I think they have great coffee the only problem is its so expensive. To me coffee tastes better when its cheap so if you want to go get the cheaper cup of coffee I suggest this great local place called your kitchen. We are here at this location it seems every other day even though just opened one a bit closer down on Carmichael way. The employees here always seem to be in a good mood and make the drinks in a timely manner. We come to this location of the other one because the drinks seem to be made better. I know syrups are occasional left out and such, but the other locations do it more often this one it seems. The store on the inside is always clean, and the pickup location for mobile orders is easy to find. The drive thru has a good amount of room to wrap around, but it can block out some of the parking spots. Now just if Starbucks would stop raising their prices so much! Nothing the actual employees can do about that though. read more

The shiftlead on duty at 430pm today was the most helpful. I use to be a partner for 9 years and my mom is super picky on her tea. She made sure it was to her liking by making a fresh batch of tea. Very clean store and friendly energy there. They were all truly making the moment right! read more

This location just recently moved into a new part of the shopping center and it's definitely for the better! The drive thru makes grabbing a quick cup of coffee easy! The interior is much more spacious than the old location. More seating and more outlets make this the perfect place to cram for your next exam, catch up with friends, or just relax on your own! This location is also well staffed and I got my drink pretty quick. It's a little more tucked in than the old locale, but parking is way better and it's near the navy federal branch if you know where that is! Oh and for when the weather is on point there's even outdoor seating! All-around upgrade for the Hanbury location! read more

This Starbucks knows what they're doing. Especially in the drive thru during breakfast time. Corey (sp?) is typically always taking the orders and is so so efficient and friendly and hearing her cheerful voice in the morning always puts me in a better mood since I'm usually on my way to work. Every employee I encounter whether it's inside or in the drive thru is super friendly and always ensures that the order is accurate and always asks if there is anything else they can get you or help you with. The staff here is also very knowledgeable about the "secret" menu items and usually knows the recipe so you don't have to pull out your phone. Nice people but the location cannot support the demand. They appeared to fully staffed this morning. Drive thru around the building and 20+ folks inside waiting for mobile orders. Mine was placed at 9:25 with an estimated completion of 9:37. At 9:50, I asked for a status and they were still working on mobile orders from 9:15. They need to pause the app from accepting mobile orders or provide more realistic completion times. read more

Nice employees and good drinks usually, but definitely not a fan of them shoving the machine for tips in front of your face before you even pay. I've never experienced that until my last visit a week ago and it was uncomfortable to be honest. This Starbucks has it together. The staff are always extra friendly, the space is clean (and there's a decent amount of seating), and they're quick to pump out orders. This place use to be on the top of its game. Always providing the best service and coffee in a superb amount of time. (Even during the pandemic) Most recently, this place has gone down hill pretty quickly. Drinks are being made at a marginally slower rate, most times wrong. Closing there doors while people are still in line and requesting they turn around. I enjoy Starbucks, if there were a closer establishment that wouldn't require me to travel further I would go there. Until then, I will continue to return drinks as they are made until it's done right. Just be aware that your drink may not be made correctly the first time. I'm sure they will turn it around soon, until then they will hold this one star. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever. If you sit in the drive thru you're inevitably going to be sitting in the line for at least 30 min. If you order mobile and go in, you still wait an additional 20 min for your drink. I've come here more than once against my better judgement and they always take forever for even the simplest orders. I don't modify my drinks, i get them as they come. There's no excuse for how long they take to get your drinks made. read more

As far as drinks and food and service this Starbucks is very nice. Never have had issues with Starbucks at all and enjoy going there even thought I know I'm spending over $5 a drink. The only thing I saw about this place was every single table was dirty or had food on them and had not been cleaned. At 4:30 in the evening and not a lot of people there I would figure one of then four employees would clean them off. But all in all satisfied with it and will come back. read more

Always friendly people working here, some I have recognized from even when I would come back from college years ago. I never have to wait ages for drinks, and they're generous with tap water. The only thing (and it's not the actual location, just the drink) is the vanilla sweet cream cold brew iced coffee. I didn't taste any vanilla or sweet or cream, and my brother didn't like it that much. Very much prefer the DD version of cream but that's it. All the other drinks I've ever ordered have come out perfectly. I recall numerous meetups and hangouts with friends from college here so it'll always have a fond place in my heart. read more

It's good to see that although a location has expanded, their friendly staff is still intact! I went through the drive thru before an apt and unfortunately the drink was not made correctly--the consistency was rather watery and not the usual caramel frap I'm used to. I came back through the drive thru after my apt and explained my situation and they had no issue making me a new drink at no cost. I live close to this Starbucks. Over the last two months it has gone down hill. Not sure if it's new management but I plan on driving to a new Starbucks. Over the last two months wait times are extremely long. I was given a frozen bacon and Gouda sandwich in drive thru. I had to go inside one morning since drive thru was so long ordered a tea and banana nut bread. I got my tea waiting over 10 minutes for bread. Finally had to ask where it was then they finally put it in warmer. This morning they served me a barely warm macchiato. Let me know when y'all fix your customer service read more
