They have indoor (and outdoor seating) like most locations which was appreciated on a nice rainy day. Stopped by for a quick pick me up and to buy a gift card for a super fan I know.

I mobile ordered my drinks so I can't say much about the customer service at the counter, but the young lady who made our drinks was very pleasant. This Starbucks reserve is clean and very pretty. While small, there is a good amount of seating. My favorite part about today's Starbucks experience was the cups! They have switched over to compostable cold cups and paper straws. Glad to see the company making positive changes.

Staff was very nice. Outdoor seating. Not sure why I got some paper cup for my iced drink maybe it's a new thing. My dog liked the puppachino.

I remember when you first updated this Starbucks to a Reserve. One of the first Starbucks Reserve in the area. It was the hottest trend at the time. Quality/Quantity - Same to me. I just am not that good of a coffee connoisseur to distinguish the difference from my pikes to your reserve blends. But I love your affogato! That is something worth paying extra for. Atmosphere - Worn down from when you first remodeled. But still spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of mall parking, some for only 30 minutes. Open 7 days a week from 4:30am or 6am to 8pm. Service - Good, well just okay. Nothing special, but not negative either. Price - $3 for my pikes, but I believe the Reserve coffee here is much more expensive. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them in the US. 1992 IPO. 2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee. 2008 Loyalty card program. 2014 First Starbucks Reserve opened in Seattle. 2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery only. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not. Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive-thru and curbside pickup.

I like the renovation. It looks way fancier inside but I ordered a personal cup drink and they still put it in a regular cup. I'm trying to save the environment here, but its employees don't care.

Haven't been to this location in years...love how spacious and clean it is, awesome service by Janet at the register (she patiently answered my questions and worked with me on my dietary restrictions), loved my perfect drink with its changes, and all the food in the refrigerated case were fresh (none out of date -sorry but I've encountered mold elsewhere).

I've only stepped into this Starbucks early in the morning, like 7 am after a workout. The morning crew is very chipper, and they made my latte very well. I enjoy the layout of this Starbucks. Lots of great seating in warm, wood cabin-like undertones. Not a bad place to work or get a pick-me-up to start the day. Since it is right in the heart of Cupertino it is likely to get busy. Recommend using the app!

Service: Very fast as always. Ambiance: Since it is a Starbucks chain, the place is always bustling. The music is not too loud and the interior is spacious. No visible outlets. Overall, if you want accountability to do work, you will get it here.

So gross... 0 star if I could We ordered our drinks around 1:35PM on 11/7 and found a used towel in the Brulee latte. The cashier gave us rude attitude when my friend ordered.

Much needed coffee this morning. It's very easy to order through their Mobile Ordering system on the app. This location is very convenient to my work location. It's a warm and inviting atmosphere. I think everyone orders through the app, you can tell by all the drinks at the bar. I appreciate the customer service by one of your employees (Jak)! He hand delivered my drink. Thanks!

I tried the pandan latte and was pleasantly surprised on how you could still taste the pan although it is not as strong as I've had with matches I think with the coffee it went really well to add extra aroma to the milk. It had the perfect amount of caffeine. The kiosk to order can be a little confusing. Not everything is uploaded with pictures, which could be more helpful for our first time customers. I ended up helping a couple next to me. Look for the burrito because it was labeled somewhere else in menu. If I have time to dine in, I would love to try everything on the menu. It looks so good. They even have Korean style toast here. On Mother's Day the seats were all taken as everyone was just chilling there, but I think it's a great spot on weekdays to do work or grab a quick brunch with friends. The area is very spacious and not tight like some other coffee shops.

1484 Halford Ave Santa Clara, CA 95051…read more This was my first visit to Baker's Village in Santa Clara. It was a warm day, and I was drawn to this bakery by their fruit smoothies. It was near 5pm. I walked in and the place was empty. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me. I asked for a strawberry smoothie, then walked around to survey all the baked goods. It's a small bakery with lots of trays of individually packaged cakes and pastries. The smell was very pleasant and comforting. Using a flat basket (or tray) I grabbed a few selections. I picked 2 "Heart Pies" that resembled my favorite French Butterfly Cookies. Also 2 pound cakes. The total rang up to just over $21. There's some small tables for enjoying your purchases there, but I took my items to go. The icy cold fruit smoothie was very good and very cold! Not too sweet, it had a natural strawberry taste. The Heart Pies were good and fresh. But the Pound Cakes were probably "day old." I noticed there's no dates or "best by" tags on the packages. It's a nice place to visit, and I will return again. Free parking in plaza lot.

Wisely, I checked Yelp reviews first because some deals can be too good to be true. It's hidden gem off El Camino and near Lawrence Expressway where those that know good Korean baking have this spot on their short list of preferred places. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pick up time and Korean grandma behind the counter was super pro, teaching me how to confirm check in and gave me a mixed bag of baked goods with/without fillings. If you like surprises, are omnivore & no special diets or food allergies, Too Good To Go is the way to explore. The items were in generic packaging without labels, so take a pic of the items you like so can order when visit next time. While my family enjoyed all the items, I really enjoyed the black sesame studded puffy rolls that I think were made with rice flour. There was a large group of older Asian ladies, including one who brought their lap dog, enjoying good conversations in their native language with their baked goods and tea or coffee. Another gentleman was taking a video call to help decide the best cake to buy. Will add this bake shop for a place to have a coffee meeting and to favorite in Too Good To Go.

