Everything looks soooooo delicious, it was very hard to decide. I narrowed it down to a small Lobster Tail pastry, which is essentially a deliciously stuffed croissant with Italian sweet cream (my guess) with a strawberry on top. It was the best pastry I've had in a long time. I also ordered the carrot cake, which is a favorite of mine, and it was good, not the best ever, but it's ok, the Lobster Tail made everything ok. Lastly, I had the Biscoff Latte. As you know, you'll see either a Biscoff or a Cookie Butter Latte everywhere you go these days. This was my third go at a variation & maybe my favorite. This guys are a small batch coffee roaster based out of Southend and just rolled out "Joy" their coffee truck. For this particular special event, the truck was offering three types of waffles and coffee: dark, medium, light... with a hot or cold option. I also got to find out about the newest crave in the west coast "nitro coffee" so it coffee made like a beer. I will try it the next time I see JOY at an event. Looks like this company is working toward a coffee space... The climbs story is super interesting and lots of room for growth. Looks like everything they create is made with love and care. To provide people with a great product and contribute to people's experience of life. Looking forward to seeing them open up their own old world coffee bar. Exciting times to be living in southend!

First, the woman taking my order was so friendly and patient as it was my first time. Coworkers welcomed me too and I just felt like the were all enjoying their day/job. Second, BEST Cortado and espresso in general. My first sip I'm pretty sure I left this earth for a moment. I ended up buying the beans because they roast them themselves.
