It reminded me of one of my favorite local coffee shops back home, which is high praise. I expected it to be on the sweeter side, but it was perfectly balanced. Since she is deaf, she was trying to communicate with the male employee by texting on her phone. Instead of being patient and understanding, he gave her an attitude and seemed upset with her. At one point, he yelled, "Just one paper plate!" We were very disappointed by the way she was treated, especially when she was simply trying to communicate.
