    ZERO TOFFEE NUT SYRUP
    Chris O.

Normally.. I'm very pleased on what I ordered, but today.. I guess it's not their best day, as reading a printed sticker is that difficult... but as former NASA employees, it can be rocket science... Love the nitro and since the popular syrups are only seasonal, and the terrible syrups are year round., I opted for 3 pumps (tblsp) and low and behold.. it didn't come with it.. sadly I just so happened to stop at 7-11 and grab a few creamer cups (free) to add in my coffee.. but who am I to share this story, ? It's just more an FYI- taste your coffee before leaving the drive through...

5 stars for the goma matcha latte and milk bread with crunchy pearls!…read more The goma matcha latte 5/5 had a black sesame paste that was like the black sesame version of smooth peanut butter! One could probably eat it by the spoonful! Such a complex flavor complement to the matcha latte. The matcha latte (4/5) felt fairly strong (I estimate 4g at least), and the mango puree tasted real/ fresh but was nothing special. However, I did like that it was not too sweet. Caveat: I am partial to mango/coconut milk or mango sticky rice matcha lattes. The goma matcha was worth the $8 pricetag. Tip: Matcha Mondays=10% off matcha drinks! The mango one maybe was worth it due to the amount of matcha, but I do feel like I could make it at home. The milk bread ($5.50) was soft, with a delightful bursting sweet cream filling topped with those shite pearly crunchies-- unique and delicious. I also loved the kinako an pan (sweet bread with red bean filling, $5.50) because of the nostalgic flavors, but also because the azuki bean had a nice crunchy sugar quality. It was on the drier side the day after purchase, but I enjoyed it. Service was cheerful and speedy. The space is pretty large with probably as much outdoor seating as indoor, and there were a few open spots at 1:30 on a Monday. Parking was plentiful in the shared plaza lot with some shady spots. I would drive back just for that goma matcha latte!! Also to try a few other breads or for a nice friend date spot to sit outside.

You order at the register and they'll bring your order to you when it's ready. I got the hojicha latte and added sweetener. The flavor was really good but it was all ice and not fully filled the cup. Felt like without ice it would have filled a shot glass. I got the chicken pesto which was delicious. Had great flavor and portion and I enjoyed the salad it came with. The mango cream bread had a good amount of cream and the filling was delicious. The chocolate cookie was good but so hefty. I ordered the matcha cheesecake and original cheesecake thinking it was the soft and fluffy texture but it had a thick consistency. The matcha was good with a very strong matcha flavor and the original had a slight lemon flavor. I enjoyed all the food and sweets here, but a bit disappointed with their drink portion.

This is my husband and I's first time at this location. We were on our way for a visit at the…read morehospital down the street so we decided to stop by. I would like to say that we both really like this location. The ambiance is nice, there's a lot of seating, indoor and outdoor. Good spot to hang out with friends and family. The food was very delicious, so kudos to the cooks and a big thanks to the guy at the bar, he handled everything very well. That being said, our experience was not the best. Upon entering the establishment, we browsed the menu for a couple minutes and came up to the counter when we were ready to order. We were not greeted or even looked at by the cashier so we weren't sure if she was busy or waiting to take our order. She finally made eye contact so we started ordering. She asked us something but the music was a little loud and there were customers chatting at the bar so it was a hard to hear. We apologized for not hearing and she repeated herself in a very annoyed tone and rolled her eyes. She already seemed annoyed as we entered the establishment so the entire process of ordering was very uncomfortable and her attitude after we missed what said, was very rude. She was giving us dirty looks our entire stay. When we got our food dropped off by the same cashier (I believe her name was Kadence as stated on the receipt) everything looked fine except they forgot to give us our sauce on the side. Not a huge deal, my husband went up to ask for it and the guy at the bar was very nice, even gave us extra sauce. We got to eating and when my husband took a bite of his sandwich, he bit into bacon and we do not eat pork! He was very upset and doesn't like to make a fuss (normally would eat the sandwich even if it was the wrong order) but again, we do not eat pork and not eating pork is a big deal to us so he just wanted the sandwich he ordered. I went to the register to ask if we can have the correct sandwich made and let them know they can take the other sandwich back and once again the guy from the bar came to help, our original cashier did not want to make eye contact, didn't bother coming up to the register or apologized for anything. We felt bad because they threw away the whole sandwich, which I know is the typical process for the food industry but still sad seeing the food go to waste. While we were waiting for the correct sandwich, Kadence was still giving us dirty looks so we decided to go eat outside and from outside we could still see her in the window continuing to give us dirty looks! Laughable at this point. My husband and I are both very friendly and understanding people, we always love to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was having a bad day and it was an honest mistake, but her demeanor just made things very uncomfortable. Overall, we would not come back to this location as there are two other locations closer to where we live and their staff is always very friendly and helpful.

came here recently and wow... that sourdough is no joke…read more we ordered to-go and sam said the guy helping him (maybe the owner or manager?) was super friendly and genuinely delightful. that already made the experience feel good before we even took a bite. we tried the french dip and the garlic turkey pesto. let me just say -- the TEXTURE of the sourdough??? chef's kiss. crusty on the outside, perfectly chewy inside, exactly how good sourdough should be. it honestly makes other sourdough spots taste a little mediocre in comparison. the french dip was my favorite. the au jus wasn't overly salty (which I appreciate), and everything just felt balanced and well executed. sam loved the garlic turkey pesto -- the mustard threw us off at first, but the more we ate it, the more it all came together in a really nice way. only con is the price. it's definitely on the higher end for sandwiches, which is the main reason I wouldn't order it super regularly. that said, you can tell the bread is baked in-house and super fresh, so I can't be too mad about it. overall, really happy we tried this spot and would absolutely come back when we're craving legit sourdough.

The sandwich was good but there was too many competing flavors. Pesto aioli and something else were heavily applied and took away from the sandwich. We'll be back but will order more carefully. The staff was terrific and the place sparkling clean.
