Location was hands down the worst one I've ever been to. Mobile order all wrong. The worst part about it, everything was correct on the sticker just made incorrectly. Maybe they freestyled it??? Not sure. The whip cream upset me the most because once I mentioned "no whip" he grabbed the cup and said "oh yeah. It says it right here, I'm sorry" and proceeded to scoop it out. The BEST part about this location is the fact that it was extremely clean. They seemed to be enjoying each other's company MORE than making the orders properly. I had a great experience walking in this Starbucks. The staff was super friendly, engaging, and happy to serve. I went there solely for a "you were here mug" Dallas. Walked out with a free small ice drop coffee. A nice surprise of southern kindness. Besides my friend who waited in car got a surprise drink which is low her fav. I love this Starbucks‼ The staff is the greatest and they seem to know everyone in there. I really like Lizzie and Katie....they are always happy and seem to really enjoy working there. In defense of the MOD Arge......I was in Starbucks the day the 2 women where having their Tea and Raising Cains. I'm not sure why they thought it is fine to bring in outside food but when Arge approached them he was polite. It's funny when someone is in the wrong and gets called out they get very angry. The sweet employee with GORGEOUS teal hair noticed my horse voice and immediately recommended the perfect throat soothing tea. Two big issues with their coffee: I order normal Pike: -It's much cooler than other Starbucks. So if you put creamer in it, don't buy anything larger than a tall. Otherwise you will be drinking cold coffee -Their Pike is much weaker than other Starbucks. Once again, if adding creamer, be prepared to end up with a latte type of drink. Need to turn heater up just a tad and add some more grounds to the brew. read more

I've been able to visit here several times and now I'll most likely visit here more often. A little while ago I came here for their new hot cocoa. The one with like 4 different cocoas in it. Seriously, it did sound really delicious and it tasted decent, but the texture of it was too particulate. My Swissmiss at home tasted better! This is a small Sbux store that's easy to miss from busy Mockingbird Lane. There's ample parking in the shopping center parking lot, though scarce in front of the store... And don't get killed crossing over to the store. Folk tend to fly through the nearby entrance to Mockingbird. Minimal seating inside, and the regulars tend to camp out and making scoring a chair difficult during busy times. Lines can be long in the morning during the rush. The baristas are friendly and seem to know the regular crowd well, though, and they make a good drink. Not much in the way of vibe here... Kind of yuppie business meeting meets the moms-with-toddlers club. read more

Avid Starbucks customer, but the MOD Arge was rude and very discourteous to my business partner and I as we set up to work and enjoy our Raising Canes and purchased tea from cashier Blaze. He let us know we needed to move outside to work and eat because they sell food. I've brought food into plenty of Starbucks and never had a MOD complain and we purchased coffee and tea. Ridiculous. He called the shopping center police as well and we purchased tea. Rage isn't a good fit for the Starbucks brand, dry and rude. read more

Today the staff here kicked out a woman who appeared to be homeless. It is in the mid 40s outside right now and to ask her to leave the store was cruel. She even purchased an item from the store. She was not bothering anyone, so I cannot understand why she was asked to leave. There were very few other people in the store and everyone was spaced appropriately given COVID restrictions, so it was not a capacity issue either. To ask a paying customer to leave before they have even finished their food or drink is rude, but to force someone out who may not have anywhere else to go is inhumane. read more

I love this Starbucks! The people that work here are hilariously real. A lot of people are use to fake hello's and junk at other Starbucks, but these baristas have personality and like to mess with you. I wanted to give this starbucks a good review, this is probably my favorite one I've been to so far. The one at park lane is waaaaayyyyy too busy and hectic even though the employees are nice. This little starbucks is just right... quick on the order and despite that review about the music? I have been to Starbucks all over the United States including the original at Pikes Market in Seattle. I go for two reasons, good products and very friendly staff. This Starbucks, the closest to my home, has the most sour and unfriendly barrista that I have encountered in all my visits at any Starbucks. At first I just let it go, but it seems there has been no attempt to correct the issue and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced her acrimonious personality. I'm finding a new Starbucks till the problem has been resolved. read more
