Ice level was fine and coffee taste was strong enough. There are a few tables you can sit and study at. They have lots of other drinks so I do see myself coming back from time to time.

Then she proceeded to order a banana iced coffee (don't know the name) and again the lady refused to make it since it was one of their most "complicated" drinks to make. We ended up ordering two "quick and easy" ice drinks. We asked if she was working alone... this lady only had rude comments and answers to say (smart ass). It is unfortunate to be treated that way specially when it was my first time there. It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service.
