Being extremely observant, I noticed that when an old man went before me, he was immediately greeted and rang up. Nobody was in the drive thru because it was around 4:39am on a Saturday. He and I were the only two people there. I came in the door, no welcome greeting. I stood at the counter, nobody said a word they just ignored me until FINALLY the girl who's built like Rosie O'Donnell said, "We'll be right with you." I waited ANOTHER two minutes before a guy took my order. I asked him could I make my usual coffee an iced coffee instead. He said, "Oh I can put some ice in there for you, no problem." I sat down and waited patiently for my coffee, and when he brought it there was no ice. I had to put ice in it myself from my personal drink I'd brought from home. See, this is why I don't like giving good ratings because I gave them four stars three days ago, now look at them! Anyway, the experience should be the same FOR EVERYONE. I shouldn't have to wait forever, no matter how you feel about me PERSONALLY. This is a business about sales and I have been in sales for a large part of my life; you don't let your politics dictate how you treat your PAYING CUSTOMERS. If you're giving free food and drinks away, that might be different. I already had to call Lisa about discrimination at another store, I don't care to have to make that call again. Btw, I have definitely noticed that only about two to five POC have been in here since I started coming two days ago and I am here from 4:30am to 8:30pm working most days. read more

Staffing is an issue so expect a small wait and noticing that staff aren't as open and friendly as one would expect from Starbucks. We typically stop here on our way to the dog park on Saturday mornings and after this last stop, decided to stop elsewhere. The coffee is the Starbucks experience; ordered an iced coffee with extra half & half and it was as expected. The other half typically gets a Chai but we've noticed an inconsistent pattern to the Chai the last several times we've stopped. Sometimes it is way too sweet and sometimes it is more watered down. Today...almost like flavored water, so not sure what is happening because using Oregon Chai, there is a specific recipe to follow. Next complaint, which I typically don't do but sharing anyway! The bacon, gouda, sandwich...which I've been getting for years! Today, we noticed the smaller version, same price, and the eggs have definitely changed over time. The Manager was really nice as we could not figure out if the app was the problem or their system. She figured it out for me! I'm a little sad and puzzled as to why this Starbucks isn't getting much love here on Yelp... The baristas are always friendly and I haven't had an issue with my orders (I've done them both in person and through the app multiple times) and the new space is pretty cool. One gripe that I have is that there are a lot fewer electric plugs compared to the previous location and they aren't the most accessible, especially the ones in-built into the furniture. I do miss the little armchair and tall, breakfast bar-like tables at the old location too but that's just my personal preference. I am loving the spiffy new drive-thru though! read more

My usual order consists of a trenta GTL unsweetened, with light ice and an order of the sous vide egg bites- bacon gruyere. At $4.45 for two egg bites, it's a bit on the pricier side. But I suppose it stops me from ordering a pastry for lunch :-) On this particular visit they were out of the usual packaging for the egg bites. They normally come in this hot dog tray- like contraption. Today they were placed inside a cup which I preferred. Although one egg bite landed kind of wonky. I have a coupon that literally says ask your barista to apply this and it's on the Starbucks app. They couldn't do it called someone else to the window and couldn't do it either asked if a a manager can honor it and they said there is no manager I am a shift lead with a snarky look on his face. i am almost 8 months pregnant. i started to feel like i was going to pass out and throw up while we were at B&N, i have a history of throwing up and fainting during my pregnancy. my body felt like it was on fire. my spouse asked the Starbucks employee for a cup of water and explained i wasn't feeling well, he told him to get in line. we had to wait behind 8 people for a cup of water that takes less than 10 seconds to make. we would never use my pregnancy to skip ahead but it was a cup of freaking water. read more

This review is mainly for the service here. I work close by and always drop in here for coffee. The place is pretty well set up and can see lot of people working off from this coffee shop. We went here around 11 in the morning for coffee and it wasn't that busy. We went to the counter to order, only to see that there was no one to take our orders. There were 3 employees and they were busy handling the drive through orders. They saw and unsaw us, so I am not sure if they even informed other employees to take the order. After waiting for good 5-10min the employees came from the back chit chatting and not even a bit apologetic, they then just took the order. Though it arrived pretty quick, This gives a wrong impression about the store where the customer satisfaction is not important. Its the attitude which beams like they will come get the coffee whatever the case. Really unimpressed and probably not visiting this place again. read more

Nice new starbucks. Limited seating inside with weird angles that put you in a position where you are always facing a stranger. Also, most of the chairs are hard and uncomfortable. This location would probably be ok in the winter as there is plenty of patio seating on the west side of the building. There are only two comfortable seats in the entire facility! That aside, it is a nice facility with some nice pictures on the wall. The workers here are friendly and my order came up quickly. I will most likely be back in the winter when I don't have to sit on the hard chairs inside. One last thing to mention is that the WiFi is very very slow. This is not a good place to get work done. I had to download a 6MB file and it took over 5 minutes, no joke! read more

My sister and I went through the drive through at this location last Saturday. We ordered a grande green tea frap, a tall vanilla bean frap and a tall triple mocha frap. When we got to the window, we were assisted by JJ who handed us the tall mocha, tall vanilla and a grande vanilla. After sharing with him that I asked for the grande green tea instead of the grande vanilla, he apologized and offered to make the grande green tea. He said we could keep the grande vanilla. The wait time seem to get worse and worse the more I come here. Plus, the arrangement of seating makes it very awkward for you to grab a table next to someone. As a result, you have very limited seating and daughters and are forced to sit Outdoors which in 50 degree weather is not the most comfortable thing to do. Staff is always friendly normally i am not big on starbucks coffee i just get it for convenience factor. This one is by my work and i am a simple coffee drinker, cold brew black and straight up iced coffee black is usually my jam. Because my simple nature for coffee i am not big on trying anything different at starbucks especially just because new crazes are general sugary diary smothered beverages which are wonderful and all but not my forte, I prefer my sweets it cake form or pastry form. Any how barista highly recommended me trying nitro cold brew which i always heard of never tried just because i associated it with when i worked at starbucks and they had those dreadful fizzio machines that was used to fizz everything even iced coffee which made it taste awful. So Barista hard sold me on this nitro cold brew and i have to say it was amazing and so smooth. I am lactose intolerant so dont get to experience the velvety smooth ness of a coffee with cream but nitro brew taste just like it has it in it because of how smooth it is. Bottomline never went out of my way for starbucks and there overall coffee is lower quality compared to local coffee shops but that nitro coffee is my new jam. Keep the upbeat attitude with the staff and keep them on those iv coffee drips because it really makes a difference in the experience at this store compared to the other thousands. read more