It sounds like a lot, but it actually works really well together. The White Champaca tea is on the mellow side, the Jasmine whipped cream adds additional floral aroma and extra creaminess, the sago gives texture without overpowering the drink, and the little bits of pecan add a nice surprise crunch. My husband's favorite is the Peach Oolong. I've had my fair share of peach milk teas over the years where they can be too sweet and the peach flavor tastes straight up like chemicals, but this has to be the best peach-flavored tea I've had so far! It has a fruity taste that doesn't overpower the flavor of the tea leaves. When I first visited last year, they had a "Fresh Oat Milk Tea Series", but I'm sad to say that it's not on this location's menu anymore. _______________________________________________________ ---A M B I A N C E -- I'm diggin' the woodsy, warm, Asian-y aesthetic they got going on! Tea and merch are displayed on the walls, and pink is definitely their signature color, so expect to see pops of it here and there in the decor, cups, and to-go bags. This location has a decent amount of chairs and tables, but let me tell you, this place was hella busy back when it was the only Bay Area location. We learned the hard way that the parking lot gets packed. Sometimes you'll get stuck in the super small lot because someone isn't even in a spot -- they just have their car parked with the hazards on while they run in to pick up their drink. Other times, cars are waiting and signaling for a parking spot while other cars are on standby waiting for people to leave after grabbing their drinks. The gas station behind the shop clearly got tired of it too because they put up a bunch of signs saying they'll tow if you park there just to visit Molly Tea. I highly recommend parking down the street near the apartment sidewalks or across the street and taking a little stroll to the store instead. Honestly, it just showed me that no matter how tiny the lot was, people still made the effort to slide through for drank. Fair warning though -- definitely expect to wait and chill. _______________________________________________________ --- S E R V I C E --- I will say, the staff handles the busyness pretty well. Lines are usually at or out the door, and they're receiving online orders simultaneously. There's another boba shop in the Bay that has a similar layout and process as Molly Tea, but that other chain feels like workers on an assembly line with deadpan faces. I feel like the brightness and warmth of Molly Tea is emphasized even more because of the friendly staff and their willingness to help with your order even after it's received.

The interior is clean, beautiful, and smells like fragrant tea. I'm so used to waiting 30-50 minutes for drink at their other locations (San Mateo is a mess). I had fully accepted my fate after placing the order, so I immediately walked back to my car to snack on In N Out fries. 5 minutes later, I got a text that my order was ready. Incredibly fast! I saw a sign by the registers stating that drinks are best enjoyed within 15 minutes to prevent the foam from melting too much into the drinks. I like how their employees ask if you want whipped cream on top of Snowy drinks when you arrive at the pick-up counter. I believe you can ask for the whipped cream in a paper cup instead and get a small package of pecans. They automatically do this for online takeout orders. The Snowy Jasmine is phenomenal! It's fragrant and floral, you can tell the tea quality is very high and not watered down. I absolutely love the pecans topping, so unique and yummy. I used to think their super thin straw was just a gimmick, but the tea honestly tastes better through the small straw than a regular straw. I did try it with a regular straw at home as well lol 4.5 stars because the Tongmu Lapsang Bubble Tea is just OK, nothing special about it. Sunnyvale is one of the better locations and Molly Tea is a solid choice for bubble tea.

Don't sleep on the black pepper sausage danish: the croissant dough is crisp and flaky, and doesn't get soggy when baked around the sausage. It's comparable in execution to the Croissant Hot Dog served at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas (in Caesar's Palace), but at a way more accessible price point. Which isn't to say this place is cheap; like many artisanal bakeries in California, it comes with a premium price tag, but at least it's not Dominique Ansel pricy. Croissante's croissant dough baked goods (viennoiserie) is pun-intended "proof" that you get what you pay for. The dining space is limited and lively. Conversing is a little tough, but if you just need a place to sit while eating, it's just right. Extra special shout out this time to Dill who had informed me the fried chicken dishes today would be an hour and a half wait. After deciding there wasn't anything I wanted more than the Fried Chicken and Spiced Croffle (croissant dough baked in a waffle iron) and was happy to wait, they were nice enough to check in with the kitchen and see if it could be made sooner than that. It had a nice creama layer and a well balanced flavor. Not too acidic or bitter. I got the french onion soup, labeled as a popular item/staple of the bakery. It is quite a lot of soup, I wish it came with a side of bread/sourdough as towards the end it was all soup and nothing to contrast it. It was nicely broiled at the top with some small pieces of bread and a healthy layer of cheese that made it so exciting to eat. Even the crust of the bread had some crunch although fully soaked.
