sprinkles, which were not on my drink and it was half way filled with plenty of room at the top after already have been filled half way with cold foam. At that point, from the rude customer service, I was not about to ask for my drink to be remade. Wouldn't want to seem like an inconvenience any more than I was already made to feel by simply ordering and being a paying customer. Really disappointing. The people at this location seem as if they do not want to work there, they are rude while you're ordering. They don't even fill up your drink to the top, which is unacceptable given the fact that their prices have increased. This is one of the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. The employees working don't even seem to want to work at all. I wasn't greeted. I even tipped & there was no efficiency or effort at all. I pulled up the nearest Starbucks from our location and then made the mistake of not reading the reviews before we entered this Starbucks. As a never miss a day Starbucks girl I really wouldn't even bother writing a review about Starbucks but since I had a terrible experience with the service and quality of coffee being served here, I thought it would be best to warn others to spend your money at another location. Was here on a Saturday morning around 10:45 and the wait to get your coffee served up was about 12 minutes from order to delivery. While I get it's a Saturday, what I don't get is that the robust staff that they have behind the counter, 6 to 7 people, all running around behind the scenes couldn't seem to process the orders and get them out fast enough. When I was placing my order, the barista was a new girl who did not understand how to ring up a really simple iced caramel coffee. While I get that she was new, after I repeated my order twice and she still didn't get it, she just left me standing at the counter so she could trade places with another employee. No smile, no sorry, let me get someone. The barista, with a cold stone face, just did an about face and handed me off to someone else that knew how to ring up the order. While the cashier girl was quick, she too was not friendly. Both ladies delivered the same kind of service, no eye contact, no friendliness, just take your money and move on kinda attitude. After three times of repeating the order, I finally got to place my order. The order took FOREVER as there were half a dozen people in front of me and pickup orders being processed. BTW, the pick up orders seemed disorganized as several people came in to receive free "mistake," items and complained about their orders. 12 minutes later my order finally came up. I brought the iced coffees to my husband and thought we would finally be able to relax and enjoy our coffees. After all that our coffees tasted like crap. All milk, no coffee and barely any caramel (they charged us for it but didn't put enough sauce and drizzle on it). It was a giant cup of milk. Normally after paying $7.50 for two coffees I probably would of said something and had them redone but at this point, with the line 10 people deep to go back and line up again was something that we weren't prepared to do. We thought we would enjoy our morning at Starbucks but instead the whole experience annoyed us and we ended up ditching our coffees in the trash. It was not worth our time to have to explain to unfriendly staff how to make a simple iced coffee. As far as returning to this location, unless you want to waste your hard earned money, take a pass and keep on driving. PS. And Starbucks if you're reading this. Read the rest of the Yelp reviews and do something about this location because there's apparently a problem with service and staff here. read more

This is one of the better Starbucks in the area that I've been frequenting after giving up on the store at Gilbert Rd., and Chandler Heights. While this store is better, the employees here aren't great at customizing drinks. I always order extra matcha in my green tea lattes and very rarely receive it. I've started using the new mobile ordering, and today I noticed that again my drink was too milky. When I asked the gal if she'd put 7 scoops in she was like, "Oh. That's what you wanted? I didn't know what it said"... I'm posting a picture of my mobile order receipt, which is very clear and concise. If the employees cannot read the drink names and orders that come through, perhaps additional training is needed.... 8/6/15 update: I've had consistent issues with this Starbucks and the most basic drinks on the menu are often made incorrectly or not as requested and have to be re-made 50% of the time. I've spoken to the store manager about this on several occasions -- the employees here are NOT properly trained and it impacts their customers. read more

The layout and design of this Starbucks is great. Lots of space. Unfortunately, on our visit the team wasn't doing a very good job keeping that space clean. The trash can is overflowing and the tables need to be wiped down. They were friendly though and that means a lot in my book so I'm giving them 4 stars for this visit but hope they would focus on the environment a bit more and ensure food items are stocked appropriately.
