I was at this Starbuck around 5pm today. I ordered a cream mango chai which was new to me. When I drank it I did not taste like mango at all. It tasted cinnamonly like pumpkin spice. The solution was brownish instead of mango color (orange). I went up to the staff cashier who processed the order for me earlier and asked him. He explained that chai tastes like pumpkin spice. I mentioned that Chai is tea and it should not taste like pumpkin spice. Furthermore I did not taste mango at all. He replied that mango taste should be in the cream foam only. At that point, I stopped arguing and left. I do not really understand why the staff would give me that type of bogus argument about a mistake (made pumpkin spice instead of mango). The reasons he gave were completely made up. This reflects very poorly on Starbuck's customer service and staff attitude. read more

My mom came here before work and ordered through the app which said it would take 17 mins. She decided to just wait for her drink and got there 5 mins after ordering it and waited 20 minutes until she asked one of the workers about her drink. They checked and said "we already made that one someone must have stole it, sorry" didn't even offer her a solution ?? And she was waiting there almost right after she placed the order so I don't know if the worker just lied or something up with their system or what ?My mom was already running late for work so she just left with no drink. Workers are pretty nice. The thing is, I have mishaps with my drinks every so often. I can't even blame the workers about that because this location constantly seems rushed. This morning, they made me the wrong drink but I had to leave to work. A worker was arguing with another. I think they replaced a bank decades ago. When they first opened, it was crazy busy. But now with so many Starbucks on almost every block, they were not busy at all. Drive thru, but I prefer to walk in. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 4:30am or 5am to 10pm. One of the later Starbucks opened in the area. Service - Good. Got a fresh pot and she even gave me an option to wait or not. Good communication & service skills. Price - $3. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. I visit the same Starbuck, always via the drive thru. I have always received great customer service. BUT, today at 1:16pm o received the absolute worst service. It took forever to place the order at the speaker. I got to the window and the gentle handling the DT orders. He kept his service window closed a made me wait well over 5 minutes. Once he opened the window he didn't acknowledge me, he did even say hi or chit chat like all other DT employees do. STARBUCKS, THIS EMPLOYEE DOES NOT NEED TO BE DISCIPLINED, BUT HE DOES NEED RETRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE . Although, I went thru DT there is still an ambiance and anticipation of great food . Been here multiple times and the drinks keep coming out the same no matter who makes them . Maybe the ingredients are bad or they way the employees here were taught is not correct . The drinks are extremely watered down & flavorless in exception to the syrups . I'm here for coffee not brown water . I feel like everyone here needs to be retrained . This is one of the few Starbucks in my area that has a drive through, and there can sometime be long lines. I have never used the drive through. I always park and walk inside. There is ample parking at this location, even after the 24 Hr Fitness opened at this shopping center. The wait for drinks can take a while during peak times. This is also one of the locations that tends to stay open later than others. They always get the orders correct at this location. There is some seating inside, however, not as many as pre-pandemic days. This is because they walled off the "quiet work/study" room in the store, making the seating area smaller than before. This store has always been clean whenever I visit. read more

Open early and late. Prompt and efficient. Love their standing desks. Harder to doze off while standing. The service can range from very friendly-gentle-attentive (there's this young slim Asian guy who is especially nice who starts around late morning/afternoon - really really appreciate you!) to others who are maybe less so. All in all, it has enough great attributes and I regularly find myself coming here over others. Also shares parking lot with 24 hour fitness. Helpful if you want to work out right afterwards without extra driving + parking. Come with reasonable expectations, and you will be pleasantly surprised. read more

This was one of the best Starbucks experiences I've had in a long time! Came here Thursday morning around 7:30am on the way to work and although the line was long in the drive-thru, it went quickly. They had a super friendly attendant standing outside taking orders; it's so nice to start your morning with a welcoming presence. The barista at the window was equally as friendly, using first names to greet each customer, asking how the morning has been and if we're off to work. The drinks were just as good as the service, much tastier than my normal Starbucks! Really wish I lived closer to this location because I'd be here every morning! read more

Went for a coffee today at around 8.30 pm, realized they only have drive through after 8pm. After waiting in a drive through for around 10 minutes, Ordered a Venti Oat milk latte extra hot. While driving halfway back home took a sip (because i asked for extra hot) and realized they just gave me venti extra hot OAT MILK. NO COFFEE AT ALL. YES. THEY JUST GAVE ME HOT OAT MILK. Had to go back, wait in drive through for another 15 mins. The server was apologetic and knew they did that mistakebut i spent a good (almost) one hour to finally get a drink. Was the drink worth my time and money today? No. This mistake was kind of unacceptable! read more

I've been coming to this location throughout the entire pandemic and the service has slowly but surely improved. The line at the drive thru is moving a little faster and the voice behind the speaker is efficient. The orders are more accurate but still need work when picking up an order inside the store. The inside of the store heads the 6 feet part and has an efficient split counter for ordering in store and pickup. They limit capacity inside the store so you will have to wait in line outside if they are at capacity. This locations improvements have not gone unnoticed and they continue to have space for more but they are doing so much better than my very first review. read more

I ordered through the mobile app and once I got there, I was not greeted by anyone and while I was waiting for my drink, people behind the cashier was throwing items at each other while there were plenty of guests around. Once I got my drink, I was too late to realize they messed up on my drink big time. The drink was sooooo watered down and tasted disgusting. VERY MEAN, RUDE & HORRIFYING experience. I am a regular customer and visit this Starbucks at least twice weekly. Today, I had a real emergency and badly needed to use the bathroom. I asked a lady if I could use the bathroom due to an emergency situation - I was pale... She said "NO" and "it's close to customers (there are two empty restrooms). "I won't let you use it", I begged her again, but she said "NO". There were no signs of "No Restrooms Usage for Customers". Their display didnt show all the items they had and i had to ask if there was a certain item (bacon egg bites). I went in to order and use the restroom and they didn't allow customers to use it. No seats for sitting either and i have a disability. Not even to wait for your drink in or outdoors. Edit: After I left I realized they didn't put a fork in for my egg bite after I drove away. They always get my customized drinks right and tasty, versus other starbucks that will forget the same modifications it seems consistently. The drive-through can get insanely packed at times, so do yourself a favor, and order pick up ahead in the app. The team is extremely nice there, and will frequently welcome you into the store if they aren't too busy. I've been to this Starbucks once to work on a group project, and it was alright. There's more seating than the usual location but like others have complained about, it's not really setup to be conducive for working anyway. There is however, a drive-thru at this location, which seems convenient, but I have always found it faster to walk inside and order. The staff was polite enough, but the drinks could do with some more work... I ordered a cloud macchiato, which I know does melt and deflate a bit after some time, but the one I got here literally flattened out as soon as they handed me the drink, so my cup was only half full when I was walking out of the store... I've ordered that drink numerous times before from other locations and they never fell flat that quickly. The interior of the store was also pretty messy and dirty despite plenty of staff on hand to bus tables and empty out trash cans. I wouldn't chose this Starbucks location unless I happened to be in the area. There is plenty of parking though, since it's located inside a big plaza. read more

How to avoid confused line of people waiting for their drinks and other items? Don't cut corners - how about ask name at the time of order or at least give a number? People standing around waiting for their order not knowing if that's mine or someone else's didn't feel like the best use of time. Maybe next time, should order through mobile app before arrival...
