Fantastic friendly Staff however, it's a busy Starbucks waiting in a long line just to pick up your mobile order can be challenging when you're in a hurry. It'll be nice if these girls outside taking the order could run in and get a couple of our mobile orders and deliver them because sometimes it's hard to park out here and go in! read more

Came here on a typical Wednesday evening around 7pm. Only two people were working. Khalid and Lex. i was waiting for 5 minutes at the register to place an order, but they made eye contact with me and dint even acknowledge I was there. When my order was ready they didnt even call out my name. my order English breakfast tea!!! why does tha take 10 min to make? it's hot water and a tea bag. not going there again! 15 min for a tea. read more

Very disappointed with this Starbucks location . The service was unprofessional and poorly managed. While I was waiting in line inside the store, an employee named Nicole pulled a customer who was clearly behind me, and two other people, and moved her to the front. She took their order before ours without asking who was next. That is completely unfair and unacceptable. I spoke to the manager, Alex, expecting him to correct the situation. Instead, he dismissed it as "just a confusion" and did nothing to properly resolve the issue. There was no apology and no effort to fix the lack of organization inside the store. I chose to go inside instead of using the drive-thru, and the experience was disorganized and frustrating. Customers deserve fairness and respect. I was late at work. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. read more

This location is the best one I've experienced so far. I know everyone has their own experiences but so far? Mine have been great! Walk in only store but worth it. The times I've been, it wasn't to busy and the staff finds the the time to walk out my families order to us! So kind. They are always super friendly and willing to help with questions and fixes. Today was red cup day and I waited patiently for my mobile order while one employee was on the floor handing out people their orders and red cups! Very impressive since it was so busy! I will continue to come to this location over the others in my neighborhood. read more

Gave first employee my order drink and sandwich and he said I'll go check if I have the turkey bacon one, 10 minutes later while I'm at order speaker with 3 other cars no response. Suddenly another female employee ask me ' can I help you " I repeat order and finally get WRONG ORDER! I should of checked I got a egg McMuffin of sort. I never take the time to post a review. However last night/ early morning 1am I came to Starbucks for a warm drink. The young man who took my order, I believe his name was Jacob, also gave me my drink. He was so kind and patient. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and he offered me advice and explained the difference of drinks. He even put a friendly comment on my cup. After the hard night I had his great service was a treat. I was impressed because he was taking orders, making them and cashing out. I could never multitask like that. I promise to come back and leave him a great tip. read more

Ordered and paid for my customized hot venti oatmilk green tea latte with 6 scoops of match and no sweetener, nor foam. When I received my drink, the cup felt awfully light. I opened the lid in front of the barista that had prepared the drink and he didn't ask me anything, neither if the drink was correct. As you can see on the picture, the oz amount of the cup fills a grande cup, but is very short to fill a venti cup. In addition, there are lots of foam, even though I ordered with no foam. I've been noticing these inconsistencies of drink quality happens usually on late weekends, when the store manager or sub managers are gone. Please see the picture to confirm the complaint read more

I was sick and ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea through the drive-through. I called it the wrong name and said just a Medicine Ball please. One of the newer Starbucks off the 15 freeway in Corona. I see a lot of cars in the drive-thru that come here daily, and decided to pay this store a visit. I walked-in on a day right after school in the late afternoon, so there were mostly high school kids there and they took up most of the tables and as high schoolers goes, it feel like a teen hangout. Wasn't the ambiance I was looking for. So, I just took my drink to go. I ordered a Matcha Frappaccino and it was good, just as expected. The girl cashier was friendly and the younger guy who made my drink made a lot of contact, in a sweet way, but he did this with everyone. I'll have to try the drive-thru and come in on less busy hour to get a more full experience, but the coffee meets the Starbucks standards, so do come through! read more

The manager noticed I was traveling with children and asked if he could get me anything extra for my trip like ice or water. This was while it was also a busy Saturday morning. Arrived and immediately greeted by Crystal at register. I ordered an Americano with coconut milk. She advised to keep the drink hot, steam the milk. Let me just start off by saying What the... Seriously. Submitted a mobile order for two items, 1 coffee and a loaf. Mobile app confirmed ready for pick up at 7:48am. I walked in, and mind you this Starbucks is bombarded by high school kids because of centennial being up the street. So just know, it's probably going to be awhile. However, what I find completely unacceptable is the fact that I asked not once, but twice like hey, can I get an update on my drink? It's been 20 min, I get a response "we have a lot of orders" Ok I see that but it was suppose to be ready awhile ago. The girl responds "are you sure it's the right location?" Yes ma'am. I made 100% sure as I am NOT NEW to technology. She said we don't have an order for Veronica. Well, I am looking right at my app that says you do sooo . It's not until speak up(3 times) that the girl at the counter says ok fine what did you order. They made my drink for me in 2 min. This order was ready supposedly at 7:48am and I didn't walk out until 8:25. Avoid this Starbucks. read more

Our favorite and only Starbucks to go to when we are in corona or anywhere around the inland empire. Every order we have got has been prepared with every little detail in and out. Every time I've come to this location the baristas have a crappy attitude. Don't get me wrong I get it working in the early morning sucks but that doesn't give you the right to have crappy customer service as well as an attitude. Maybe ask your manager if you can work later in the day so your attitude is better. The drinks never taste right..The establishment is clean & well kept. read more

This is my go to location every morning before I head to work! I can easily hop off the freeway, grab my coffee and food, get my day started, and conveniently head over to work all within a span of 5 minutes. The location is great and most of all, my favorite part is how efficient they are. I always get through the line very quickly, and are often great problem solvers. I WOULD GO HERE ... during the weekdays to work. Plenty of room inside. Plugs are scarce, but available. I WOULD AVOID THIS ... on school mornings. Then today, my husband stopped in to order a latte and a bagel. He had to repeat his order four times, and the wrong bagel was still served. I genuinely love this place, which is why I'm taking the time to write this. The food is great, the coffee is great, and it's somewhere I legitimately crave whenever I'm in town. I stop by Starbucks pretty regularly, and they always seem to get it right. The staff is friendly, even when they're busy, and my drinks are consistently made the way I ordered them. The store is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and it's a great place to grab a coffee. It's easy to see why Starbucks has so many loyal customers.
