The people working here are extremely rude! I'm appalled at the service. Every other Starbucks I've been to has extremely good employees.

I swear I don't know what's Melanie's (older lady) deal is but this is the second interaction I've had with her and she continues to give me attitude. Is it because I'm Asian? I came to this location at 330pm on a Friday. There was a line of cars in the drive thru. I wanted to go inside and order, but noticed the doors were locked, but there were workers inside (no customers). As I was walking back to my car, another person told me that this location has been locking the doors when the nearby highschool let's out. I understand the high school kids may come in and not buy anything, but why turn away business? Not sure if management knows about this, but as a business owner and operator, I can't see how this is a smart business decision. read more

To the girl who was working closest to the mobile order station at 10 am on Sunday 11/3, you need a serious attitude check. I saw all workers were busy when I came to grab mine and my sisters' drinks so I waited patiently to ask for a straw and didn't yell out "excuse me!" And waited until someone was available to take a moment to help me on their own time. This girl walked over to the counter and just stared at me with the rudest look on her face and never said a word and just stared at me. I felt super uncomfortable and kinda awkward because usually someone will say "did you need a straw?" Or something along those lines. But not this girl. So I kindly asked if I could have a straw and she rolled her eyes before handing them to me without showing any ounce of kindness and never spoke a word even when I thanked her. I would be highly disappointed if I were a manager at this location, because I have never been treated with such blatant rudeness in an exchange with someone like this. I have worked multiple customer service/ service industry jobs and I would NEVER act this way towards someone. Sure, if I was rude or something I wouldn't blame her, but there was NOTHING I did to warrant such a response from this worker. If you're going to be so annoyed about having to hand someone a straw, maybe put the straws out for us to just grab. If a customer asking you for something that is a pretty standard request at your job is such a nuisance to you, maybe find a different job. I've never written a bad review before, but this interaction has honestly upset me to the point where I think I'm just going to go to a different location from now on. read more

I ordered a cafe mocha and I received a cafe latte. Every single time I come here my order is wrong it never fails. Every. Single. Time. None of the barista's here know how to take orders or make drinks so don't even waste your time. Starbucks off I-15 is much better and has actual barista's that know what they're doing. read more

Service is hit or miss for this location. Definitely avoid during the afternoon of when the nearby high school is let out as this becomes a nightmare!! I have really tried giving you more than just 1 star but your barista Mel (Melanie) is just plain rude. Every encounter with her is very disappointing and frustrating. I used to think that maybe she was having a bad day but everyday? There is no justification for her attitude. Management really needs to address this issue with your employee as I don't believe this is the type of service Starbuck's promotes. If she continues this behavior, I can assure you that you will loose customers and as you can see, there is pretty much a Starbuck's in every corner. I just had a very weird experience here. I get to the window and hand the cashier what I thought was the total amount. But as I'm handing it to her, she says the total. So I say I think I gave you too much, and sure enough I heard her throw the rest of the money in her tip jar. read more

I've been ordering the iced cafe mocha from Starbucks for quite some time now. Every time I get it the lid is put on tightly and my drink isn't overflowing with coffee.. I took one sip out of my drink and I look down to see a bunch of coffee somehow spilt on me. This has never happened to me. Such a great experience at this location! Went through the drive through before a doctor appointment and the line was pretty long but it moved quickly. Christian, the barista at the drive through window, made conversation that took a quick stop to an elevated experienced that brightened my whole day. And to round it out my drink was perfect! I've been here many times since they are open, ordered different drinks, and they all tasted good, got my order right for the most of times. Most of the Baristas are friendly and professional here, expect the a hispanic guy with short hair. He's very rude and lack of customer service skill! I've only been here twice and every time I walk in I'm greeted and the employees give off the greatest vibe. I absolutely love it here. Plus the inside is spacious and there are a bunch of tables. I went here about a week ago and tried to leave a review but they weren't on yelp at the time because the store is so new I think. Now they are! Really good store. My sister and I's obnoxiously complicated drinks were both made the best we've ever had them on top of being really fast. The girl at the window was really sweet and cute too (Melanie?). Definitely would be my regular store if I lived closer. I work at sbux and usually new stores are train wrecks due to lack of experience but this one is amazing. I was so excited that there was now a Starbucks near my home, unfortunately I've been here numerous times since they've opened and there has not been once where I was not given attitude or rudeness with my orders. Every time I've gone and ordered, there is a conversation going on (the person taking my order is talking and laughing while I'm ordering) and then asked to repeat my order because they missed it. To top it off, my order is almost always incorrect! I'd rather go to the Starbucks farther out on Ontario, then to keep dealing with the attitude and mistakes on my orders. read more

I absolutely appreciate the team at this Starbucks location! Everyone there works extremely hard to make sure customers are very well taken care of! Every time I walk in, I am always greeted with a warm welcome and smile. The staff is super friendly and there positive energy really starts my day off well. Even when things get crazy busy, they still manage to pull through and really take care of everyone. I went in today and had a lovely experience once more with a delicious ice-white mocha! After I left, I came back to leave them a $20 in their tip jar. They honestly deserve more! Please rewards this staff! Give everyone a fat raise!!!! There is about 50 Starbucks in the area, but I can say without a doubt this one is by far the beat, only because of the one Hispanic dude that somehow always seems to be there. Let me start off by saying I'm so upset at the fact that I came here to get a venti cup and I got charged for it and when they gave me my drink it was a medium cup size and I told the person in the front they got the cups mixed up and he told me he's going to charge me more which was upsetting but what got me more upset was I was late for work and I got written up.
